I found this place through Groupon and decided to book my first Brazilian wax here because not only was it an amazing price but because it has great overall rating. I called, thinking it was a business line- and made my appt with Briana for 5/15. The day of, I received a text from a number I didn't have saved on my phone where she didn't identify herself and simply asked if I could come in earlier- I honestly did find the initial text a bit unprofessional but kept my appt since I still wanted to try out the place. Walked in and she immediately apologized about the miscommunication over text.. so all good at this point- I didn't express to her how I felt about the text because she addressed it right away and made it okay. Briana was very friendly I did appreciate her keeping the conversation going while she waxed me because for me, it was extremely painful to say the least. She worked fast and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. It's the next day and swelling has gone down, I took a closer look today and I still have a few small patches of pubic hair- one being around the bikini area which is noticeable and another inside the lip.. I have been a loyal client of Briana now for over a year maybe longer. She's great at what she does. She has provided me with two services both of which have been fantastic.She's a super fast waxer. Waxing is no picnic in the park but if it's done fast it's bearable. In getting a facial she's asked me how my face is feeling or what I would like. At most places they just do what they want and what they think you need. When she asked me it threw me off but later I appreciated that she asked because of course we would know what we feel we need. For appointments she always finds a way to fit you in and I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes. You can tell she really cares about her business by the way she takes care of her clients. Went in for the first time on Sept 20th and was really impressed with the comfort . Everyone there was so nice from the owner to her hair stylist . I had the pleasure of Teresa working on my hair . She did such a great job . She dyed and highlighted my hair . She was nice and honest with me .Her price was also very reasonable given I have a it of hair lol . I definitely recommend this salon . I would give 0 stars to the owner Briana - made appointments 2 weeks in advance for facials, manicures and pedicures for myself and for my daughters birthday. Literally 23 minutes before our scheduled appointment Hilary (the nail tech) calls and lets me know that Briana won't be in for the facials and gives us the option to come in for mani pedis or reschedule. We decided to come in HILARY was amazing !! All the stylists are AWESOME! I texted Briana about her missing the appointment and not reaching out herself and it took her almost 2 hours to respond and even then she couldn't tell me when we could get our facials ! I am currently working to get a refund with Groupon! I am super disappointed BUT I LOVE THE GIRLS - JUST STEAR CLEAR OF BRIANA---- responding to Briana --- I'm insulting ??? Unfounded ??? Selfish??? How is it you run a small business ? I have texts as well and have already reported you to the BBB, not only that , I saw you in the back twice ! How sick are you that you are literally at your place of business and don't approach me properly? This woman is a terrible business woman and horrible to her staff - it's sad really . Not to mention that during our appointment Briana came out of "OFFICE" at least twice and never once addressed me or the situation. She even had her staff retrieve her laptop to respond to me via Yelp - WHILE WE ARE BOTH THERE.Yes you did offer to comp my daughters facial after the fact - at 12:12 pm - remember we had a 9 am appointment. I originally started coming here for Brazilian waxes.  She is quick and it is truly painless and I especially love the price.  Briana is an expert in eyebrows.  I started off getting them waxed and then inquired about microblading.  Then viola~ I had them done and I get so many compliments.  They look super natural and I'm happy I got the procedure done.  Lastly, my husband came in for a facial and removal of some skin tags.  He said this was the BEST experience ever.  He's gotten this procedure done in Korea and in the states by various asian ladies and he said Briana was the BEST!  I'm so glad that we found Le Beauty Bar.  Briana is truly the QUEEN of her craft! Monica was so amazing, I came in with my hair more knotted than dreadlocks and she spent two and a half hours working to get it done and then she did a conditioning treatment. I am so thankful for her. Everyone in the salon was so nice and encouraging and willing to help. I thought I was a lost cause and they were going to have to cut my hair but they didn't. I have been with Monica for 10 years and she is by far the only woman I let touch my hair. I have bleach blonde hair and she works wonders. I am so extremely satisfied and all of the women are highly experienced and the atmosphere is amazing!!! I would recommend this salon to EVERYONE AND ANYONE for all their services!!! Let me just start off by saying my lashes are the best set of lashes I have ever had! Briana was so nice and sweet she even took the time out of her day to fit me in on her day off, that to me was very special. She takes her time making sure every lash is covered and filled, before the service she really likes to get to know the look and end result you are trying to achieve taking your vision into consideration. Briana is a MIRACLE WORKER! I originally found her on Groupon. She has completely tranformed my skin. The results are after three customized facials all within 6 weeks! I'm going every two weeks. The pictures are all directly after the facial and the bottom two are from my last one on Thursday. They speak for themselves!She is very reasonable and my favorite... CONSISTENT! My last aesthetician was constantly changing the price,  would talk so much that she'd go over my time, and leave my face bruised.I love her shop; it makes you feel like you just want to come and hang out!
