What can I say? I went in for a pedicure. The water in the foot bath was barely lukewarm. The guy who did my toes was barely adequate. The worst though was that he wouldn't shut up! He began talking about the new gas tax and after trying to change the subject several times, he just kept going back to it and talking my ear off. What was supposed to be a relaxing, soothing experience was a nightmare!!  He didn't let me dry my toes under the dryer, just left me sitting there while he went to the back of the room and played with his phone. If I could rate 0 stars I would... literally the worst service ever! They are super lazy and don't even do a good job! I've been here 1x a while ago for a pedicure and my feet have never been through such abuse! And they applied the polish horribly! But then today I was in a hurry and needed a manicure so I went in there and 2 workers were just sitting there playing on their phones and I walked in and they told me to come back in 40 min because they were too busy! Really not the worst as some people on here have said. Not the best either, but what do you expect from a small town nail salon business. The color selections are very limited. They also charge $28 for a gel manicure, and they don't use lotion or massage your hand at any point, they just file, and cut your cuticles, and then paint them. They will give you a squirt of olive oil that you rub on your hands. The man filed my nails pretty crooked, but that's an easy fix. I was nervous to try this place with the bad reviews. However I'm blown away with how great the service was!! The woman gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm in love!! The only problem (and it's a very small one) was I think the gel color I wanted was previously mixed up with a similar one. I got a mani and pedi here for the first time. My nails were done by the male owner. This is the WORST mani I have ever had. I rarely write reviews, mainly because I have very little free time, but I think people should know about it before spending money for their services. I got a gel manicure; there was more polish on my cuticle and nail folds on the sides than on my nail. My 3 year old daughter could have painted my nails better! Immediately after the mani I had a business meeting and I was so embarrassed to show my hands/nails. Needless to say, I spent $80 on a poor-quality service. I gave them one star only because they allowed me to come back to have them "cleaned up". It wasn't much better after the "clean up", and the polish is starting to lift up around the cuticles. I can't speak for the manicures, though there were several regulars who came in while I was here and the staff was very pleasant. 2 ladies who spoke English as a first language, a woman who spoke English well as a second, and a man who was difficult to understand. My pedicure was relaxing and I was not pressured to upgrade to a deluxe, or gel. Price was excellent!! $26 for a French pedicure?! Can't beat it! Read Less

Got acrylics done by Tammy. They looked so amazing and I was so happy with them. Except that it's been 3 days and one of them has already popped off and the others, literally every one of them has some kind of lifting on the sides. ITS BEEN 3 DAYS!! This is just a joke. I can't believe these people are still in business. They only get one star because I have to give them a star.Update 6/21/15 - so I went back to have Tammy fix my nails. I let her know that they were lifting already and one came off and others looked close after only a few days. She said she would fix them. I was looking forward to getting to update this review and say what great customer service they had. Unfortunately I can't do that. She CHARGED ME to fix a crappy nail job. I asked her if she was serious and she said yes. What kind of customer service is this? I told her I was disappointed that this is how they would treat a customer, especially a returning customer. I feel sort of bad leaving this review, I had been going here for years. But the last time I went, I was not happy with my acrylics at all.  A few days after I got them, my thumbs started lifting and they didn't look great at all. I felt like they were rushed and like they were just trying to get me out of there. I went in for a fill and my nails look terrible. The guy was super rough on my nails and sloppy with applying a simple clear coat. My nails are uneven and look so bad! I am NEVER going back even in a desperate situation. It's well worth the drive to Fresno to go to my usual nail place. I can't believe they charge for this crap. Read Less

Awful quality, the Worst manicure and acrylic application I have ever had! Negative stars if it was possible. First off he didn't even shape or clean my natural nail, he glued the tips on crooked (which I didn't notice until it was to late) the the acrylic was applied unevenly,  didn't even cover some spots and when I asked him to fix it I was told that he could sand it to make it right, then he was extremely rough and cut my cuticle up with the sander (one finger was bleeding!) Top coat application was sloppy/uneven and got all over my fingers and didn't get cleaned up. If i hadn't had another appointment I would have demanded a re application. Worst experience ever!
