Love this place. This place is very clean and spacious. They provide all kinds of services including waxing and lash extensions. They use good quality nail polishes and have wide range of selections. I'm so happy with the results from here. I usually go to Happy Nails for convenience, but it can feel impersonal and rushed; the nail techs seem more concerned about quantity over quality. Here, everyone was incredibly accommodating from the minute I walked in. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she got it done quickly, yet carefully and precisely. Love love love my nails by Amanda! I brought in a design for her to reference and she just went with it, adding her own unique artistic style to what I requested. Now I can't stop looking at my nails. They are so pretty and subtle!  Amanda is talented, precise, and efficient. I'm glad my friend referred me to her. My nails totaled $50 not including tip. I thought this price was generous considering the amount of designs and embellishments she added per nail. The space at the salon is very clean and open. The ventilation is good as well. I just moved to Irvine and am looking for a new nail salon bc i get my nails done regularly. The nail technician here Cut me and didnt even say anything until i pointed out it hurt. I had to ask her to re-do 3 nails bc it was so messy. And it was just a horrid messy job. (See photos) I paid $30 for my hands to look like i painted it myself at home while watching tv, and got a nasty cut that hurt for a week. How do you call yourself a nail salon and let a customer leave with nails looking like that? what would that say about this place when I tell my girlfriends and show my girlfriends and they say it looks horrid and now no one I hang out with Irvine is going to come here? Going in for several months and have had continuous issues with staff as it relates to their ability to make an appointment. The first issue was when I called to make an appointment and was attempting to find out which technician I had to went to previously. They indicated they did not keep such records which I found to be incredibly odd in addition the young lady continued to put my on hold and when I asked if she could call me back or pass me to someone else she informed me... she wasn't even supposed to be working because she wasn't on the clock which is a liability! I had the manger, Samantha, call me who apologized profusely and asked for my continued business. I kept going and had no issues for several months then about 3 weeks ago another issue with scheduling arose. I called and was put on hold for over 10 minutes (screenshot shown) to finally be picked up and told that they were sorry for leaving me hold and made my appointment. I then arrive at my appointment only to find out that they do not have it on the books!! I then wait for an entire other service to be completed and the young lady offered for a manger to contact me back. 3 weeks later I am making my appointment and realize no one has contacted me and I bring it up. The manager, Samantha, calls me at 7:40P (very professional) and during our exchange indicates that I should go somewhere else?! What? Her staff is the incompetent folks that lie, can't make an appointment, leave people on hold for more than 10 minutes and say they will leave a message to have her call me only to find out they never left the message and she denies me? Never have I experienced a company that blames the client for the staff. And she hung up on me. If you are a consumer, DO NOT GO TO A PLACE THAT CANT VERIFY AN APPOINTMENT!! This salon is THE BEST! I've gotten my nails done here a couple times now, and they TAKE THEIR TIME! They are so careful and will redo a nail until it's right. They don't try to make awkward conversation, which means I can just sit and relax! Love coming here and the owner Samantha is AWESOME!
