DO NOT GO HERE. SCAM & THIEVES!!!!I went to this place on May 28th to get my gel nails done + pedicure, and was supposed to pay a $60 charge total for all of it.At the time of payment, they got my credit card for the payment, and then told me the machine was "broken" and the payment hadn't gone through. I asked "are you sure"? And they said yes, and to not worry. Next, they got the other credit card machine, and used my card again - $60. So far so good. I believed in it.1 MONTH LATER, I get charges in my credit card for $120 dollars!!!! Just wondering if that had been a honest mistake, I went back to the place with a photo of my credit card statement showing the double charge on the same day, and showed the lady who's supposed to be the manager of the place. Initially, she seemed nice and told me she would check the charges, but that I would have to come back another day because the receipts weren't kept at the salon. Also, she told me to confirm with my bank and ask them to cancel the double charge, just in case. She gets my credit card number and also my phone number, and tells me she's gonna call back in a few days.I go back home, and call the bank. They confirm the double charge, but tell me that I have to ask the store for the refund. My bank is international and from Brazil, thus, they cannot give me refunds for a purchase made abroad. 1 week later, I go back to the store, and talk with the same lady. Surprisingly, SHE DID NOT CALL BACK, so when I get there I tell her "I had to come back here, because I was told I would receive a phone call about this issue, and nobody called me". She apologizes, and asks me to write down yet again my credit card # and my phone #... And says she needs to speak with her boss about the issue. I told her about my conversation with the bank, and that there is a lot of bureaucracy involved for an international refund. Instead, I told her to just give me the $60 back. She says she needs to speak with her boss, and that she will call me after the July 4th holiday.TODAY, JULY 7TH, nobody has called me from this scam salon, so I decided to call back. Not as surprisingly, the same lady picks up the call and is super rude with me. She says "YOU KNOW WHAT, I don't have double charges here so I'm not doing anything, you call your bank if you want". Then she hangs up on me. YEAH.I call back, and she says she did not hang up on me, but won't do anything regardless. I can even call the police if I wish. If not, she says, "you just lost your money and I can't do anything about it".So not only I had the worst treatment, this lady is also a thief and thinks I'm an idiot. I have $120 in charges for gel nails, and this situation is just simply ABSURD. If you want to keep your customers, assume your mistakes and make them RIGHT. Stop being MONEY HUNGRY and THIEVES, because you saw the charges on my credit card statement, it is the THIRD week that I'm going back there to solve this, and the lady basically tells me to F*** off. DO NOT GO HERE. And if you insist in doing so, DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD.Ps: had two other friends who used to come here too. One of them said she wouldn't be coming back for unsanitary reasons (equipment isn't sterilized at ALL and she got an infection), and the other said that she's had the worst treatment from the lady who did her nails. I assumed that would be enough reasons to never return here, but then I saw the double charges on my card from may and have been trying to solve this for weeks now since the 2 week of JUNE!! Read Less
