I've been a customer for 10+ years so you can consider me a biased review I suppose. I find every visit relaxing and the level of quality is priceless. The ladies are kind, friendly and funny, they are committed to offering the best service to everyone. Whether it's a pedicure, acrylic, wax or facial, I am always beyond happy. This Saloon uses substandard nail products. The bigger issue is they are not in compliant with the California Dept of Consumer Affairs Board of Barbering & Cosmetology law. They have their hot water turned off plus their tools are not disinfected between clients in addition they use the same towel for multiple clients. Read Less

I decided to try this place as it is close to home (the other salon I was going to is in Tustin). I called at 530 to see if they could take me at 6 and they said sure. When I got there I explained who I was and was asked what I needed done (although I told them on the phone, but no worries). I asked where I choose my color from and they said "in the cups". Huh? In the cups?? A lady who was having her nails done told me where to go - thank you stranger! heheI was sat in a massage chair and the experience began. I love my nails, I love the service. The people are really nice, especially Mindy. If I had one complaint, it would be the chairs - they are not very comfortable. :-( So maybe next time I will have them do it at a station. Ever since I moved back home, this has been my go-to nail salon. It's hard to find a place in Irvine that has reasonable prices and has a good color selection. I always find myself gravitating back to here despite trying other places. No matter how many broken nails I have or how many times I peel off my gel manicure, they leave me happy and satisfied. I truly love all the ladies there but I have a secret sweet spot for Michelle. She is gentle, sweet, thorough, and patient. She truly brings the calmness that we all wish for while getting pampered!! Tried to do shellac manicure and shellac pedicure here, they ended up doing my hands twice to get it right and nail Polish was so old and thick I ended up getting them done all over again at another salon. Wouldn't come back for gel/shellac nails.Read Less

The store is very pretty! Lots of items and services available besides nails: eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, eyelash formulas, and jewelry. The staff are really nice and the extra massages after a mani and/or pedi are the perfect way to end a visit. Ask for Susan! Read Less

I dropped a weight in my toe and my nail practically split in half. I've been coming here for my last 3 manicures and thank god I found this place! They saved my nail and did an amazing job masking it.They are very gentle and patient when I accidentally smudged my finger. They definitely earned my loyalty. Read Less

I've been going to Christine off and on for about 6 years. I first had a manicure and pedicure from her for my graduation. She does a really thorough job in cleaning, trimming,buffing, and polishing your nails. Oh and she does a good massage. :) She's very good @ cleanliness and sanitation. She's been in the business a long time. Le works with her, but I haven't gone to her. She has OPI colors and very comfy spa chairs. :-) I go off and on because 1) I am somewhat far from her and 2) She is a bit pricey but worth it. It's so hard to find a place that actually takes their time when giving you a manicure and/or pedicure, but I finally found one! Not only do they get you in and out during a lunch hour, but my nails always look fabulous, and they give GREAT massages that don't just end at the elbow! I lived in Irvine for 5 years and jumped from salon to salon because eventually they all did something unacceptable. THEN I finally found the Nail Bar!! The service is amazing, the technicians are fantastic, the salon is clean and cute. Overall, It is by the far the best place to get your nails done in Irvine/O.C. Read Less

Poor customer service. I really do not see this buisness lasting long. I would never suggest this salon to anyone. The owner was rude and argued with me about hair color. Basically telling me that it was the lighting that was bad not the hair. 24 hours later different lighting same bad hair color. Think twice before visiting this salon! Read Less
