I've been here a few times and have never been WOWed but I was very disappointed with my last visit here, last week. I got a gel manicure with gel builder and a spa pedicure.  First of all, I've gotten gel builder at many other salons and it is usually a $5 upcharge - reasonable.  Here, they charged me $23 for a manicure with gel builder and then an ADDITIONAL $14 for a color gel on top.  This makes no sense to me, the whole reason someone would ask for gel builder, is because they're getting gel on top.  So $14 additional just to add color?? Just ridiculous.  Also, when she added the gel builder, she filed it all off with the electric file! The whole point of adding it, is to add a thicker coat to my natural nail to make it stronger.  I'm paying $23 for this "gel builder" and she filed it so thin! I might as well skipped it completely!  Every time I've gotten this done elsewhere, they do not file it at all.  They apply the gel builder and then direct apply the gel color on top.  So of course as I expected, two of my nails broke the next day.  So much for getting the gel builder to make it stronger! Also, for my gel color, I selected a color that they told me had a matching paint for my pedicure.  They finished my pedicure first and after she applied the gel to my entire left hand, I noticed the colors were completely different.  When I brought it up, she said "Yes, I know, they are different, but the label says they should match." Mind you, the label was HAND WRITTEN by someone at the salon.  I told her that I wanted a matching color on my nails so she removed the first color and went searching for one that looked similar to the color on my toes.  The color she found was not a perfect match but looked similar enough for me not to complain.  I just have to say I am so disappointed that I have two broken nails after I paid a higher than normal amount for the gel builder to keep them strong.  I used to come to this salon over a year ago and things have definitely changed since then.  I will not be back. Very disappointed, my daughter and I went today for pedicures and I got a fill. 1- the water for our pedicures was lukewarm at best. When asked to warm it up, it was a quick burst of hot water then went cold 30 seconds later. While I waited for the girl to finish with previous client to start my pedicure, I had been soaking in cold water for an easy 20 mins. And then we felt the pedicures were rushed through. 2- As for my fill, I was cut a few times, again feeling it was being rushed through. Then I paid an extra $3 for the "really good nail polish" that was supposed to be great. Wrong, the girl put multiple coats on, so many that hours later my nail color was ruined, smudged, creased. I spent almost 40 mins there waiting for them to dry in the first place, 2 hours later they were still not set and now ruined. My nails & toes look like my 10 year old niece could've done them. The girls were sweet, however there was not much attention to detail and I felt like our services were rushed through. And I have to now go pay to have my nails fixed. Read Less

Was desperate for a pedicure but didn't have time to make it back to my normal place from work. SO GLAD I did. I ended up getting a gel manicure along with my pedicure and they did a great job. I was in and out in a little over an hour, but services didn't feel rushed at all. I've been back 2/3 more times and definitely making this my normal place. Competitive pricing, great service and responsive over yelp when making last minute appointments. Read Less

I've been here twice now and the ladies have been so kind to me every time. They have a nice selection of chrome and I believe it's $7 extra for chrome whereas other places charge around $15. I got light pink underneath and blue chrome powder on top and I was OBSESSED! It came out beautifully. They also don't charge to take off gel if you purchase a service. Located inside Walmart. Very clean shop. Definitely will be coming again :) Read Less

New location. They have only been inside this Walmart for 30-45 days or so. I went to this location with my friend and this new young asian man doing my friends nails was not only talking too much, he doesnt know when to stop! He is very disrespectful making comments that are very inappropriate. They also are scammers. They take advantage of unassuming customers. My friend wanted a fullset, she said manicure,full set. So instead of having some ethics and good customer service they don't correct her and say she doesn't need a manicure AND a full set because they have to clean the top of your nail ANY to apply the full set, they DONT, THEY CHARGE HER FOR A FULL SET AND A MANICURE! We also got pedicures. This pedicure was the most ridiculous pedicure EVER. They don't even scrub your feet or give u a massage. They rub a hot stone on your feet and thats it. The lady who did my gel color was such in a rush to move on, SHE DIDNT EVEN RUB THE TOPS OF MY NAILS WITH ALCOHOL. So of course, one nail begins to wrinkle and the REST get sticky. She doesn't even say, oh let me fix it im sorry. Some else had to fix it. SMH! They are very lazy! They dont care about customer service!! They only care about taking your money!
