I have been coming to Q Nails for 25 years and have never been disappointed. They are the best. They stay up on the the lastest nail trends and fads. All the staff are professional and treat me like family. No matter what city I live in I make the commute every 2 weeks to get pampered at Q Nails.

One of the WORST nail salons I have EVER been to! I sat here for over 2 hours to get a simple pedicure! They only had 4 workers and they all worked SLOW AF! It took 1 hour to do a basic pedicure! And They charged me $23! Their posted prices show $13 for a pedi! They said they forgot to update the prices! Slow ass services! Horrible customer service! I will never ever go back here!

Not a good nail shop. I came in and asked for a manicure and pedicure and they only gave me a color change. They try to move quick but will mess up what you ask for. Poor quality service.

This place isn't frilly or fancy but I no doubt got my favorite set of acrylics ever from Thomas. For a fraction of what I normally pay. I never leave reviews but I had to share. I'm a hairstylist and I'm very picky with my nails... both symmetry and shape in super picky about. I like narrow and sharp claws And my natural nail has almost completely grown to my length so techs have to be careful not to grind too much of it away. But he nailed it, first time. We also did chrome which turned out so amazing! Thanks Thomas!

I had a good experience with J.V. I got a full short set with chrome polish. What I liked most, is that he actually made sure my nails were even on both hands. Nails were also smooth and not thick at the cuticle. I didn't have to give him guidance at all in making my nails right. It was my first time getting chrome polish. For those unfamiliar, like I was, it's gel, but finished with some kind of powder that gives them a chrome-like finish.The shop was quiet and clean. The price seemed fair for what I got. My regular shop is close to work, this one is close to home. I'm sure I'll be back.

It's fairly clean and it's local, that's why I've come a few times. However it's really busy and there are only a few nail tech who do a really good job. There are also no real nail artist. Only maybe 2 techs can do interesting nail art. They are also not very accommodating. A tech showed me a very limited set of designs to choose from. Although there were only about 10, she couldn't do any of them. We had a communication barrier and the other young English speaking techs watched us struggle to communicate and no one would help us understand each other. Finally I got the point that she could not do any of the designs she showed me. I asked if someone else could do it. One tech asked around and they all said no they didn't want to. Right in front of me. Finally I just asked to have it painted regularly and I had to wait until the young techs finished their socializing to help me.

I have been coming to Q Nails for 25 years and have never been disappointed. They are the best. They stay up on the the lastest nail trends and fads. All the staff are professional and treat me like family. No matter what city I live in I make the commute every 2 weeks to get pampered at Q Nails.

This place isn't frilly or fancy but I no doubt got my favorite set of acrylics ever from Thomas. For a fraction of what I normally pay. I never leave reviews but I had to share. I'm a hairstylist and I'm very picky with my nails... both symmetry and shape in super picky about. I like narrow and sharp claws And my natural nail has almost completely grown to my length so techs have to be careful not to grind too much of it away. But he nailed it, first time. We also did chrome which turned out so amazing! Thanks Thomas!

I had a good experience with J.V. I got a full short set with chrome polish. What I liked most, is that he actually made sure my nails were even on both hands. Nails were also smooth and not thick at the cuticle. I didn't have to give him guidance at all in making my nails right. It was my first time getting chrome polish. For those unfamiliar, like I was, it's gel, but finished with some kind of powder that gives them a chrome-like finish.The shop was quiet and clean. The price seemed fair for what I got. My regular shop is close to work, this one is close to home. I'm sure I'll be back.

It's fairly clean and it's local, that's why I've come a few times. However it's really busy and there are only a few nail tech who do a really good job. There are also no real nail artist. Only maybe 2 techs can do interesting nail art. They are also not very accommodating. A tech showed me a very limited set of designs to choose from.
