Never coming back! I got a full set of short coffin nails and they were $42 I usually go to divas and get rhinestones and designs for about $36 or 50 if I'm being super fancy I was very upset with the weight in my nails came out I got a solid color and no design no rhinestones and for $42 I was not happy I waited 3 hours and My Nail Tech kept making appointments over the phone and helping other people while she was doing my nails she helped about five different people at the ...same time she was doing my nails then she tried to tell me like that's what I get that's what she can't do nothing so I started crying and I hadn't and then another nail tech came and helped me and fix them a little bit they're not completely $42 worth and I would have just rather have had them take it off and got my refund but she was trying to tell me that there's no refunds that she was still going to charge me full price if I cut my nails on and I wasn't trying to waste $42 very disappointed I don't recommend this place to anybody if you're going to go to any Spa I would suggest just go to divas and actually get your nails did up for a decent price. Tried many places and I love this one! Everyone is so nice and it's always clean in there. They sanitize there tools like they are supposed to. Always happy with how my mani/pedi come out

Ive been coming here for years now and always receive great service. Each girl there is very talented and if you want them to correct anything all you have to do is ask politely.

My acrylic nail started lifting within a week. The owner also hounded my boyfriend for a tip and was hovering over him while he paid. So unprofessional

I always go to Divas in Chula Vista but since I moved to IB I figure it will be ok ..so wrong ... Divas charges 22 with gel.. and this place 35.00

Talked to T about it and she said Ima take care of you and she really did ! The outcome of my nails were just on point I love them !

I always come in and get my nails done when I visit my parents. Mrs T is great but I had someone do her nails I think her godmother she said and it was horrible my nails are slated on hand is longer then the other. She didn't file the sides so it looks like big blobs. I plan on going tomorrow to talk to her I'm very disappointed . Next time I won't use her and just stick to T

First thing their new place spa massager chairs aren't functioning. I waited 40 minutes to get a shitty 10 minute pedicure! I came here for years since 2001 but due to being a busy mom I hadn't come in about a year. I waited a whole year before I could come back and was treated so poorly. Steven and T remembered me but they weren't impressed that all I wanted was a pedicure. NEVER EVER EVER COMING BACK!!!!

Never coming back! I got a full set of short coffin nails and they were $42 I usually go to divas and get rhinestones and designs for about $36 or 50 if I'm being super fancy I was very upset with the weight in my nails came out I got a solid color and no design no rhinestones and for $42 I was not happy I waited 3 hours and My Nail Tech kept making appointments over the phone and helping other people while she was doing my nails she helped about five different people at the ...same time she was doing my nails then she tried to tell me like that's what I get that's what she can't do nothing so I started crying and I hadn't and then another nail tech came and helped me and fix them a little bit they're not completely $42 worth and I would have just rather have had them take it off and got my refund but she was trying to tell me that there's no refunds that she was still going to charge me full price if I cut my nails on and I wasn't trying to waste $42 very disappointed I don't recommend this place to anybody if you're going to go to any Spa I would suggest just go to divas and actually get your nails did up for a decent price. I came here for years since 2001 but due to being a busy mom I hadn't come in about a year. I waited a whole year before I could come back and was treated so poorly.
