Lots of colors to choose from, but they are stacked on the wall and look messy and old. Walked and and got seated right away, but the mani tables were dirty looking which made me wonder. Also, the tools came out on a cart in a little plastic basket, so no telling how clean they were. Definitely not coming from the pouch from the autoclave. Sketchy...eeek! Nail tech was nice, but didn't speak English very well, so not much chit chat. She was very sweet and asked me if I like the length, shape and color every step of the way. Disappointing appointment today. Came in there mid-afternoon for a gel manicure and pedicure. Pedi tech's kept bouncing around and leaving to tend to other people. The worst part of it was when they finished my gel manicure they didn't even massage my arms and hands, which is the part I enjoy the most. I was very frustrated and so I started to put on my sandals. They came to assist with that and I asked if they no longer did that (rhetorical question) and they took it as a jo...ke and laughed it off.....So I did not get my hand/arm massage. So I proceeded to pay with a credit card and they wanted to confirm the amount - which in my head I was thinking that they actually were expecting a tip?!?! Nope - not this time. when service is normal - I tip 20%.....when it's fantastic - I tip more. This just frustrated me. Second time I've had this kind of experience so I feel it's time to find a new place to go to. Sad thing is that I have been going regularly twice a month and it's shame that they wouldn't treat their "regulars" with at least the services that are included in their cost. First time getting gel done on my own nails and I was very happy with the outcome. The salon is very clean and spacious and the employees were very polite. There wasn't any of that bantering between employees while doing customer nails that happens a lot at nail salons. I believe Kim was the one that did my manicure and she was so sweet, soft-spoken and kind. I would have given 5 stars, but I paid $25 which seemed kinda pricey. However I'm not too familiar with the pricing, but I thought other places charge $20. I'd still go back though. Read Less

I took my grandma here for her birthday to get manicures and I had a great time . The customer service is great they genuinely take care of you and provide water for the guests . They talked to us the whole time making us feel welcomed and at home , very friendly people , my grandma loved her nails and I loved mine ! i had just popped my head in after getting my facial done two or three stores up at CloudMover day spa and decided to pamper myself further by getting a manicure and pedicure.i usually opt to bring my own nail polish since i have an extensive collection at home, but since this was a spur of the moment type of thing and i was nowhere near home, i picked out a polish from what they had, which was also a pretty wide selection of colors and brands (OPI, Essie, China Glaze were the ones i remember seeing). i was taken to a massage chair and the spa foot part began to fill with water as they added a salt that turned the water blue. they handed me a laminate list of their services and had me pick out what i wanted. they have 8 options for manicures and pedicures, ranging from their most basic (which is what i usually opt for- nail cut, file, buffer, cuticle trim, and then polish) to their most expensive (which i don't remember what is even included).  you could pick a number for each service depending on what you want (like a more basic #2 manicure with a more expensive #5 pedicure) or pick the bundle for both. i got the #4 manicure and pedicure, which included the basics plus a sugar scrub on my arms and legs, paraffin wax for my hands, a callous removal for my feet and a 10-15 minute massage of my arms/hands and legs/feet. the two ladies who took care of me were super nice but quiet. once i was done i paid and was on my way. would definitely come back again! Dear Owner, John Tsang,Yesterday, 3/31/16, I walked in to use my gift certificate (GC) dated June 2015 expiring June 2016.  My best friend spent $45 for a mani/pedi & 10 minute massage, however the male running your salon refused to honor my GC because you had recently taken over ownership keeping the same name. He said that isn't what the GCs look like now and he wouldn't know who to go to to reclaim the money.  When you buy a salon, you take over the customers and honor GCs that haven't expired.  Please contact me so we can sort this out. She is thorough, has great attention to detail and my nails look amazing when I leave. I've recommended several people to this salon because I constantly get compliments on my nails. I got my nails done here three weeks ago and everything is still in tact. I did pink mani gel w glitter for a wedding in Mexico. After being in the pool and sun, my nails still look stunning. I'm amazed!!! I also got a pedi which is relaxing. I'm picky and everyone knows it when I visit any nail spa (oops) but I'm very satisfied with the service here. The girls spent a lot of time massaging me and asked frequently of the pressure was enough. They also asked if I liked the shape of my nails as they file nail by nail. Used to love this place back when it was bliss. Always had enough people and friendly staff. Last 2 times I've been here were terrible. First off we made appts and my aunt specifically asked for someone to do a design on her toes. We get mani pedis every month. When we got there, our appts started almost 25 mins late and then we were told no one could do a design. How do you have a nail salon with no one who knows how to do a design?The lady doing my pedicure was super rude. Kept making comments about my feet and how bad they were. I go every month to get mani pedis so I know my feet are not gross. Even if they were, how rude of your staff to comment on them. That's TERRIBLE customer service. Also, when we went a second time and my aunt finally got a design, no one mentioned any pricing. It was $5 per toe! When Bridgett tried to explain pricing the women working on my aunt told her to be quiet. How sketchy that you won't be honest with your clients and just add things that cost way too much for not so great result. Never going back! I recommend you go to Pink Petals Mani Pedi. I moved to Trisara salon because Ken is here. He is hands down the best manicurist I've ever been to. He is now the ONLY manicurist I go to to have my nails done. He's always very gentle on the nails and very detailed with all of his designs. You can pretty much bring in any picture and he can transform that image on your nails.
