I went there for the first & unfortunately, the last! I had a full set of nails & every one of them is a different shape and length. She only put top coat on half my nails. I love this place!! Lisa made me super comfortable and I loved talking to her. She's so sweet and she seriously knows what she's doing. She's up to date with the latest styles and the shop has pretty good color choices. Horrible. Don't go here. Staff is pushy, they keep trying to add in services that you don't want. Basic pedicure is not worth the cost so you should upgrade. Overall I felt rushed in this dungy unkept place and nickeled and dimed. Be careful here... they speak in their language in front of you which is rude. I've never had a worse manicure than at this place. My nails looked so awful when the lady was done and didn't care when I said something about it. I'm not sure how this place stays open...totally run down and dirty inside. They didn't even use new nail tools for my manicure, which is pretty standard for nail salons. I walked in to meet my GF at this place, and to my surprise she had paid for me to get a Pedicure. I was hesitant and said " no Thank you", but the staff was awesome and made it very comforting. The entire atmosphere was very welcoming with TV's and Massage chairs all over the saloon.A lady by the name of Lee was awesome to me. She started by saying "Don't worry, many guys come here for pedicures". She asked for me to take off my shoes and take a seat. She adjusted the seat and started the chair massage. I immediately felt relaxed. I then entered my feet into hot water and she got started. Just as I thought the pedicure was over, she started massaging my feet up to my knees. She then told me she was done and allowed me to stay in the massage chair until my GF got done with her nails. Overall the experience was like no other for me. Mrs. Lee was awesome and definitely made my experience a memorable one. She really took good care of me and my feet. The staff was just amazing and i can guarantee you, i will be back for more pedicures. I also have a bad habit of "accidently" breaking my GF's nails all the time, so we will definitely be back. Ask for Lisa. She was very thorough and did exactly what I asked for without hesitation. She was also very kind. I find it incredibly disrespectful when they start speaking in another language to each other which makes me feel they are talking crap. They do not do that here. Lee has done my pedi twice now and does a fantastic job. She understands and does exactly what you want. My daughter got a full set and has her fills done here. She's been very happy with the quality so far. The place she used to go to was just ok, and her nails would pop off.
