Came here last week for the first time and I was pretty happy with the result. I'm not sure if I would ever come again because of some troubles I encountered and I do not live in the area. Pros: I really like the way my nails turned out and the girl doing my nails worked fast without completely butchering them. The pricing was fair (I paid $30 for a full set acrylics with gel polish)Cons: As previously mentioned in other reviews, the salon was dirty and wasn't well kept. The girls there also didn't talk to us, only amongst each other. I also formed rashes around my cuticles that I believe came from an allergic reaction to their cuticle oil (I have never been allergic to anything when I have previously gotten my nails done other places). My daughter raved about Nikki at Simply Nails so i had to try it.  I've gone twice now and i love their work. I've tried gel nails and this time an acrylic overlay to try and help my natural nail grow out stronger.  I don't remember the name of the professional that did my acrylic but she was great! Nikki had her do a thin layer of  acrylic so it would look more natural on my short nails. They do great work and are very meticulous. Giving them one star because I have to add at least one. Never in my life have I been treated so rude by somebody whom I go to for paid service. I went in after a friend recommended the place to have a nail fixed. One pinky nail that had broken and a different nail tech tells me they don't have the polish I have on my nails. I told them I was aware, I just needed the nail fixed. They insisted that they didn't have my color and I told them I knew and I just wanted the nail fixed which was broken. The girl who I'm assuming was the owner decided to repeat herself again and once more I told her I just wanted the nail fixed and she said "fine" with a very rude tone. Once she said that I got up said never mind and walked out as I said "Jesus". When I walked out I heard the "owner" mocking me so I came back and asked her to repeat herself. She told me I was being rude to her friend so apparently that was enough justification to mock me as I walked out. When it comes down to it, unless you are a regular there, they don't want to spend time fixing a nail that wasn't done there. A paying customer is a paying customer. If she didn't want to help, she could have said no but mocking me, that was unnecessary and highly unprofessional. Read Less

Its now Simply Nails. Went once, I liked the service. The woman that did my nails did a very good job. Went about 2 weeks later for a fill, took my own nail polish that I wanted done and decals that I wanted on the nail. They got aggravated that I brought in my own decals instead of using there's. The same woman that had done my nails before was very rough with me. Almost cutting me three times. Stabbing  me with her own nails. Finally she switched with another woman who finished my nails but was in a rush helping other customers because they became busier. I'll never go to this place ever again. They have the best prices in town. I'll go some where else where the customer service is better! Read Less
