The only reason I am giving this nail salon two stars is because the price was amazing. Unfortunately, the quality of the work done was representative of the price. The color could have used another coat, my cuticles don't look great and some nails are jagged on the ends. The location is not clean in the slightest. It looks like the floors haven't been mopped in ages. The staff was nice, but the gel manicure I got is probably the worst ever. I will not return as I would rather pay more for a quality and clean experience. Read Less

Came in for a fill was very disappointed with them. Nails were not painted correctly, they seem like there just doing a half ass job and are just trying to speed through the process. The shop seems very dusty and dirty. Would not recommend! Read Less

Sloppy work. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. The shaping looks uneven, nails have spots left unpainted, the lines are crooked and she didn't clean up the edges. I feel bad because she was kind of nice, but I'll never go back. Read Less

I just think it's funny how me and my cousin went at 6:10pm to get manicures and as soon as we walked in the lady's tells us they're closed when their sign clearly said they closed at 7pm !!! Won't be coming back. Read Less

Three of us went in for gel manicures. Here are just a few of our concerns:-tips of nails not completely painted -spots of nail did not have paint, horrible paint job-jagged nails-didn't clean under nails-it was super weird that they did the lotion, had us wash our hands, and then painted our nails-The massage was not great either (very rushed). -Left foils on for 45 mins -made apt for 3, only 2 people working, 1 did all of us -stabbed with lady's nailOne positive - it was cheap. I love coming here. I get eyebrow waxes, gel manicures, and today I got my first pedicure. Helen and Thuy are both very kind. Helen is the spunky one who is always doing pedicures and Thuy is the sweet one who's desk is located on the right side of the salon. Both are very attentive. Thuy is very talented when it comes to doing nails, mine always last and turn our beautifully! The prices are very affordable and they have a great color selection. The downside is that they only have 3 ladies working the entire salon so it does get busy and the entire place could use a makeover! But again, based off price, customer service, and quality...I'm a happy camper! Read Less

Absolutely love this place! Have been going there for years and the ladies are amazing. I get face waxes and it's the best thing ever, helps my face stay clean and tightens my skin. Along with that they do an amazing job on my nails I always get compliments about them. I have been here a few times for eyebrow waxes and manicures and they have done an okay job. The price is right! But when they do eyebrows, they try to "remove hair" from areas that do not need it, like the cheek area below the eyebrows! They constantly tried to get me to agree to an above-the-lip wax, which I don't need (it was as if they were trying to convince me that I have a mustache!). And the last time that someone tried to do my nails, they cut my finger while trimming the cuticle. Accidents happen, and it was minor, but they did not apologize or take responsibility. Instead, the woman doing my nails blamed me for it! She said that my skin was too dry (it wasn't). That was when I left. There are other places nearby, which is where I will go next time. Read Less

This nail salon is perhaps the cheapest one I've ever been to in my life. With that being said, despite its cheapness these girls do a really good job with their nails. Eyebrows? Mediocre, but they're 5 dollars, so that spares you the extra 6 you will pay elsewhere. My only grip is that they tend to a) try to upsell you the entire time you are there (would you like gel instead? --no I change my nail polish like I change my socks, so no that's not a good investment!) and b) they do what they want with your nails. For instance, (inner essay writer coming out ya'll) I asked for a light pink nail polish with my index finger golden with sparkles. What do I get? "No, no that's not natural! Let me do this!" And she whips out a clear sparkly nail polish that indeed does look quite natural, it makes my acrylics look less fake, nevertheless that was definitely not what I asked for. I will say though, the girls are extremely friendly, and I am very passive so I assume I bring this upon myself! With that being said, if you can negate the up selling and hold your pants up while they make personal suggestions, you will definitely like this place. Service is quick, it's not that busy (I came on a Friday, mind you!), the prices are great, and the job is well done! Will definitely keep coming while I'm in town! Read Less

I was visiting my in-laws and needed my nails to look decent for our Christmas get together. The girls were really nice, very patient with me and did a beautiful job. This is the only place i know that gives pedicures with both the pumice and hot stones for masssge. Defintely going back Read Less

Beautiful gel French Mani!!! Friendly staff, quick and cheap!!! Love it and WILL come back! It is a bit on the grungy side here and there ...but is forgivable. I'd say to go to the restroom before you come. Read Less
