Honestly, I have been going here for years and just fed up. They use to be good and nice. Now it's a rush job and very sloppy. They are rude to black people, even when they are tipped generously. What really annoyed me was the girl who did my toes rolling her eyes at me the entire time. Never again, you will never get my money again. I'm sure that this place is awesome, but I came in (as a walk in) and waited an hour and a half while they let other people who came after me (also walk-ins) get served before me, finally I left because after asking twice if I could be served I was told to wait until the next available manicurist who then would serve someone else and tell me to wait. I just wish if they weren't going to serve me they could have told me so I could have gone somewhere else. Would t recommend this place to anyone or come back, regardless of the cheap prices. I have been going to Joline nails for a little over 7 months. I love all of the workers. Billy does my nails most of the time and he is fantastic. For my pedicure I love Mia or Bryan but they all do a superb job. If I could put a picture here I would show you the dipping powered technique. Billy introduced it to me and this is my 3rd time. I'm always happy with the gel nail manicures from here. Just had my first pedicure here and the callus remover addition was amazing. Really gets off all the dead skin. Wasn't too happy with the polish, felt like mine needed an extra coat because it was a lighter color. Most likely just come for gel manicures here on out Read Less

I went in for a pedicure and came out with highly irritated toes. I had a couple of toenails that were broken past the quick, so she started cutting all my nails that low. I told her you are hurting me and to not go that low. She said she had to keep the nails all the same length. Then she cut so much skin around my toenails that the were pink and irritated. She took so much skin that they are still pink and sore a few days later. Maybe the other beauticians at Jolines are good, so I won't say I hate the place, but I will never go back there. Read Less

I've tried multiple nail salons in the highland area looking for the place to call my home, and I think I found it! They are very reasonably priced, aren't pushy like other places I've been to, and did beautiful work! I got the Deluxe pedicure. It was $35 but totally worth it. I had callus removal, sea salt scrub, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, mask and hot towel treatment. The massage chair was awesome. My technician was very nice and thorough. The place is very clean and they use liners in the water bath and they have covers on the arms of the chairs, which I like. They have free wifi as well. I agreed with some other reviewers, this is a Best nail salon in town. They always have been doing great job. The salon is nice and clean. Technicians are very nice and friendly. Billy and His wife are Owner of the shop and they've done a good job from training their technicians providing good services. You can pick your favorite technician or any technicians at the salon and knowingly that you will be pleased with the result. This salon is a nice salon, come in to have nails and pedicure done and just enjoy and relax. They will do what you need to get done, they will give advise if you need any other extra services for your nails and pedicures but will not pushing like some other salon.Highly recommended. I was just treated to a Pedicure.  Not just a pedicure .... A deluxe pedicure.  OMG!  The works! The massage chair was worth the price of admission!  Annie was the lovely girl who served me.  With expert hands she was slow and meticulous and perfect.  With this deluxe pedicure you get the full Monty... Callus removal, salt scrub, massage, mud, and hot rocks.  They will not rush you through your experience as you live back in that beautiful chair being massaged from bottom to top.  I highly recommend this reasonably priced experience!!!! I tried this place for the first time and I love the pedicures there and the pedicure techs are nice. But then I got my manicure and the nail tech in the first chair was really rude! My sister introduced me to this nails salon. We have been to a few tooo many salons and we are always complaining about something. She took to me this place and I will never stop going here! They are so organized, clean , and they make sure you leave happy. I always get a gel manicure and a pedicure and am ALWAYS satisfied. I reccamned this place to all my friends and family. I didn't have the greatest experience my first visit...but after revisiting Joline Nails I have had nothing but great service and work. Its all about sitting with the right person. I love coming here, the new location is a few doors down. Everything is brand new the chairs, the tables, it's beautiful! Also it's extremely clean! They use special bags in the foot baths, and sanitize the equipment. This is a huge plus in my opinion. They are under new ownership. The technicians are very friendly. They also do a paraffin wax with a pedicure and that treatment makes your feet so very soft! I highly recommend getting your nails done at this shop! Read Less

If it was possible to give negative stars..i would. I went to have my nails done for the first time there this week and horrible customer service. There was only one man doing nails and everyone else was doing pedicures. I asked for a full set and had to ask him to cut down my real nails because he just started gluing on the acrylic despite my natural nails being long...He cut my fingers 3times because he was rushing through customers. and was rude.Also they charge extra for the shape you want your nails... This place just re located a couple of shops down next to the Mut hut. It's so much bigger and so nice! They do a really good job here and their gel nails actually last a couple of weeks unlike some other places I've been to. Read Less

I would not even give this place one start I went to get a fill and toes done my regular nail lady was busy that day had to have my nails done and leave town on a trip I was hurting my fingers and toes were so sore she used a sharp file and cut my fingers the one did my toes dug in them so much it took me over 3 weeks to recover could not walk with out pain Read Less

Horrible experience. I went in there and was told that a fill was only 12, sat down to get my nails done and he doesn't clean under my nails and leave the sides digging into my finger, also asks if I want my nail cut down and doesn't feel the need to tell me it's am extra fee. As I go to pay for my fill I am charged with a bunch of extra fees which I wasn't told about from the beginning when I asked. Not a good experience at all. Read Less
