These ladies are far beyond their talent years. My toes would look better if I'd have let my 6 or 7 year olds paint them! If only I could upload a photo with this review! I can't even...! Save your money! This place is ridiculous, posting "Pedicure $17" in the window, only to be handed a menu once seated, offering several options such as foot scrub, callous removal, clip and shape nails (each item elevating the final price to somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 some odd dollars. Leaving that original $17 nowhere to be seen) and finally my favorite on the list, "polish"). ??? Is it just me, because i seem to remember getting all of those things together as what was called a pedicure. No nickel and dimming. So what was the $17 for anyways? To dip my feet in the water? Not worth the money. I came here because I use to go here as a teenager and I was familiar worth the place. I picked between this one and another one, which obviously I should of went with the other place. It was fine in the being of my visit but then the guy shaped my nails wrong. When I mentioned it, he tried fixing it but just made it worse. I was quoted 35 dollars and at the end ended up paying 50. I can do my nails better! Will never go here again. Read Less

So I came here because my place was booked and I had to leave on a trip and couldn't wait.  DO NOT COME HERE! They are extremely dirty. They took my gel polish off by dipping my hand in dirty acetone that looked used and when I was done they kept it on the side and didn't throw it out.  They did a 5 minute pedicure and didn't even file my nails when I told them to do it.  The manicure process sucked. They gave me cold water that looked dirty and kept it onto the side of another guy doing a manicure once I was done. Honestly they're very dirty and don't get the job done well at all. I'll never come back I'd rather wait and be late and go somewhere else than to come here or go places I'm unsure of. And to top it off she charges me $43 for the worst service & nails ever Read Less

He WORST pedicure I've ever had in my life. I had to ask the woman to fix one of my toes, which had nail polish all over it, and she charged me $34 for a basic pedicure. The bathroom was FILTHY. My wifes nails look like a half fast job..did not take out ingrown nails..did not take off cuticles..if she wouldn't have looked at her heel shed still have cracked heels..my daughters paint nails better..when it came to her full set..she was charged more..her nails are all sorts of shapes..the guy doing nails seemed cool .when he was done doing her nail she sat in another chair where some elderly lady painted them and she too was nice but did a horrible job..my wife had to have the other lady redo them..they so not have much of a selection with nail polish..I will not be taking my wife back here ever! You get what you pay for..my wife's toe nails look uneven also..and now here big toe is hurting do to the shops uncleanness..so if u want an infection be my guest.. the 1 Star is to generous.. Jimmy and Kim are nice people, over worked as they are open 7 days a week and it's just the 2 of them working at times there bus another women there who does pedicures she's great with the massages. They hired another young man, however he went on vacation not sure when he is to return. I have never had a bad experience here, my nails are always the way I want them, if an error was made they corrected it. Was never treated rudely due to what type of service I wanted. I have seen them stay open way past closing time to accommodate customers that were waiting. They don't talk about customers in their foreign language as I have experience in other salons. They just try to please everyone, even when people are waiting, but it's common sense if you see 2 people working and there are 2 customers at tables and 2 in pedicure chairs apparently there is going to be a wait, even when Jimmy tells you about 15mins wait time, use your brains ladies. And then there are the regulars that have been going there for a couple years, I've seen them and just like other nail salons regulars have priority I know from experience been put on the back burner a couple times. By far the absolute worst pedicure that I've ever had.  The older women did it...she's not strong enough to do the massage or callus remover. She cut my toe not once, but twice with the file....then continued to rub lotion into the cut 3 times after telling her it was stinging. Polish was horrible and all over my cuticles. Ill start off by saying that Everyone was nice when I came in and seated me as soon as I came in. Then the lady doing my toes handed me a menu and I told her I just wanted a basic pedicure and designs.  Her attitude totally changed after that to obviously annoyed that I didn't want some ridiculously expensive pedicure or callus remover for calluses I don't even have. The pedicure itself lasted for maybe 10 minutes, 5 of that was my feet being soaked, 1 minute being a "massage" and cutting the nails and cuticles, and the other 5 being painted. I've never had someone give me such a terrible pedicure in my life, and the massage is literally the best part but she just rubbed some lotion on and called it a day. Then she only painted 2 very thin coats of a very light Polish and I could still see my nails underneath.  I asked for another coat and you'd think I asked for her firstborn. Then I noticed she was about to put top coat and I reminded her I wanted designs and asked her what she could do. She was visibly annoyed even though i told her before she even started i wanted designs, and she thought for a few minutes and said flowers.  I should have known this was a warning sign but I had her paint the flowers anyway,which look absolutely ridiculous, especially for an extra 5 dollars. My 3 year old daughter wanted her nails and toes painted too, and she was being extremely well behaved and there was no one else in there so I don't know why they felt they had to rush through the process but she didn't even remove the old Polish from my daughters nails before she painted them, which was another 10 dollars.  I have absolutely no problem paying for services, but when they are so sorely lacking in every way possible I get a bit irritated. Then I give them 5 dollars in tips, against my better judgment, and the man working incredulously asked if it was for both of them.  I wanted to tell him i really didn't want to give a tip at all because of my awful experience, but I just said yeah and left. Went here at the last minute to get out of the heat and get a pedi. Pretty friendly and I was able to get a chair after about 5 minute wait. Lady wasn't very chatty but that's how I prefer it anyway. In and out in about 30 min with a French pedicure. Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE FOR GEL MANICURES. Or anything really. I called ahead of time and asked how much it would be to get a gel manicure taken off and to get a different color put on (fit myself) and how much it would be to get a gel manicure (for my sister). I was told $20 for me, and $10 for my sister's. The lady left fuzz on my nail, didn't apply the gel all over the nail and had me leave with them wet. NEVER GO HERE!!!! THIEVES!!!!! Will quote a price then charge you double on your credit card. Didn't notice it the first time (shame on me). But, they did it again the second time. Quoted $12.00 for a nail fill and $15.00 for a pedicure. The charge on my card was $50.00.When I questioned them and demanded my money back the told me to leave and never come back. I just paid $50 for the worst Mani,  pedi Ive ever had. The old lady (who i don't think is licensed) didn't have the strength to even file and do callous removal. Another girl came over finished for her,  slapped some lotion on my legs,  polished my toenails and she was done.  I had to come home and use an emoryboard to smooth out my fingernails. I would not recommend this spot for any facial waxing. As of now 1/4 of my left eyebrow is missing and I have a scab on my chin because she pulled off too much skin. On top of taking off part of my eyebrow she strategically placed a few loose hairs there so that I would not notice until I left and the hairs promptly fell off. How about a little honesty people?
