My sister in law recommended them, I was leary, because it's Walmart. I liked my pedicure, girl was friendly, and did a good job. But I got a full set with pink and white. Lady did an ok job, but what really ticked me off was the upcharging at the end! BEWARE!!! Prices are NOT what they advertise! Pink and white says $32 and up. I thought the "& up" was extras like jewels, glitter, etc. Nope, they charge you $8 for the clear coat that goes over your acrylics!!! I've NEVER had a salon charge for the clear coat! I used to be regular here but the service here and the nails they do are horrible and they over charge you . I started to only go here to take off my nails but not anymore. DISLIKED SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES AND MY NAILS!This was the first time for me getting acrylic nails and the male employee that did mine made them super thick, cut them unevenly, and the best part HE WAS ON HIS PHONE! Finally I couldn't stand them for 2 weeks and I clipped them and decided to go back to have them remove it and the lady that removed my nails used another acrylic nail in her box to remove mine and left both of my thumbs cut up and ugly. She was originally having trouble taking them off so, another woman stepped in and helped removed them in the same process, but once I started bleeding she pressed down on my thumb for pressure and continued to file and whip her nails on mine while I was still slightly bleeding LMFAO. I was very disappointed in them this time. I took my girls in for pedicures, yes they were busy and we were prepared to wait, but the 10 minute wait was more like half hour. We asked to be together and was told the third chair would be open in 5 minutes so two of us went ahead and got started. The third chair opened up almost 20 minutes later so one of my girls was being worked on when two of us were done. The price was on the high side for me too. Read Less

This place is a waste of time and a waste of money. My daughter and I went to get her nails done there I got a full set and so did she. The day-after she got her nails done one of her  nails broke and when we went back they argued with us and didn't want to fix  her nail. The day-after that I notice my nails were lifting really bad. When I went back-to them to let them know and to try to get my nails fixed the argue with me in front of a customer and tried to say they couldn't see lifting. When they did fix my nails if filed the rest my nails so thin that I've now broke 2 nails. I also notice the files my middle finger Natural nail was filed down so thin that it almost all the way through the nail. They will not stand behind their work-and will argue with you to not have to do Any repairs that are not your fault. Again what a waste of time and a waste of a lot of money. Read Less

I was back and forth because they are good for BASIC work, you have to ask for specific people to get the right nail work done, and it seems they always do a RUSHED JOB. Over charge for stupid things. The only thing over outstanding is their receptionist. 5 outta 10 I always have a problem with my nails being to thin , thick or just not what I like. I'm fed up. I visited this place yesterday.  the pedicure i got is already chipped.  staff: some old lady with long hair did my pedicure.  she seems awfully mad or annoyed.  threw my feet back to tub.  permanent stink face.. kept pushing me to get same finger and toe color.  when i said i want to get different colors she gave me a very rude look.  half-@ss job.  leg massage wasn't a massage.  for manicure, a tall man took over.  he was so occupied with what as going out side of the salon he was filing my cuticle and flesh instead of my nails.  fingers are super irritated.  nail gels were painted so unevenly. my 25 years of nail salon experience, this was the worse of all. I'm new to the area and was in need of a trip to the nail salon. To begin with the person who did my nails kept asking unnecessary questions such as why did i arrived at the time I did. After that he proceeded to ask about how I wanted my nails despite it being stated prior then complained as if I was unaware of it. After another person loudly stating how ugly her nails were I should have just left. How in bloody hell does one do such a mediocre job? Today the gel started to peel off even though it has been less than 24 hours. Luckily I found another nail salon to fix this monstrosity. I definitely won't return or suggest this location. This is my go to Nail Salon! I love everything about it. They got me right in with little to no wait despite it being about 30 people there. I have been here quite a few times now. They are always very busy so it's best to make an appt. However, the workers are friendly. The guy who runs the place is so very kind & attentive, he helps communicate to the worker what you want. The couple times I've had to sit & wait, he offers water bottles to us customers. I called at 8:15pm to ask what time they close, I figured they were already. Well the boss guy said they closed at 8 but if I get there within 10min they can do my pedicure because they were still finishing up some people, I was very pleased that he accommodated me & I didn't even feel like he rushed my pedi. My nails & pedi's have come out very nice so far each time. The place seems clean, & they use liners on the spa's for the pedi's. Read Less

First time here yesterday. I was greeted immediately.  The service was quick and semi friendly. The person who did my nails knew what he was doing and gave honest suggestions, but his work was not very refined.  I got a full set coffin shaped nails and four of them are bulky on the sides... instead of being flushed or tapered to the sides, some of them are bulky on one side.  He was a little rough with the filer and buffer and some of the side my nails feel like they have sore paper cuts on them. They still sting a bit when I wash my hands.  When I went to pick out a nail polish, they didn't have a matte deep burgundy or black cherry... no big deal, I picked out a plum color.  So I asked him if he had more color selection, he responded, "no, that's all the colors we have." I said it was fine and that I am going to pay before having him polish my nails.  It came out to 25$ , and I tipped him 5$... total 30$.  Then, he magically remembered he had more color selection. And he offered me all these pretty colors.... hmmmm... aaaaanyway! I might come back again, but not 100% sure... I don't like these little cuts on my fingers :( Read Less
