I walked in to do my nails today she started with my nails one was crooked I told her and she got mad and just told me if I could come back a different time so she could do it right cause she had an appointment coming soon and I told her you shouldn't have started my nails if you were on a time limit .... Got my nails done here for the first time. I got gel with chrome for $45 and the next day the chrome was coming off. By one week it was almost completely gone. I went in for a free redo and those started chipping in a week. Must be the type of nail polish they use, but I know I didn't like what I paid for such bad quality. Read Less

This was my 1st time here I gave it a try because of the yelp reviews. The salon is very up scale looking and clean . I give them 5 stars for the cleanliness it looks like they sterilize their stuff.  The reason why I'm giving them a 2 is because my gel manicure looks horrible. One of the male techs did it and I don't think he knows how to really do it . And the gel manicure itself was $30 I guess your paying for the nice environment . Not worth it tho. Read Less

What a terrible experience it was my first time there I got a pedicure with a guy name Tom I told him how I want my toes done and he didn't understand what I asked for. I told one of the girls who worked there and she told the owner who went to cut my toenails and all the dry skin but she was done she told Tom to finish which was so wrong he was rude painted my toenails horrible I will never go back to this place how soon I got home I removed the nail polish. I called to make an appointment for 2 mani's and 2 pedi's for myself and a friend. I like gel nails but my friend doesn't, so I asked the employee on the phone how much a gel manicure is and she said $20. I didn't think anything of it since the surrounding nails salons also charge $20. We arrived and one girl did my pedicure, saying maybe one word to me. When that was done, she asked me to move to the table to sit, while my friend remained at the pedi seats. After 5 minutes, she walked past me and said, "thanks, bye!" ...If she wasn't doing my manicure she could have let me know and not moved me away from my friend... Eva did my friend's pedicure, then her regular manicure while she sat in the pedi chair. After my girl left, I waited 15 minutes, not knowing that I was waiting on Eva to ALSO do my manicure. Eva did a great job on my gel nails, taking her time, and didn't cut me once. A week later, the gel still looks great and isn't peeling anywhere. When Eva rang me up, she said my total was $50... $30 for the pedicure?? No, $30 for the gel... I told her I had called and the other lady said $20... But I don't blame Eva, she didn't know.Overall, this place is professional looking and sanitary, but the employees are not professional at all and don't have customer service. The salon itself was playing music very low, with no TV. In my pedi chair, the massage would also stop after a minute and when I asked, an employee told me, "Oh yea, that one is broken, I've told the manager"... Then why would you sit someone here when there are other empty seats...Positive: you can add the tip on the credit card receipt. I really like this nail salon. I've been here several times with my sisters, and each time it's been a great experience. The staff is kind and courteous, the facility is always clean and looking nice, and they have an excellent selection of colors and services. One of the best parts about this particular salon, they don't try to sell you on extra packages or services. If you come in and saying you want a simple mani pedi that's what they will give you. There is no up sell. On a more recent trip, getting ready for my sister's wedding, I splurged and purchased a more expensive pedicure treatment, and even though it was more expensive than what I usually get, it was still very reasonably priced. My legs were massaged and lotioned, they scrub the calluses of my feet, which is no small task. And they made my feet look good.If you are looking for a new place to get your nails done I would suggest coming here. It's definitely worth the trip. Read Less

Everyone here is polite and friendly. I take my father in law in regularly, as he needs special attention to his toes, and these people fix him up so he's more comfortable. Prices are similar to the other places we've gone to. English is spoken well, except by the owner, and she's a bit hard to understand.Read Less

Im still testing the waters on different nail salons... this one is slightly better, but still understaffed. Like I said before, I'm used to booming businesses where everyone is getting around. I saw only a total of 5 workers.     Anyway, I walked in, I was told to sign in and I was seen immediately. I think the lady who did my pedicure was named Linda. She was very quiet, spoke little English. She gave me a wonderful foot massage, the tools were pre packaged (which is a plus in my book).... my feet are really soft and I like the color on my toes. My only issue, when she was done, I saw I still had some dead skin by my big toe nail.  The fact that I had to ask her to clean it up confused me. It was so obvious, no way she should have missed it.     Another young lady did my eyebrows, I was satisfied with the work, but not with the price. I've never paid more than $7 for my eyebrows, but this place charges $10. It wasn't threading: just plain ole wax. Overall nice place, not sure about the prices... Read Less

I haven't lived in hemet for a while so I didn't know where was a good place to get my nails done. I decided to go here because it is close to my home. Right when I walked in they asked what I needed and I got to pick my color. My nail technician was named Donna, she was very nice and it was nice to be able to have a conversation with her. Usually when I go get my nails done they just ask me simple questions then remain silent the rest of the time. Got a gel manicure and it looks really good. Love the atmosphere here.  Everyone was busy but it was quiet and calm. Normal talking No yelling around the salon like most places, that's a big plus for me, I got a standard spa pedicure and she was very thorough-wish I got her name-she was very careful and made sure I was comfortable with what she was doing.
