I have only been twice, but I love this place. Pretty small, but I go on weekdays in the middle of the day and haven't had to wait. The shape of my nails has been perfect both times. The man who does my nails is funny, personable, and willing to make sure I'm 100% happy with my nails. Today I went in to get a Mickey Mouse for my birthday Disney trip. Lee always does my nails perfect! I have tried a couple places out and Queen nails always does a Greg job, and the price for a full set is reasonable. They are always so friendly there! On my Birthday, 3-AUG-2017, I got a pedicure and manicure at this place. Unbeknownst to the staff working with me, I understood and therefore overheard them muttering rude things in Taiwanese about my friend who is a tall, athletic Filipino male and about me as well; a small weird thing that... look stupid together. Ouch! The pedicure was half-assed, short, and blasé. The gel manicure, whom I think was by Chris, was rushed and hurried. I asked for blue gel stiletto nails with a gold moon and star on two of the nails. They angrily tell me "No gold, go to Target. get yourself!" WOW. That actually created a gulp in my throat. I felt very rundown, weak, and disappoined. HBD! =/ So, I let the awful manicure persist. I tried making conversation to no avail. I felt so awkward like I wanted to crawl in a safe, black cozy hole. I usually tip 20 % I tipped $5--For a mani and pedi, you can do the math... The lowest tip I have ever given. ;( NOT OK.The staff is not friendly. They tell stories to relate to yours to earn larger tips. They swindle you. The pedicure water is FILTHY. They speak horribly about you--not in English but Mandarin or Taiwanese, etc. I have an ear for it, unfortunately in this case. My pedicure came out uneven, and she did NOT correct it. Instead, walked into the back room. --CLEANLINESS: POOR--FRIENDLINESS: VERY POOR--MANICURE: FAIR--PEDICURE: VERY POOR--RETURN: NEVERAll-in-all I'm absolutely stunned. Got a really nice and affordable pedicure, for $20 thats totally not bad! It comes with a foot massage, the hot towels and even the wax! For $20! I have gone to other more expensive places but they always cut me. Or they just don't do a good job.  I will be returning for my next pedi. Read Less

It's so hard trying to find a decent nail salon, but so far this place has done me justice. I got a gel manicure $25 and the Noche pedicure which was $30. The lady did an awesome job. I gave it a 4 because they only accept tips in cash and I don't like to carry cash & like to have the tip on card as an option. So be prepared to tip with cash if you come here. Really great and lovely individuals but major pricing contradictions. I was charged $15 to remove my gel polish when the sign on their wall said $5 to remove. I was a bit bothered by the triple charge (hence the comment to warn others). On top of that - I was initially charged $30 when the sign (also) said that applying gel nails was $15. This was just for my original nails. No acrylic. So, $15 to apply and $5 to remove. Am I getting my math incorrectly? I was okay with the $30 charge because I find that fair. I would have paid it if I didn't feel like I was singled out with a higher price  So, overall the pricing experience left me a bit bothered. 3 stars was given only because they tried to help me leave in a timely manner. I got a pedicure at Queen Nails today. I can't believe this place has 4 stars. I won't be back. Cons: dirty and run down looking, all of nail polish looked old and there were only a few bottles of brands I recognized, I don't know how the tools were sanitized (if at all), she didn't remove the dirt under my toenails before painting (I know that's gross but it's been standard practice everywhere I've ever gotten a pedi). When I was done, she made me walk barefoot across the salon over to the mini fan to dry my toes further. There were no magazines. While I was getting a pedi, another lady offered me a gel manicure and then a brow wax even though I just got one earlier in the day. Pros: cheap ($17 for basic pedicure), people were nice (except for the sales/pushy-ness), I walked in without an appointment. Free wifi. Read Less

Lee&Kathy were very friendly. He turned on the massage for me before I even asked. The pedicure chairs seemed to be better suited for taller people because my feet couldn't reach the bottom of the tub. The water barely covered my feet and I'm 5'3. The part that really caused me to debate between a 3 and a 4 stars rating was the little hairs that kept getting stuck on my nails. At first I thought it was my fault and that it was cat hair. Then I realized it was coming from their cotton ball when they wiped my nails with alcohol and when they Kathy restarted on one of my nails. She had to get Quy to pull out the hairs because she couldn't see them clearly. The first time there was just 1 hair. The second time there was like 4! Luckily the nails were not destroyed and still turned out alright. When Quy was doing my pedicure painting afterwards, she paid close attention to the details and I appreciated that!Prices were somewhat on the pricey side, but they do tell you before they start painting. $5 to remove gel usually, though $3 for me because I only had a little gel left. The places I go to usually does it as a complimentary service if I'm getting another pedi or mani though. Overall it came out to $25 gel mani and $35 gel pedi. I've been coming here for over 16 years , I absolutely love this nail salon . Lee and Kathy have seen my kids and grandkids grow up , they are like family to us . Lee is the only person that can do my nails and have them last up to 4 weeks without a fill or break ! I've tried plenty of other places throughout the years and never have been satisfied, so I will commute to get my nails done there . I've commuted up to an hour away but it's so worth it !!! This is the worst nail shop ever...I went there to find me a good nail shop so I can stop going to my older nail shop I been going for a decade. I went there to get my nails, pedicure and eyelashes done. Let me said my nails and pedicure were good. I love my pedicure a lot. The guy who did mine was the best ever. But when I had my eye lashes done... they fall out the same day. When I went there the lady who did mine was so rude and said that she didn't do it. I was so upset. All I wanted was a credit because I do not want her to work on my eyelashes. But she persisted that she didn't do them that bad. I just walked out and leave everything to the Almighty to judge her. These high ratings could not be for their nail work. I have been getting my nails done for 17+ years and this is the WORST nail place I've ever been to. I swear the lady doing my nails could not have been certified. I wouldn't be able to verify because they do not hang their licenses in their shop. It took over an hour for a full set to be done and by the end of it, I had changed my mind from getting a gel to just regular nail polish. It was that bad!
