I was referred to this location by a friend who used to go last year. I was highly disappointed, not necessarily in the work performance but in the prices. Per the website, a full set for gel nails is $35up. I got a short set and she charged me $45.I explained that the website said starting at $35, I was ignored... I had already read online that someones credit card was attempted to be used the next day unauthorized so I brought cash. She didn't get a tip because I wasn't anticipating paying $45 for short nails. ...it looked as if I needed a fill the next day. I am a week in and I will say the positive is that my nails have not cracked,chipped, or broken. I feel that the website should be updated if the prices stated are not honored. I misunderstood the process...I thought a full set gel is done just like a full set acrylic but with a gel base. I felt that for $45 for short nails with acrylic and a gel polish it was a bit much. My daughter goes to another shop and pays $50 for gel and very long....It took me a week to write this review because I had to be able to lose my irritation.. Unfortunately my mom did not have a good experience here. Once she had her glasses on she noticed that her toes were not painted all the way through, so she had to go back in. She didn't get the clear nail polish that all nails salons usually put on the nails after the color. I am guessing they forgot to put it on? Very accommodating! I called 1 hour before the close time online and they agreed to see me same day! Manicure + gel $25 and option #2 Pedicure (includes scrub, marine mask, massage, parafin wax, and callous removal) $35 Total = $60 plus tip. Nice people! Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing but not here! If your in a hurry and short on time and you want them to rush on your services than this is the place to be. I came here because it's close to home but never again! This place is a complete rip off and so unprofessional. They don't sterilize their tools and it's only until after they tell you they charge to take off the gelish polish. They are obviously all about the money and not the care of their clients. The guy who did my nails was going too fast and why he was using the drill he was distracted by the conversation with the other technicians and nicked my skin with the drill. When it started to bleed he sprayed something on my finger to stop the bleeding. It began to burn I asked him to wipe it off—he said it will stop burning and let it continue to sit on my finger. I wiped it off myself. He continued to paint my nails over the blood. Then when he realized it was not stopping he grabbed a brush and used it to clean the blood on my finger. If you're looking for speed, this is the place to go. I go here for my manicures (regular, gel, and acrylic) because of the good quality in a short amount of time. Peter is definitely my first pick for manicure, but they all are fine. Their pricing is very reasonable for what they do, and for the most part they do have pretty good customer service.Make sure you are very clear with what you want and they will come through, I've had to fix a few things I wasn't a fan of at home but I am completely the one to blame as I'm a bit wishywashy in communicating. My big complaint is that I would highly recommend going elsewhere for a pedicure, I personally have never been happy with the quality I've gotten here. I really like this place! They are fast but efficient! They really know what they are doing here! The services I usually get are the pedicures and for first time today a gel manicure! They are great at what they do! They are also clean and I will definitely be coming back! No long waiting here! They have people on deck ready to go! VERY UPSET WITH SERVICE. Came in usually get my nails done by Nikki, but she was out of the country so the manager JENNI offered and I thought well okay. She did my nails the first night one chipped right off and I thought MY fault.... then the next day while looking at clothes 3 more fell off. Came in and they said jenni isn’t here let’s cut them short and I said well okay.... came in one day later and she tells me she can do a new set for 40$ more dollars MIND YOU I HAD ALR...EADY PAID 60$!!!! I say why it wasn’t my fault they kept falling off? I always get my nails done here and now you did them and they fall off.... long story short she didn’t do them she wanted to charge me again and at the end when I said I was gonna leave a bad review she was trying to make it come out of one of her workers pockets which is so unfair because tia is nice and didn’t do anything wrong! I am disappointed that I did not give this place a try sooner! I moved into the area a year ago from Fremont and I have had a difficult time finding a good nail salon. I ignored this nail salon for the longest time because of the negative Yelp reviews. I took a chance and I went in today to take offmy old set of nails and get a new set. Vicky did my nails and all I had to tell her was the style and length I wanted and she immediately started working on my nails with great speed. I have never had anyone do my nails as fast as she did and be so precise at the same time. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This was a plus for me as I am very busy and do not have time to sit in a nail salon for one hour. Usually great service...but not today. Took an hour and half for my daughter to get a pedicure. After she was called back, they found out someone was supposed to have gone before her so she had to wait, which wasn't a big deal. When it was finally her turn, however, the woman ended up taking over an hour to do something that should take 20 minutes. She got up 3 times to go and help others while my daughter sat there waiting each time...and I ended up doing more of the pedicure myself than she did. First time I went several months ago I was very happy so this is why I went back. But this last time was very disappointing. The staff was quite rude to me and I had to constantly watch and say things to avoid my technician trying to give me used slippers, dirty towels and tools that were obviously not cleaned between clients. I was in the need to get my nails done b/c of my nail tech kept playin with me.. so I decided to call this place and see if they had any availability.Went in today and within sec they greeted me and asked what can they help me with. I told em I needed a fill and color change. Got seated and the lady went to work. Didn't really like how she was doin my nails because she did keep being in one spot over and over again. But the results of my nails came out nice. Usually I have no patience for their fuck ups, but I sat my ass down and made sure she did it right. Really don't like how they sit there and talk shit. I have been getting nail services for 25 years . I started going to this salon when they built it near my home. It started out great . Some of the girls and guys are really nice . In the last two years their services have gone to a steady decline . Same owner . I think she just sees it's always busy so she just cares less. I know what quality nail services look like . The service here has gone way down. They don't cut and file or shape and apply the powder evenly . One hand always looks different than the other . In addition not a finished look. They don't rush you but , you can tell they are in a hurry because you Tuesday 1pm pedicure is half the applied service as the Saturday 11am pedicure . The busier they are the less you get but pay the same . They labeled me Picky. I'll explain I'm not picky . I always tip 30% to not make a problem if there is an issue I let them know . I even agree to come back at a less busy time . I ask why do I have to accommodate? When clearly I couldn't get what I paid for and they advertised ? There is never an apology only the explanation that they are busy. My time is valuable as well today I just got their upgraded pedicure and a manicure and I was there for 2 hours . I brought my own Polish I was patient . I took my mother to get a fill.when I stated that her nails were not the same size and the were thick and thin and filed crooked . I was yelled at to say what I wanted her to do. I'm sorry my elderly mother could explain what she wanted so she showed me . I've never in 25 years been yelled at by a nail tech. Or owner . I've given so many chance based on busy days , bad days .. whatever their reasoning is . One they tried to use tools and files I watched then use on someone else's feet on my hands . This place is very disorganized , filthy, not up to OSHA standards, and terrible customer service. I will never go back to this place and I definitely will not recommend anyone to them. I had multiple bad experiences here but this last time was unacceptable and completely rude, I got a full set acrylic, had to tell the lady multiple times this isn't the shape I want she completely ignored me and continues doing her work and cut me several times. After she was done I was shocked when they gave me a price of $90 which is outrageous for a full set (usually $40) I have been going here for years and I have never been this over charged. I explained to the lady how this is not right and she would not take no for an answer and kept telling me I had other services done when I did not I felt very displeased with the outcome of my nails and this ridiculous price, I was not going to pay that it wasn't right. Shortly after I went outside to the car to talk with my sister to have her opinion and all the workers followed me and were sitting right on my car, the lady forcefully opened my door and I asked her to please stop hanging on my door and she would not leave, everyone was in my face taking videos/ pictures I felt very violated in my own space. The main lady kept yelling at me and reached right into my car and yelled at me give me your phone and purse and reached into my car trying to grab it, another lady was forcefully yanking me out of my car. This was not ok, so I had to call my dad because it was clear to see I was being harassed and shortly my dad had to come and yell at all of them to get away from my car that they have been banging and scratching all because I was not ok with being overcharged and how does a $40 full set turn into $90 ? This was not the right way to go about things and I have never been this disrespected in my life. I will usually bring in a photo of something I like, and he will end up making my nails cleaner, and cuter than the photos I bring in to give him ideas of. My mom and I have come here for a long time now for a no appointment pedis. The service was fine as usually however I had my 6 month old son with us. My mom was holding him when a female employee came up and literally took him from my mom without asking if she could hold him. My mom reassured me that it was ok but even she felt something was off. Then the woman without saying a word or asked permission walked away then out of the store into the mall. The girl who was doing our nails said "it's fine, she the manager." I don't care who you are you never just grab someone else's child and walk away. The manager never asked if she could hold him or anything about him. My son wasn't being fussy nor crying/screaming.
