I feel bad for giving only two stars since the lady who did my manicure was very sweet and did a decent job. However, she was painfully slow. I just had a regular gel manicure, yet it took one hour and 25 minutes. I skipped the massage at the end because I couldn't sit there any longer. I stopped by for the first time today for a gel manicure. Only one other person was getting their nails done when I came in so I was seen right away. None of their practices seemed sketchy and I'm happy with the results. The best surprise was the price! $23 for a gel manicure if you pay with cash and $25 with card! First time at this place. Didn't yelping love it . Great job on the manicure but the customer service could use a lot of help. If I'm spending near $30 for a manicure, I don't expect to get burned by your UV drying machine and then be told that i'm too sensitive  especially since I get my nails done every 3 weeks and I know what it's supposed to feel like. I came here about two weeks ago and got a full set put on after my "go-to" nail salon was too busy to see me that day. I waited a little while but not too long; I was a walk-in after all. Hannah did a good job with my set and even helped me with my color selection. Today I returned for a fill. This time I called in advance for an appointment at 5:30pm. I arrived around 5:20 and was greeted by Hannah. I told her I had an appointment at 5:30 and she asked me to wait a few minutes while she finished up her client.
