Okay so I thought I was picky until I came on here and read the other reviews. Here are just a few of my concerns:- The woman that did my acrylic manicure cut me really bad three times. THREE times After I expressed my discomfort and pain, because once you apply those chemicals on a cut, obviously they burn like hell, she didn't really seem bothered, didn't apologize and didn't go easy on those fingers afterwards.   - I asked for almond shape and they looked far from almond, they were more rounded coffin shaped. But I didn't let that bother me, I came home and filed them down on my own. - She applies 3 coats of 'barre my soul' by OPI and then a polish on top. I sat down to allow them to dry for 25 minutes, told me I was ready to go and then she got so pissed when I walked to her with a scratch on my thumb because I reached in my purse for my wallet. Her and her team were so hesitant to fix my polish, I apologized a few times and didn't really get a reply from them. Honestly, it's just nail polish and we're humans. Shit happens and a finger or two might get messed up. Its Sunday (10/29), I got my nails done on Friday morning. My polish continues to get scratched but hey at least my cuts are scabbing Do yourself a favor and pay that extra 5-10 dollars and go somewhere that's willing to treat you. By far my favorite place for a mani/pedi. I would suggest booking an appointment. They can get really busy! They have a wide selection of regular nail polish. I usually go with their China Glaze for a Basic Pedicure ($20).Their manicure can get pretty pricy, depending on what you get. A full set starts off around $25, but they charge more for length and shape, the type of polish you like, and whether you want your cuticle cleaned/removed. We walked in for two pedis and a full set, mani gels. No one greeted us everyone just turned and looked awkward. Finally someone said can i help you and we were rudely told they don't do pedicures. It's one thing not to offer a service but another not to greet and huff like an effort to respond to a customer's request very rudly salon will never recommend. Read Less

I was looking for a new nail spot to try out and I saw this place had just opened with pretty good reviews (from last year). I called this place about 6/7 times? over the course of 3 days to schedule an appointment. No one ever picked up. I decided to shop by around noon time on Sunday since I go out of work early that day. When I walked in, I kinda stood there for a bit with no one really looking at me. Finally, one of the worker asked what i wanted and I told her I wanted to get an acrylics set. She told the male (owner) and he walked over to me Him: Do you have an appointment?Me: No, sorry I don't. I was wondering if i could just wait? (Him walking away)Him: No, sorry, we really busy today. You should make an appointment. (It was not JAM packed.) Me: Oh. But I've been calling the shop several days and no one picked up.(Him walking back to get the next customer that's waiting)Him: We're really busy so that's why we can't pick up the phoneMe: .....? then how do i make an appointment? Can i make one now for like tomorrow?By this time...hes like wayyy in the back and I'm left standing there looking hella dumb. So i went home pretty annoyed but against my better judgement with my boyfriend's persuasion, I went back a few days later on a weekday.This time, the female owner talked to me. She was only nicer to me after I spoke to her in Vietnamese. I wanted to get my usual stiletto shape but saw that they charge for shaping your nails. So I went with the regular square as a nice change and I didn't feel like paying extra for them to shape it. It was a first for me seeing a nail place charge for that. I think this lady name Van did my nail. She was nice (enough) so i tipped her $5 + $25 for the set, my total came out to $30. When I went back to my car where it was a lot brighter, I notices the edges were lumpy and not all of the shapes were even. I've been here once before, the service sucked but they did a good job on my nails. I went back 4 days ago.  I  had selected light pink gel shellac. She came back with a different number than the one I selected and kept telling me it was the same color. It ended up with Polish that looked like a neon orange. (I want it light pink and not orange.) I was not happy about the color. Like that was not enough...the Gel polish was all over my nail, skin and under nail.  I pointed out to her but she made it seem like I was seeing things.  I walked away Not getting the color I selected, also with my skin and under nail being glued together. Four days later my gel is already peeling off. I give them 2 stars but it should've actually been more like a one star.  They have lost me as a customer. Read Less

We had a very nice experience getting a pedicure done. It was late in the afternoon and we wanted to get our feet done so they allowed us to walk in and get one without an appt. Love the way the store is designed, glass chandelier, clean store, wide variety of nail polishes to choose from. When you get one done here, prepared to be pampered! I chose the $35 level service and never felt so relaxed getting a pedicure done. They used some kind of stuff on our legs to massage it and finished it with a hot towel around our legs while the nails were getting painted. Was so nice I wanted to fall asleep. It is true there is a sign cash only, but you can use a card for a small fee. In the end, they did a great job with both of us and left happy. They have awful customer service skills! I came in for the basic pedicure which came with a massage and a hot towel. They refused to give me the massage and when I politely asked they began to raise their voices and yell! As soon as my sister and I walked through the door they were staring at us and being very rude. I wouldn't recommend anyone Ever come to this nail salon! Read Less

I went here for pedicures when I was SUPER pregnant and couldn't reach my toes. They are always very friendly and while they will ask if you also want a manicure they are not pushy if you say no. They offer treats and drinks while you're being pampered and I had a water bottle that they happily refilled. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is when my friend went with me they cut her big toenail too short and she got an ingrown. SO if you're prone to that sort of thing be aware, personally i had no problem mine. Read Less

A friend recommended this spot! I'm very picky about my nails! When I 1st walked in my 1st impression was "How nice it looked". Than the gal started my nails, ask me if I wanted a snack. I had a business meeting in town. After it was done, I had enough free time . I decided to go treat myself to a manicure. Found this salon while looking around. My first impression is just WOW! Every inch of this place is really clean. The techs working here are really friendly and polite. The nail tech working on my nails was really professional. Throughout the process of my manicure, she was very gentle and focus on fulfilling all my requests without a single problem. When she was done, I was really pleased with how my nails looked now. Really wish they had this salon in my city. But, I highly recommend anyone living in the area to check this place out. Probably one of the best services I ever had at a salon.
