It's unfortunate but they have lost my business for sure. My girlfriend's hair was ruined.. warning for those who want to color their hair! The ladies there cannot color evenly, even at one point using 2 different colors unknowingly. What upset me was not their mistakes but their overall attitude and business conducts. They never once admitted their mistakes and kept trying to say we don't know anything about hair coloring. Also, they spoke their native language all throughout the damage control. Even pressing down hard when applying the color. No sorries or what they can do to fix but just Vietnamese chats... We spent about 4 hours there. Don't go!!! I tried taking my son for a haircut and waited 20 minutes, as all the ladies working just sat there and looked at me like if I wasn't even there. They had no one in line or even there, and yet when I asked what was taking so long I was ignored and told to wait for my turn when they were all just talking. Only one of the ladies was actually cutting someones hair. After I was rejected for the third time I immediately picked up my stuff and grabbed my son and left. I took my service elsewhere! If I could give no stars I would. I came here because I thought while my sons were getting a haircut I could get a pedi. Kill two birds with one stone. Well the smaller older lady who does haircuts was so rude she asked if I had an appt. I said no then she said she had an appt with someone else who clearly was not there. Second time I brought my kids here for fades the taller and thicker lady does good work but as for the little older lady .she sucks left long hair around ears cut my sons ear than burns his neck with a blow dryer .its not like I can slap the s$&@ out of her so I'm just gonna not come back so this is a WARNING stay away from the old lady Read Less

I have been going here for 20 years, since 1996 and this place has kept up with all the hair styles I went through over the years. Lina is the best hair stylist! She knows and remembers all my different styles throughout the years and is a great person, as well as the other ladies. I see on here some bad reviews cause of customer service, its not bad service you just gotta know what you want and announce your self. These ladies are good at what they do, and can't break concentration for someone who might get something done. If your a regular they will know you are there and have you wait but not for too long. Not a great color selection. Whoever did my nails rushed them & 2 nails broke the following day. They did not have a lot of staff so when I was getting my nails done the lady started rushing to help another customer. I told her to fix certain nails she messed up on.. She started getting angry. So I come here at 6: 32 PM they have on there open sign to do a very simple walk in hair cut for men. I was near by and my hair is crazy long and I need to get it cut. [They Close at 7 PM BTW]I try to open the door I see 4 people in there talking. The door is locked. I knock and they ignore me. Great I get the attention of one of the ladies and I ask for a haircut, but they say they care closed? Over 25 minutes early on a Saturday? She went back to talking to her co workers. Gave me the cold shoulder, here is your 1 star review for bad customer service.Also I have been here before the younger lady does a bad job and the older lady here does a good job. Not happy at all. So I went in last night, I called ahead and told the girl I will be coming in for a full, and asked if she had time, she said she had more than enough time. So I walk in at 7pm sharp, and no customers are there. Sweet! I'm thinking I'll get the best fill of my life, but nope! First of all, I don't know what this lady did but my nails were stinging (I don't know if this is normal because I've only had my nails done a handful of times). I informed her that my nails were stinging and hurting, so she put some solution. That was nice of her. Going on, they didn't have much of a selection of colours, and the colour I did end up picking was dried and old I guess. After changing my mind about the hideous glitter polish on one finger, I opted for a solid baby blue on all fingers. I let them dry for 2 cycles at the salon, and it was fine. When I got to my car, I inspected them more and saw the shape of my nails were off, and not even close to being similar, and not to mention bumpy! And then after a 30 minute drive back home, and folding clothes, I saw that my finger nails had scratches on them... Not sure if it was because of shitty polish or not enough dry time. Read Less

My mom and I came here a few months ago and I have to say this place was good at first but the second or third time we came around to Linda's they were really horrible.The service they have here is ok, what I didn't like was that they raised the price for me to wax. The first time I came here it was in the 12$ range. The second time I came here and requested a wax the girl charged me 18$ for the same thing I received the last time I came there! I told the girl who was charging me that the last time I was there it was 12$ and she started speaking in her language to her coworkers. That is rude and plain out unprofessional.Needless to say I paid the girl 18$ after she and her coworkers talked for a minute about it, but I will never be coming back. Typically good service but one of the newer ladies gives the worst haircut I have ever seen. I mean haircut. One. Even coming in and telling her specifically what is desired, she gives a buzz cut that isn't even even. Sideburns were crooked, sides were uneven, it's like she never listens to the customer. Two weeks prior, the same haircut was given to someone else I know who had to go to a different haircutter to fix it. I would advise finding somewhere else to get a haircut or asking the nicer, primary haircutter (she might be the supervisor) for a hair cut. Read Less

For many years I've been going to the same guy in San Francisco for a haircut and about a year ago I was referred here by my mom, who lives in Brentwood.The first time I came here all I did was observe and I noticed that most the people here are requesting the same lady to cut their hair. It is the lady that's normally at the first stall you see closest to the door.I loved how she cuts my hair and that I no longer have to pay tons of money to drive to San Francisco.  Saves me toll $, traffic time, parking fees, and she charges way less than what I use to pay.  What more can I ask for?She does excellent cut.  It all started with my mom.  Now she also cuts my dad's hair, my 2 daughters hair, and myself.  She is personable, listens to you, and really takes her time cutting peoples hair. I've been getting my men's haircut from Leena for years. It's rare to find someone who actually cuts your hair exactly the way you asked. The establishment itself is clean and the rest of the staff is friendly.I highly recommend that you call to make an appointment with Leena.
