I've came here several times and I think I like it. I haven't been impressed YET!!! I tend to come every 2 weeks and get my feet and nails done. I still frequent other shops depending on my location though so no one has me as their dedicated customer YET....I need to be sworn, impressed, ect and I haven't found that. I haven't really found my favorite person to do my feet yet here either, but currently I go to Kevin. Now let's talk about Kevin because of the reviews below and I will go into the pedicures afterwards. Kevin does have this attitude that you sorta have to get use too. You also have to find what his specialty is and what he does well. He does French Tip beyond excellent, however make sure that's all you want. I think when you become too particular and want ponies, unicorns and care bears on your nails, he gets a bet frustrated and you may want to go to someone else. I am a pretty simple girl so I let him do what he wants to do. I also like that he doesn't talk and he takes his time and wants everything done slow.....even placing your hand in the gel machine.....do it really slow so that the polish doesn't make any bubbles.  If you give him the ball, he really does take care of you...but if you have read any of my other reviews, you know that customer service is everything to me.....Now for the pedicures I get....i have NEVER received a bad one. However a few of the reviews below are true and they try to upsell you on extra stuff. When you say no, they sometimes throw the little card back into their bend and get to working on your feet WITHOUT ANY LOVE....now one day I did pick #2 instead of #1 which is a basic pedi...and guess what...MY FEET LOOKED AND FELT EXACTLY THE SAME as it would if I saved my $5 to $10 and just got the basic pedi. Please please my fellow sisters save your money and get #1.....now if you have feet that has been through the Grand Canyon and hiked barefoot through the Redwood Forrest than you may want to pick #3 through #5. What I have also noticed, they cater to their regulars. You noticed when their favorites come in, they are really kind to them and makes she they are treated like royalty....if your not a regular, they sorta treat you like a stepchild. Currently I am not a regular and I am not a stepchild, but I have became a middle child ( Marsha Marsha Marsha), lol. I decided to get my nails done here this past Friday it was my Besties bday. Now this is NOT my normal nail shop but since we decided to get our nails done together we found a place near both of our house. I get there they seated me quickly but they charge for everything... not a problem but do a damn good job. 🙄 I had a broken nail, needed a fill and I had gel polish on my nails. They charged to remove the gel😂 I was a lil upset cause no place has ever charge me for that but anywhom I proceeded. When I was done, I paid and I told myself I would never come here again. Next day my wedding ring finger nail broke. Today is Tuesday and the same nail the nail tech repaired... it’s chipped. Like a piece of the acrylic chipped off. Ladies get your moneys worth. I got a gel pedicure and eyebrow arch. The price was moderate to high. The service was good. All of the employees were kind to me. I was served quickly. The technician was very gentle and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. My pedicure included a massage. However, one technician was arguing with another customer and the restroom smelled not quite clean. I would definitely visit this salon again. Read Less

The attitude and negative responses you get when you do not get their recommended service is ridiculous.  I'm disgusted with the fact that after paying $72 yesterday I was confronted by the shop owner as to why I did not leave a tip?  To say the least I was speechless.  This business is in bad need of some customer service revamping.  I was a loyal customer but recently was rejected a fill by Kim because I do not pay for gel nails.  Who in the world do these women think they are?  I'll take my business elsewhere!! Unfortunately I had to personally find out why this place had such a low rating but I now understand. Went to get a gel manicure while I waited for my dog to finish getting groomed at the pet smart across the way. The male that took me seemed nice and we even had a light conversation UNTIL he was almost finished and my thumb wasn't fully dry and ready for the top coat because when he goes to out on the top coat the polish smudges and he starts to YELL at me. Mad that he now has to redo my nail  hes in a full on YELL about how I didn't fully put my nail in the dryer correctly and this is why he said this and he does that, he can't believe blah blah etcccc...all in a full blown YELL. I stayed as calm as possible becuzzzz hunty chilldddddd smh, I just couldnt so while he's yelling at me another one of his clients walks in. So now he's in full rush mode and messes up my pinky. Smh at this point it's get me outta here before I end up on world star lol. So I go to pay and as I'm paying his WHOLE attitude changes, waiting for me to tip I say " thank you and have a nice day" and walk tf up out of there. Of course he was real mad but who cares. This is not a place for elite shaping of the nail or modern style/ fashion. My nails (acrylic) were misshapen and not filed down correctly at the cuticle. He did not even push my cuticles. He also got upset for some reason and start being rude and pushy. I asked that a different person polish my nails because of that, this person left places on my nails not polished. Worst nail place I've been to in my whole life. Workers eating there infront of you. Whole Shop Smells Like Food. Do not go here.I went to Kevin the first time and he did an excellent job. This second time He did a horrible job. I had glue and/or powder all on my fingers, did not put any powder near tips.... so they have a hump then they go flat at the tips, he did not sharpe them AT. It like he did them bad on purpose. Let me start off by saying I wish I could give them negative stars. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! This was my first and last time coming here! I went to get a full set and a pedicure they sat me with Kevin to get my full set. The lady that did my pedicure was nice but  he was really rough he cut me a couple of times. Then a client came in asking for him so he started to rush on my hands I let him know that he hurt me and he just rolled his eyes and with an attitude told me to pick a color. I picked a powdery pink but when the lady put it on my toe nail it looked white so I let her know I didn't like the color then Kevin got up upset and yelled at me what color then. Never been here, was my first time & This was my worst experience ever! I will not be returning to this location. They CUT me TWICE & made me bleed. I would give them zero stars if I could. After years of being a loyal customer I decided to pull the plug. Prices are way too high and their painting skills suck! I paid $60 for a gel manicure and pedicure for burns on my fingers from the gel that was not carefully placed where it belongs (nails) not your fingers! The lady that did my pedicure offered me the #2 deal that comes with a scrub and 7 minute massage. She did the scrub but no massage because she kept being asked to do eyebrows and taking personal phone calls. My mom and I come here every couple of weeks for mani/pedis (talking my husband into it, too!). We enjoy the quality of service and company every single time we visit. Word of advice, make an appointment! Especially on weekends! You won't find a better nail salon anywhere in the Moncks Corner/Goose Creek area, that's for sure! Read Less

Pros: They took us as a walk in close to closing time. It's pretty spacious so you don't get that concentrated nail salon smell. Cons: I paid $40 for a gel full set, no designs, just color. The nail salon was extremely loud, not the customers but the staff! Nothing relaxing about this experience. As I type this review I'm in another nail shop correcting the horrible results I had there. Just moved to the area from Ct. Been looking for a decent salon for a while. Had a pedi and a fill. Great job. Long was very good at my mani, made some great suggestions. Speaks English very well, thankful for that bc I have difficulty hearing and more difficulty understanding thick accents. Made communicating a pleasure. I don't recomend going here. I got a regular polish French manicure Thursday evening around 5:30pm for my Bridal shower on Saturday. By Friday afternoon 5 nails had chipped/peeled. I went in Saturday morning hoping to get it fixed before the shower and they told me I would have to pay to have it completely redone because the regular polish only lasts a couple days. Um it lasted less than 24 hours and now my nails look terrible for my shower :( these guys suck and have poor customer service Read Less
