This location is inside the Walmart in Hanford. When I arrived I checked in and wasn't recognized by staff until at least 10 minutes of wait time. John did my fill and he was very friendly and talkative, very funny guy! Considering that he wasn't the best I've had, my nails look good, they Nickel and dime you on everything but they have good prices and a wide variety of colors and designs. I got acrylic nails with a gel coat and a pedicure. First off the customer service is terrible, the nail technicians are not friendly. It took a while to even be acknowledged. I got acrylics put on that were super short. In less than a week two of the nails came off. I don't know his name but it was a man who did my nails. They were horrible and lasted such a short time. Then I went to get my nails replaced and he had the gall to give me a hard time because I paid for the broken nails with my credit card and he didn't want to be charged a fee for the small purchase. If he had done a better job in the first place, I never would have had a reason to come back. I do not recommend this place. Read Less

I only went to this place because my regular nail lady (works at a different salon) doesn't work on saturdays and I needed to get my nails done that day. The customer service is HORRIBLE! When I sat down at the lady station I had to speak twice before she even said a word to me. I realized it was not my regular lady so I didn't get anything extra just a basic full set french tip. When she said 30 I was like well okay because she put a gel coat on top but this is HORRIBLE my nails are already starting to crack. I will never go there again & I really hate that I wasted $30. I love this place. Henry gives the best pedicures ever. And I have ugly feet, so I almost feel sorry for always asking for him. But I love the attention to detail and his leg rubs are amazing! If you want acrylics ask for Lisa. She did an amazing job on my daughter's first set. Read Less

Horrible! I went in due to the good reviews to get my acrylics from my wedding taken off. After being very rude the worker literally took an acrylic tip, slid it under my nail, and peeled the acrylics off! It hurt so bad. I kept telling him it hurt and that I had never had nails taken off like this before but he just kept going. Two nails  were bleeding and all of my nails are very thin and look like I chewed them all off. The customer service was bad enough, and now it will take months for my nails to recover because he ripped off my nails! Read Less

I love going here to get my pedicures! I occasionally get a manicure, but that's once in a blue moon. I suggest asking for Danny or Hanna. Both of them give great pedicures and leg rubs. The others that work here do a good job too, but those two are my favs. They have absolutely no problem adding a design or changing your color if you decide you don't like it. They are always very polite. They go off of your attitude. If you don't want to talk, they don't badger you with questions (unless it's about your service). If you want to talk, they'll converse with you. Prices are affordable. However, it is in Wal-mart. If that doesn't bother you, then I highly suggest giving them a try. Read Less
