This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. First off the tubs did not have liners and it felt extremely unsanitary and dirty while my feet were soaking. I paid for a deluxe French tip gel pedi and the work looks like it was done by a 3 year old. The "store owner" (RJ) was the one who did my pedicure. After asking him if he would fix the nail polish that he smudged, and file down the chipped nail he had broken, he refused and said that there was nothing he could do because whoever did my last pedicure "filed my nails wrong". I asked for a refund and he refused to give me my money back and gave me a false number when I had asked for his supervisors contact information. He also never put gel on my nails so now I am left with a bogus hack job of a pedicure and I am $42 lighter until my bank refunds me with my chargeback. Worst customer service ever. Do not go to this salon if you are wanting diligent, good service with workers who care about your satisfaction. Read Less

Amazing service, friendly atmosphere and I'm always seen on time for my appointment. They really know how to make me feel special. I always love my nails and my pedicure is always WONDERFULLY done. Due to my job, my nails can't be super crazy and fun. So I wanted something simple and neutral tones that compliment my skin tone. Sgoukd be easy right?....  Boy was I wrong.The "nail tech" ( I saw no license posted anywhere... For anyone) glued the tips on at an upward angle. Leaving a huge gap from my real nail to the actual acrylic. Then while he was working.. I was letting him know I don't like the acrylic to be super thick and asked if he could shave it down.. He proceeded to talk down to me and commented that I must've never had my nails done before.. As if its unfathomable that he could possibly produce a less than perfect nail... And within a week the nails broke off because they were not fully seated on my real nails. I will never return and waste more money at this business. Read Less

I have mixed feelings about this place. I like my nails to be short and natural. The guy who did my nails seemed disappointed that I wanted something so basic and presided to show me his "elaborate designs". The designs were not my style. He did my nails and they looked good but afterwards the more I look at them the more I realize they really weren't well done. They aren't even, not all of my cuticles were cut, and he never cleaned the back of my nails. Maybe the nail technicians could focus more on what makes a good manicure before they jump into their elaborate designs. Read Less

Update: went back in this morning because all of my nails started lifting. One of the guys fixed it all and apologized for me having to come back in. He was very professional and nice. I didn't give a full 5 stars the second time around because there never should have been a second time. Will probably come back as long as he's the only one that does my nails. I have been here several times and it has always been great. Came today and got the worst fill ever. The girl that did the fill had no clue what she was doing. She didn't even want to file them down where they were lifting. I had tell her to do it. There are humps and air pockets across all of my nails. I brought it to her attention several times and she ignored me. Another guy painted them and didn't seem to care either. I let him know while I was paying that it was a crappy job and I was very unhappy. He still charged me full price with no apology or anything. It seems like anymore when you just go in there for a basic service, they do a crappy job. If you want all the fancy artwork and extra stuff they take their time and treat you wonderful. Okay so! I tried this place for the first time day, just looking for a regular place I can go to & feel comfortable. First of all do not follow the address from google maps or you will end up all the down the 198E almost to the 99. It took me an hour to find this place.. which is actually located on 12th & Lacey Blvd in the same shopping center as Black Bear Diner. I went for a fill, pedi & eyebrow waxing. Don't expect to be in & out quickly, there are 2 guys doing nails & one older lady doing pedicures. The two guys doing nails are great. One of them did my fill which I was happy about, hence the 2 stars.. he also did my pedicure since I had been waiting a while -which wasn't bad, but for $21 could've been better. The worst part was the eyebrow waxing. The same lady doing the pedicures was apparently doing the waxing. She didn't ask me anything about how I wanted my eyebrows & when I tried to explain that I just wanted them cleaned up she kept insisting that she knew what she was doing. She was EXTREMELY rough! I usually get my eyebrows threaded which hurts more than waxing, but this lady was very very rough. She kept moving my face from side to side in a rude way & pushing & pulling the wax strips off way too hard. My eyebrows have never actually hurt & were swollen after getting them done, but this time they did. I wanted to get off the table so bad, I stopped her at one point when she wanted to start tweezing because I had just had enough, but NO she insisted that I needed tweezing. I stopped her another time because she was actually pushing my eyeball inward while trying to push the wax strip down on the wax. Here I am typing this review 4 hours later & my poor eyebrows are still throbbing & I am more than sure there will be some type of bruising in the morning. All in all I would suggest going for the nails, but do not, I repeat DO NOT let anyone there touch your face! Read Less

The older Asian lady with red framed glasses was rude and ruff. She kept telling me to relax put she kept squeezing my finger and kept digging into the side of my thumb where i had recently removed a hang nail... That crap hurt a lot! But there's more... She filed my nails way too short.. The nail polish was splotchy and didn't cover the edges of my nail. She of couse overcharged me and put a fake nail on my thumb and i didn't even want it! It looks like a child did my nails! A child probably could do better! DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOU! Another lady said she messed up her eyebrows and was rude too her also! I hope they close down! Very disappointed, wanted it to be great it wasn't. My pedicure was okay nothing special my gel nails we're pealing off in 3 days so I went back at to see if they could fix them got there at 10:00 am (opening time posted on door) and sat and waited for 15 min and finally left because no one showed. I was over charged for the nails tried charging me for a full deluxe manicure when the guy only painted my nails at the pedicure chair and then I didn't get the 15% discount for the pedicure. The girl working could barely understanding me or speak clearly enough so I couldn't understand her. Then when my visa bill came showed up she tacked on a 10.00 tip that she already had in the miss rung up original bill. I will never go back. Read Less

They massaged one arm for the manicure. For the deluxe pedicure they did barely anything... waste of money i should of just got the basic one thats $10 cheaper. After they painted my nails they left me with the toe separators in and i had to get it off and put my sandals on with wet finger nail polish. Very disappointed and probably wont be coming back. I'm new to the area and was hesitant about the nail places in Hanford since none of them had stellar reviews so I took a chance with Nails World and I was nothing short of impressed! My full took about 40 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time to me, and my nails look awesome! An Cong did my nails and was super fast and efficient. Went in for a mani-pedi today despite the previous reviews and I am so glad that I did. I found out that they are under new ownership, were offering discounts and totally impressed me! I got a great deluxe pedicure with a hot stone and oil massage and a gel manicure. The staff were friendly, polite and engaged in conversation. They did all they could to make it an exceptional visit. I will certainly be coming back in soon! Read Less

I've been here two days in a row now. Kim gave me a pedicure and eyebrow waxing and did an amazing job! The second day I got a gel manicure with Phat and she did amazing work as well. Rather messy/unfinished work. Paint was sloppy-rough edges, I asked to clean it up w/ remover & a brush...the woman was nice, said she's repaint them but I didn't have time to wait. Around two weeks ago my friend and I decided we wanted a girls day together. So we decided to go get our nails done. We noticed a huge sign out in the front displaying their cheap prices. It is true they have great prices...but there is a reason they are so cheap. They were fast and sloppy. I ended up paying more than promised for services they didn't explain clearly. The design on my nails was already chipping along with the false nail itself. But the service isn't the worse part of it. The workers were rude and confusing.
