The worst service ever!!! My mother, sister and I in for manicures and pedicures. We walked in a there was about two people getting their nails done so they asked us to set and wait. Which is completely understandable and of course we do not mind the wait. We are from Los Angeles so waiting isn't a problem. We know can be a while. So while waiting two women walked in for a eyebrow wax and we're tended to very quickly. We didn't say anything cause it's just eyebrow wax and that's pretty fast. However two over women came in asking for manicures and pedicures as well and were tended to very quickly as well. We were there first. We mentioned it to the employees and just told us to wait. They were very rude and upset that we said something. They didn't try to help us or even set us at a table to atleast prepare us for manicures or pedicures! We just walked out and took our business somewhere else. Hands down just the worst experience ever I would not recommend this place to anyone I would rather drive 3 hours down to LA to get my nails done then to come to this place again! Very disappointing! Their service and quality use yo be great when they first opened nut that must have been just to get customers in the door and hooked beause they are not like that at all anymore. Quality has dropped dramticly, prices are too high (im from north cal and we pay $25 for top pedicures) and most of the staff are not friendly anymore and talk in their language to each other but almost never in English to the customes - it's rude. They just hand you a menu of their service and you have to point at what you want. Next time I'm in the Hanford area I won't be going back there. Read Less

This was one of the best experiences with a manicure I've ever had ! I've traveled and had manicures at spas all over America & Europe And I can't even begin to express how great Lee was ! The guy who did my pedicure did a great job... I'm very happy with them...BUT a lot of chairs are BROKEN and I was more than uncomfortable in my broken chair, I wanted to cry.... it couldn't be adjusted. I would not recommend going here unless you specifically ask for a chair that isn't broken. Plenty of places who do a good job who have proper accommodations ( aka chairs that are tolerable to sit in). Read Less

Been coming here for years and sad to say that the customer service and appearance of the salon is going down. I had a bad experience with the male tech not to sure on the name (thin eyebrows) he was rough and just had a bad energy hard to relax when you have someone hitting and moving your feet around unpleasantly. Best Nail salon I've ever been too!!!! I walk in the door and they had so many people on staff. I am used to waiting every time even if I have an appointment. But not here! They are very friendly and great at what they do! Prices are excellent! I took my husband here for first time and I wasn't expecting the service to be outstanding! I am from out of town and went in and asked if they do designs, they said yes, I showed him a basic design and he then said he couldn't do designs.  Basically I just got my nails painted.  They look very boring, the gentleman was not friendly and the paint job on my nails could have been done better by myself. Horrible experience!! The man was really rough and did a horrible job.  He hurt me and was really rude.  I had to tell him not to be so rough.  They don't change their plastic disposable liners between customers like they are supposed to.  The utensils they use are not in sealed packaging like they are supposed to be. I used to live in the apartments right behind this place so it was very convenient . Even now that I live in Lemoore I still go here for my manicures. I get gel and 'Sandy' does an amazing job. I always call beforehand because they do get very busy, especially on weekends. Read Less

Not so great experience here. The woman doing my nails polished the wrong color on them, after I repeatedly pointed out it was incorrect in the first place. She yelled at me saying it was too late to change. I've been to a lot of salons, and this is the first time I've ever had a woman yelling at me for her own mistakes. Nails were sharp when I left, had to go home and file them. My nails look okay, however, I will never return to this place. Not to mention its filthy inside. Oh and the whole atm machine to leave a tip? Uh, no. I'm not paying a withdrawal fee to tip someone that yelled at me for her mistakes. Worst salon I've ever been to. Read Less

Without an appointment they did fit me in however the guy that did my fill nicked my cuticles 3 times. I pulled my hand away once. The simple 'sorry' isn't sufficient if you keep doing it. The shape isn't great and two nails are lumpy. He seemed to be in a rush and didn't care about my cuticles. The only upside is I liked my color. Read Less

I'm semi new to the area and started going here to get my eyebrows waxed. I've gone here now a total of 3 times and every time I come here I leave with one eyebrow shorter then the other!! Also I tried paying with my card and the lady told me to use the ATM. I asked her don't they take cards and she said yes. She wanted me to use their ATM so I could get cash and tip her. Sorry I'm not going to tip you for messing up my eyebrows. I'll be looking for a new place to get my eyebrows done from now on. Read Less

I wanted to come here to see if it's as bad as the reviews. Not at all. The place was pretty full, especially the pedicure chairs, and everyone seemed to be enjoying their pedicures. I came in for a gel manicure and was seated right away. I showed the man a picture of what I wanted and he made some suggestions and they turned out great. I would have given this place 5 stars except:1. No hand massage. At the end, he was busy and going between another gal and myself so I did not get the usual hand massage and I felt rushed. This seems to be almost everywhere these days though. 2. I feel $33 is expensive for a gel manicure, but maybe I'm just behind the times. Read Less
