1st experience was okay. This place is very clean and nice looking however Jenny was really rough on my skin despite telling her to be more fentle. The scrubbing she did on my feet hurt. When she was working on my cuticles I was on pins and needles despite repeated to be more gentle. My suggestions went on deaf ears. Thankfully she never cut me and my nails looked beautiful. My mom fet like her nail lady who was working on her manicure was rough too. Kim the young worker that worked on my mom's does was gentle.
We bought a gift certificate for a family member and she had a terrible customer service experience. She says she went and was told to wait. She did and as she waited other people came and were helped meanwhile she was still waiting. Ultimately they said they would no longer be able to help her after waiting so long. She feels discriminated against for being hispanic and returned our gift. Certificate to her.
2nd experience was because I wanted to use up the gift certificate. My mom joined me but was only waiting for me. They kept talking in their language pointing towards my mom laughing. I don't know if they were talking about her or something else but it sure made us feel uncomfortable. This time Jenny was gentle on my pedicure and they came out beautiful once again. The other lady did my manicure also did a great job and even complimented her work despite all the talking, ponting and laughing. Honestly just wanted to hurry up and leave. Do not plan on coming back nor recommending this place. Will be going someplace else.

I have never been talked to so rude! The entire staff kept talking bad about all the costumers. Making fun of them
I even gave a tip to the rude woman and she took it turned her head and never said thank you.

Symmetry is the BEST! I have come here for manicures, pedicures, and their microdermabrasion facials! All of the ladies here are magnificent! If I had to pick a favorite, Stella is my go to for my man...
Symmetry is the BEST! I have come here for manicures, pedicures, and their microdermabrasion facials! All of the ladies here are magnificent! If I had to pick a favorite, Stella is my go to for my manicures! Also, the microdermabrasion facial is great! Terrie is really knowledgeable and she has done wonders for my skin! I saw so much change in my face after just one facial! I will continue coming to her! :) Thank you Symmetry!

The salon is very nice and is what attracted us to it. Unfortunately, the service sucked tremendously. Poor service, full set price depends on length of nails, polishing was horrendous, etc. when my daughter stated she was unhappy with nails, she was told it was too late and would need to pay an additional $18 (aside from the $29) to get them fixed. I went back the following day to have my nails repolished because they were horribly painted. I should have listened to another client that was getting a pedicure who told us to go else where because the service was ridiculously horrible! Save time and money and go elsewhere!

I've been here myself but once May left I did not return. May was so sweet and everyone was never very welcoming. My mother was visiting and wanted to get a mani/pedi so I recommended this place. My mom made her appt the day before and kindly asked if she can get her pedicure first then her nail - she's a customer that's her request, Sarah could have easily told her no that they could not accommodate. Sarah booked her for an appt. my mother shows up and two women start working on her, she reminds them of her request and they start her pedi. Once it's completed they tell her she must wait 45 min for a mani. No one is in the salon except for my mother! I'm sure they were irritated with her request and didn't want to service her, but she should have been told this prior. The chairs might be fancy but the service is crap.

This is an adorable salon! They are SUPER clean, friendly, meticulous, and do excellent work. I was so impressed! If you're within driving distance, do yourself a favor and come here!

Such a fantastic find! I popped in here on my lunch break today and was greeted with smiling faces :) I don't know the name of my technician but she was amazing! I was in a rush but she was able to do a full gel-removal and manicure in just over an hour (but she definitely would've taken longer if I had the time).The gel matte manicure was $30 (so cheap!) and she shaped my nails in such a cool way. Would definitely be back!! Thank you ladies :)

1st experience was okay. This place is very clean and nice looking however Jenny was really rough on my skin despite telling her to be more fentle. The scrubbing she did on my feet hurt. When she was working on my cuticles I was on pins and needles despite repeated to be more gentle. My suggestions went on deaf ears. Thankfully she never cut me and my nails looked beautiful. If I had to pick a favorite, Stella is my go to for my manicures! Also, the microdermabrasion facial is great! Terrie is really knowledgeable and she has done wonders for my skin! The salon is very nice and is what attracted us to it. Unfortunately, the service sucked tremendously. Poor service, full set price depends on length of nails, polishing was horrendous, etc. when my daughter stated she was unhappy with nails, she was told it was too late and would need to pay an additional $18 (aside from the $29) to get them fixed. Such a fantastic find! I popped in here on my lunch break today and was greeted with smiling faces :) I don't know the name of my technician but she was amazing! I was in a rush but she was able to do a full gel-removal and manicure in just over an hour (but she definitely would've taken longer if I had the time).The gel matte manicure was $30 (so cheap!) and she shaped my nails in such a cool way. Would definitely be back!! Thank you ladies :)
