I wish I could tell you how their service is. But despite adverrising walk in welcome - BOTH times I have been turned away. Once on a Friday afternoon and once early Monday morning. They only had one nail tech working.

Got my nails done for graduation, they were uneven and not what I wanted. Had to go and get them fixed somewhere else. Very unhappy!

Went in and had a pedicure done here. Told them not to cut down into my nails because I get ingrown toenails. The lady misunderstood me and thought I said I had an ingrown toenail. She cut way down in and hurt me bad. Then I asked if I could get nails. They said it would be not until the following Monday that I could get nails done. I thought for a shop that said walk-ins welcome that was kind of ridiculous. Then I noticed my feet were still rough and I went back the next day and told them. They said I would need to schedule another pedicure and insinuated I would have to pay for it. I will never go back there again.

Had pedi and still had rough feet. Also when I told lady I GET hang nails she missunderstood and "dug out" my 'hangnail". She hurt me several times. I went in next day and told the manager I was unhappy. Have to have another pedi and implied I have to pay. AND id have to wait two days. They lost my business! And I live in Biggs. I'll drive to Chico Thank You Very Much!

They have their regular clientele, so you have to work in around their appointments. They do a good job for the price.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to get a full acrylic set and almost 2 hours later left with sloppy, uneven, extremely thick nails. The nail tech was on and off her phone the whole time which may explain the horrible job. Overall bad experience and wouldn't recommend. And I ended up spending more money the very next day to have my nails redone.

I have pedicures regularly at Pro Nails, and I am always pleased. Everyone is friendly, the instruments are sterilized and in an individual package, and the techs thoroughly clean the bowl after each customer. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work--my nails always look great after a visit.

I had a good experience today on my Pedicure! only $25. Everyone was friendly and it was a relaxing hot summer afternoon! I think this place gets a lot of walk ins and appointments, so might be better if you call ahead. They do have a lot of variety of nail polish colors to choose from. I did Turquoise blue today and it came out really pretty :) I LOVE pedicures!!
