I love coming to see Liz for my waxing services, she's so gentle and I always leave her feeling back to my beautiful self!  The shape she gives is so natural and can make a sharp or natural brow look flawless.  I've had a hard time trusting wax technicians who have ruined me, but Liz is my go to girl.  Always on time and super friendly, easy to talk to, I recommend her to anyone that asks where I get my brows done! It's unfortunate that this is the lowest I can rate this store. I spent almost 8 hours in the salon for them to completely ruin my hair. Aside from the horrible color my hair is now severely damaged to the point where it is barely brush able.  I understand that color does take time and even multiple visits. However I strongly feel that if a stylist knows they do not posses the skills to reach the desired results at some point they should be obligated to say so. Aside from the bad day in the salon, the "Store Manager" Stephanie is the worst person to work with. I still paid for my service because I tried to be fair to the stylist. When I got home and saw the damage in my hair and took everything in I was really upset. I called the Stephanie back and she actually started yelling at me on the phone. "Well I already told you you could come back for a redo" was the response I got. I told her I did not wish to return to the salon and wanted a refund. I was back at the store with-in 20 mins, only to find the manager yelling at another guest. I waited for their interaction to conclude, I was honest and tried to show her the damage to my hair. She started yelling at me again, in which I told her she was being unprofessional. After dealing with all of her eye rolling and sighing, she starts yelling at me that i'm a bully and that she's so offended. After everything she started to play victim. I did not yell, or swear at her. I've worked in customer service my entire life so I never want to be "that" customer.But this is just another level of bad. Learn from my mistake. I have been going to this Ulta for years and getting my eyebrows done. Unfortunately the gals who used to do my eyebrows are no longer with the company and I was recommended to Liz who I was told was great. Great is the complete opposite of what I got. The woman is horribly unorganized. The actual service was okay. I could have gone to any nail salon and received the same service I got from Liz. My first encounter with Liz I was a walk in. She was on her lunch break and I was added onto the appointment book. As she returned she took another walk-in ahead of me. When I mentioned I was next she looked at the book and said she would take me after. Annoying minor oversight. I return after she had finished that first gal and she had taken ANOTHER walk in ahead of me. At this point the manager stepped in and apologized for me having to wait longer than I should have (45 minutes). To avoid this situation again I made an appointment with her for February 13th at 1040 am she even wrote me in on the appointment book and gave me an appointment card (which turned out to be useless.) Fast forward to February 13th. I arrive for my appointment and advise one of the customer service girls I'm there for my appointment. She goes to the book and advised me I'm not there. I show her my card for my appointment and she apologized to me and said there was a mix upAnd the earliest they can get me in that day is 2pm. At this point I told her 1) that is unreasonable. I made the appointment to avoid the previous situation of having been skipped over to begin with. 2) it's not my fault the women is god awful at scheduling and cannot keep an appointment to save her life. I've gone to ulta for years, getting makeup as well as getting my eyebrows done... but never have I been so disappointed. I had my eyebrows done by Liz, who I was told was amazing. I believed what an associate had told me and I was shocked when I finished my service at the brow bar that a huge chunk of skin was missing between my eyebrows, and when I told Liz she said it was a normal reaction and went directly to the paper I had signed for the service and was like "anyways we can't do anything it says here in the papers", as she takes the papers with her. I went to tell another associate what happened but she was already telling her. So I was waiting to see a response, there was none. I get back into my car to notice my face was bleeding around my brows and in between them. The next day I had scabs. I have had services done for years and I will never be going back there. I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Tara for about 18 months and I would not go anywhere else.  She listens to the ideas you have for your look, helping to refine those ideas and then brings them to life with careful cutting, styling and coloring.  She is excellent at color correction, but there is really nothing she cannot do.  Her work extends from precision cutting and coloring to beautiful, modern up do's and make up application.  My experience is never rushed and attention is taken to every detail. They have a ton of different beauty brands ranging from skincare to makeup to hair to nails, etc. There are tons of aisles and the organization makes sense.The employees are polite and helpful without being overbearing. This place was a madhouse today! Line was super long here. I feel like there were so many people working the floor and salon, but not enough at the register. This is a makeup heads sanctuary, but the prices seemed ALOT to me. BUT then again I'mNot into makeup like that. I'm more of a deal searcher. I refuse to pay $10 for a blending sponge when I can get the EXACT same sponge for $1. I guess I get overwhelmed in these places since it doesn't make sense to use half the things in there. Anywho, came in here for a non makeup item anyway. Got in, waited in line, got out. No small talk with anyone. Register women were friendly though. Didn't hear or see any attitude or rudeness. I don't know if everyone is sleep deprived or all on the same cycle, but today the two gals I interacted with today were just ew. I don't know if restocking a shelf is more important than bare minimum needed to do your job customer service, but Jesus. Could you at least pretend you like helping people? I know I came in asking for a pretty specific formula, but don't talk down to me like I'm new to make up. Been a licensed esthetician for years. Color matching doesn't consist of make up being squirted out on on the back of your hand to let you apply and only offering of 2 colors. One star for the nice associate who helped me choose a lipstick shade that would be right for me and tips on how to keep my lips looking healthy and hydrated. Otherwise, I wasted nearly 40 minutes here only to find out they did not honor the sale of my item even though I confirmed with Ont Mills ULTA that the sale indeed existed and that sale existed online. I usually go to Ulta for any beauty supplies or make-up, such as color care products for hair or restocking on my makeup items. It's very clean and organized. During this time of the holidays, the store was very festive with nice displays of their beauty deals and gift offers. I was interested to get palettes from one of my favorite brands, Too Faced Cosmetics. The beauty associate, Nelson, helped me out with their cosmetics. Unfortunately the palette I wanted wasn't in stock at the store. However, Nelson was very patient and went beyond to put in an order for my palettes and offered me free shipping to my house! I was actually looking for help twice. Someone saw me twice & kept walking, and not because they were busy. That hasn't always been my experience with the company or this location. A beauty and cosmetics store that has all the supplies one could possibly want, but is not as inexpensive as stores like Target, unless you sign up for their rewards program, which is worth it if you shop here frequently.Yet, their store isn't very well-kept. A lot of the displayed makeup products, even the ones to sample from, have dust and lint on them, which is gross and makes you not want to try any of the cosmetic samples out of caution that you might get an allergic reaction or eye irritation from all that collected dust/lint.A so-so place to purchase beauty and cosmetic products; only come here if you're going to use their rewards program. This Ulta has fake advertisement!!! Every time I come to this location the product I purchase it comes with a free gift and they claim they are sold out or they have not received the free product yet... AT LEAST HAVE A BACKUP PLAN! Plus the workers are rude and one of them basically complained to me how I should not argue how they never have the gift and how it is a reward for shopping, I have every right to argue let alone I am buying from them! LOVE!!!Went from dark brown with weird green midsection going on to beautiful blonde balayage with highlights! Tara is amazing! This is my 3rd time going blonde But first time that I am actually in love with my hair and my hair actually doesn't feel damaged this time around. Everyone here is always so helpful. I prefer this location than any others near me. I'd rather drive the extra few miles.  This store is always fully stocked and clean. This is my Ulta, as in I wouldn't waste my time going to any other location. Compared to the West.Co Ulta, this 1 is heaven (but thats another review lol)They usually have a good selection of items, the only thing they seem to always be out of is my NYX foundation-however, thats not entirely their fault bc the foundation itself sells out quickly. I've learned their shipment days, and can usually snag one if I show up that day.As far as the staff, it is Def hit or miss. There's 1 manager there (wish I knew her name)who is always SO sweet and nice! She will give you samples when you don't even ask for them, or when I get a coupon for a free item, if they're out, she'll give me a diff. Item in its place. She definitely knows how to get a customer to come back! And some of the chicks there are also very nice, and will give you samples or info. On products your buying. I recognize them, but dont have names. One is very tall, thin, long hair, always soo sweet:)Then, on the miss end of things, there is a manager there I avoid at all costs. She's the shorter, one, think she has glasses&tats. She NEVER acknowledges customers! If an associate calls her over w/ a question or needing an override or anything, she will look at the computer only&avoids looking at you like the plauge! It makes you as the customer feel a bit weird, like you Fd up lol. She's just not friendly, one time tried to convince me into keeping an item I was returning, bc I only paid 4bux for it, it wasn't my color tho, it wouldn't work for me, but she insisted I just keep it cos it was so cheap-_-  Whatever. The positive ladies at the store always outweigh the salty ones, so I will keep coming back.I love Ulta so much, they always send me coupons for free items, notify me of new things I might like, and best of all, their points system and coupons save me so much  $$!
