I've been getting my hair done by Cheree for about two years and always leave happy! She is skilled at dying and has provided me with various shades or blonde. I appreciate that she listens to her clients' desires, talks it through, and then works her magic. After I visit I always get compliments. I've always enjoyed the Aveda salon experience (in addition to the quality of the products), so I was a little surprised when I walked into this salon and there wasn't zen music and Aveda tea and candles and such.  BUT (and it's a Baby-Got-Back big one), Cheree is amazing! I have been trying to find a ONE STOP place that I like for nail care, facials and hair care. This is the place! Heather did my nails and she did an amazing job on my acrylics! She really took the time to make my nails look perfect!Brandy did my facial and I have to say, it was the best facial I've ever had! I've been to top notch day spas and she blew all of them out of the water! She focused on my skin care needs, didn't try to sell me anything and made me feel very comfortable. She explained everything she was putting on my face, the reason why and suggestions for my next visit. She also waxed my eyebrows and took time to shape them. No more nail salons for me!Sue ( the owner) did my hair. I wanted to find a salon that uses Aveda, and this is the salon to go to! She did my Keratin ( not Aveda product), she cut and colored my hair as well. Sue is very welcoming, we talked and talked for the 4 hours I was there for my hair treatment and the hours flew by. She matched the picture of the hair color I wanted to a T! All of the gals here get along very very well, it was fun just watching them interact with one another. They are like a little family.Everyone of them have been there for a very long time, which I like because I won't have to worry about changing my nail technician, facial and hair technician.I recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for a second home, reasonable prices, personal experience and of course, great results!!! This salon isn't as fancy as many other Aveda salons, but they are really down to earth and know what they are doing. Cheree is the best, it has been a while, but she has always done a really great job with my hair. She is easy to talk to, really friendly, and seems to understand what you want with your hair. Jeana is the one! I love her work. I went to her from a friends referral and I am so thankful I took it! When I asked her what I was looking for she thoroughly asked me specifics as to what I wanted. She doesn't try to push products on you either which I respect. I am so satisfied with the work she did on my hair!The place itself is not some boujie over the top salon which is a nice change. This place is just what you need. Good service, reasonable prices. Aveda products without the up charge of a spa environment. It is not a luxury retreat, so if that is what you want, you should go to another Aveda salon. They don't have the spa music or the hand massages or the Aveda tea...not even for sale. If that is ok with you and you just want great hair, go here. The only other different thing is that typically I have scheduled with the stylist directly once I am a regular client. Not the case here as it is all coordinated through a receptionist. There are disadvantages to that. Not good for children in my opinion. Read Less

Natural Concepts is a small and quaint salon. I have been going here for over 4 years and I absolutely love this place! It is not like any other salon that I have been to. It is quiet and laid back, so if you are into those overly priced snobby salon places where they kiss your ass and make you wait forever, then this would not be the place for you. The employees are genuine, down to earth, and are very sweet. They enjoy getting to know their clients on a personal basis. I  highly recommend this salon. Read Less
