So Magic Nails in North Charleston (North Pointe Plaza) has called the police on my friend, my daughter, and her girls because Zy nails look at a hot mess. The polish is horrible and they are crooked....
So Magic Nails in North Charleston (North Pointe Plaza) has called the police on my friend, my daughter, and her girls because Zy nails look at a hot mess. The polish is horrible and they are crooked. They refuse to fix them or give her a refund. Even the customers agreed they look horrible. $35 for this mess!! They charge her and extra $5 for the length and $5 for the shape. The police came and said we would have to take them to civil court which of course is not worth it. This is why I personally don't deal with those people! They took advantage of the fact that she was a child and this is why I stress to my daughter to never pay for anything if it isn't right!!

I most say I had the best salon experience here yesterdayI am a new mom who hasn't had time to look or feel good in a while and the two owners made my hair look absolutely gorgeous they gave my hair life back and give me confidence again I left feeling amazing and I will be a lifetime customer I would recommend this place to everyone Thank you ladies for my mommy make over I am adding photos of my hair for all to see I wish I had some before shots to show what an amazing job they did

Loved, loved, loved my experience at Urban Flair. The salon is super clean, boosts modern amenities, offers a variety of services. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating. Anita and Penney are super star hair dressers. So excited they have moved into the area! If you are looking for a fun place to get your glam on from hair, nails and make-up - this is the place for you!!!

We are all extremely experiences and professional hair stylist. We will always listen to our clients and deliver expert hair services. Always gone there to get my eyebrows done. I decided to book my wedding party here and my color prior to my event. Color was horrible so I didn't even want to go there for the wedding anymore but I had no other choice it was a week before the wedding. I got my color fixed somewhere else and the day of the wedding I curled my own hair they seemed annoyed that I'd done that. The make up wasn't what I wanted but they were really stuck to what they wanted instead of what I wanted.
All I needed for my hair was brushing my curls that I myself wanted to do but they wouldn't let me. Clipping on my extension and just some volume at the crown of my hair. They charged full price and took forever to get everyone done. No one was happy with what they got and they weren't open to listening to what we wanted.
This place may be right for you but it was a horrible experience for me :(
