I came to this nail salon for the first and last time a couple months ago. When I arrived I let them know that I wanted acrylic nails and they told me to pick out a color. Before I had a chance to look at all the colors one of the ladies rushed me and said for me to sit down already. Right off the bat I was turned off by this place. My technician finished my nails and they looked cute. I paid practically $30 (no gel) and I feel that's decently priced. They're a little expensive for gel ($40+). Sad to say that after only after 1 week my nails lifted so easily and they broke off! I'm not rough with my nails at all and I always wash dishes using gloves. So they must not use very good quality products or half ass their work. Their customer service is mediocre at best and after receiving bad work I don't feel I got my money's worth at all. My friend comes here and she recommended this place to me since I wasn't happy about the last place I went to. I waited about 15 minutes until my technician got started, I didn't mind since I wasn't in a rush. This is my second time wearing acrylics, so I let her know and she was very helpful asking me questions and telling me what to do. Tammy did a brilliant job! Tried this place for the first time and I'm sold! Pristine is such a clean salon and the ladies are super nice. They have parking in the back which was a plus!! The nail technician I had was a Nancy and she's amazing. She's super sweet. She knew exactly what I wanted. I asked her for a red/burgundy color and she knew exactly which one to bring. They did such a great job with my nails that I can't stop staring at my hands and feet. The salon is super clean. For the first time i didn't feel rushed like I do at most nail salons. The nail estethcians took their time to do my nails instead of doing them quickly to take the next client and make more money. Pricing is affordable and you get your pedicure done in a massage chair! I'm giving one star for the girl who did my manicure today! I've been coming here about 4yr, even after we moved out of Glendale now i'm driving 18ml just because i was never disappointed. The owners and all others are very sweet and generous, but this girl today was very rough and rude. I understand that when you are pregnant women are very moody but this was unacceptable and very unprofessional of her. i hope no one have to experience what i when true. 8 hours later my fingers are still burning and hurts. They really are one of the best nail salons out there. Reason being, every one of the employees do a great job. In my experience other salons have one maybe two people that bring in repeat customers however here, it's amazing. I dont have to make an appointment just with one person any one of them can do it. This is a great place to do nails and relax. I love their pedicure spa chairs that face to the glass window.
