Went here once and didn't like it-actually went back to get my gel manicure fixed and it still looks bad. The lady who took 3 hours to finish my sister's and my mani-pedi was nice but didn't clean the nails or the feet just cut and put polish on my sister's toes and I had to tell her how to clean mine. She actually handed me the tool to clean my own toes. I'm disappointed that after spending $100 we both left unhappy and won't return to this place. The best part is when you pay you never see the change returned to you so be careful how much you give in the first place. My total was $90 I gave the lady $100 and expected her to give me the $10 change but she didn't. I was going to tip her $10 since she spent 3 hours not because she did a good job but who am I to decide. She tipped herself so be careful what you give out. Read Less

I've been coming here for years, and that was because one of the nail techs was my go-to, but she no longer works here. She has been replaced by Nina, who is just terrible. The first time I went to her, my gel manicure was blotchy and thick. I just remember leaving disappointed that I spent $50 on it. I decided to give her another shot after some time, and of course I left frustrated again. My nails are all crooked. No two nails are matching. Some are past the finger tip, some are very short and the finger tip is showing, while others are extremely crooked. The polish itself is applied normally, but the cuticles on both mani & pedi were not taken care of. She did not push them back and applied polish on top of cuticles. I came home and cleared the residue under my nails myself. I took my own cuticle scissors and cleaned up everything myself. I also had chunks of clear polish smeared everywhere that I also took care of myself. Side note, she also applied a rough body scrub on my 100% dry legs. She didn't bother to splash a little water, she just took a hand full of exfoliater and went straight to dry legs (ouch).   I didn't even bother expressing my frustration because I knew nothing would be done about it. On one occasion prior to this, when my gel polish all popped off after one day due to old gel polish, I was told to come back in to fix it.. and then was charged for it.. absolutely insane. I've been on a hunt for a while for a new nail salon. I think I found it!!! I love how sweet everyone is and let's be honest that's rare in nail salons. DO NOT NOT BOTHER! TERRIBLE SERVICE! "Tyler" did my pedicure and when asked to cool the boiling water he set, he got an attitude. I initially picked a light color and wanted white polish under it so my color would pop, my decision was questioned and when I stood firm, more attitude. When handling my feet Tyler was aggressive. I've been here several times before and have had great experiences in the past. When I came recently I had asked one of the nail technicians how long was the wait, she said 5-15 minutes so I sat down with my friend and waited. A couple minutes after, a man who worked there came up to us and asked me if I had an appointment and We responded no. He said okay it's going to be about 30 minutes or longer. (Which We would have waited for). My friend said we were told 5 minutes?, but he responded with "you should have asked me, she doesn't know. You are supposed to ask me. If you don't want to wait then get out." As customers we contribute to their business, a more respectful response we would have waited. But since we were told to get out, I won't be coming back. Sadly, I've had to remove my positive review. Been coming here for a couple of months and have been overall happy. I'm constantly having to wait on other clients to finish. I understand from time to time the appointments run a few minutes behind but today was the last straw. I walked in for my appointment and the owner sits down next to me and says do you have an errand to run because another client came in late and we can't start until 45 minutes. Really? I'm a loyal customer, tip well, and arrive on time always. To be penalized because another client is late makes no sense. Not smart business and sadly I'll be taking mine elsewhere. My sister in law and I searched for a nail salon that was open on Sunday. We happened to be in Summerville, and #1 Nails Salon popped up (thank you google). At first, I was not impressed with one of the male nail techs. He was very rough while filing my nails. But the younger lady, pulled me from him, and because of her not only did we get our nails done (fill in for my sister in law and full set for me), we both got our eyebrows waxed, and we went ahead and got the eyelash e...xtensions. I didn't get the ladies name, but she was amazing. She was super quick, but effecient, and I never once felt rushed. She was amazing! My brows have never looked this good, and my eyelashes are on point! I had no issue spending an hour and a half in there. It truly was relaxing. I do believe we may have found our new nail salon. I tried this salon on a customers recommendation.Went for a fill in and to get my daughter n laws a full set.Her nails look good but I left there with awful looking nails.Mind you this was the first fill in for my nails and they needed cleaning up and all but the lady wanted me to take them off and get a new set but with the pink and white and she was like it will only be 45.00 to 50.00 dollars and I said not right niw cause I just got these acrylics like 3 weeks ago She didn...t like that but went on with my fill in.Well when she was abiut through and I was going to wash my hands the one gentleman that was working told her to be nice and she looked at him and rolled her eyes so I knee then that this was useless and I was right this is what my nails looked like leaving the nail salon(Yes I paid for my fill in but probably should not have)she didnt even try to make them look decent.Pic posted on page would not let me post on my actual review...
