This is the most professional and clean nail spa I've ever been to! It is so easy to book an appointment even on the day of. My very first visit here was as a walk-in/appointment (I made a call literally 5minutes before coming here) and they were able to help me immediately. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of the treatment. Because they WOWed me so much on my first visit, I decided to make this my ultimate go-to nail spa.I love the idea of having a knowledgable and friendly receptionist in the front that schedules everyone and accommodate everyone's needs in the most organized way possible. The nail spa itself is absolutely beautiful with clean aesthetic decorations. They have so many room for creativity in designs with very skilled artists working. I am a happy customer! Whenever there is an issue, they go above and beyond to try to fix it. That is what I call a great customer service!The only complaint I have is how they REALLY take their time. I am used to being in/out from a nail spa within 1hour-1.5hour if I am getting a fresh full set, but it always takes them 2 hours just for a acrylic fill. But I guess it is better to have them take their time to make it perfect, rather than rushing for incomplete work.Also, don't forget to ask for a stamp card! Every visit, you get a stamp, and on the 9th visit, you get a free mani. They also offer drinks like water, tea, coffee, and mimosa. It can be a fun social time for friends or couples as they do have a couple seats available! I can't wait to bring my mom with me when we want to have a cute mother/daughter day :)P.S. I went to Nail Garden because I needed my stiletto style nails to be shortened and fixed since the previous nail place (not nail garden) did a horrible job. I type all day so I couldn't do it with the nails I currently had. I was on my lunch and only had one hour to fix, Paka that's her name was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, polite and worked a miracle on my nails within the hour. She made sure my nails were even, since I had her change them from stiletto to coffin style. Also made sure that I was happy. Overall, I enjoyed my experience at nail garden! Pros: it was clean and nicely decorated. The ambience was relaxing and the reception was nice and professional. I did not have to wait too long past my appointment time, which is extremely important to me. I loved my pedi.  Cons: My mani on the other hand looked like it was grown out as my technician left a lot of space between my cuticle and the polish. The nail polish selection is mediocre if not below average. They charge extra for certain opi (regular) polishes which to me is absurd. Prices are OKAY... For the service that is offered I wouldn't say they are competitive. I do not get my nails done often so it doesn't matter to me but for those that go regularly I wouldn't say you are getting a bang for your buck! Read Less

I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. They took me as a walk in and I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. First time I have actually had my gel manicure last for two weeks plus. Very nice employees. Serve you with a beverage of your choice and there prices are reasonable compared to other places. Definitely going back. Read Less

The staff were very friendly and I got seen right away with an appointment. Also the store was very clean and nice as well. But I give 2 stars for a couple reasons. I got a gel manicure, which chipped after 1 DAY, which has never happened to me before. I took a photo of my nails after less than a week with lots of chipping but Yelp won't let me post a photo in my review. Mind you I am on vacation, so I have not been doing much manual work at all. Their gels are more expensive than other nail spots in the area, so it wasn't worth the extra money. Also two of the staff members got in a screaming match with each other in the middle of the store. One of the other employees gave me my coupon back to reuse as compensation for this, but it was SO unprofessional of the employees and made me feel so uncomfortable.I wanted to give a new place a try but I will just go back to my usual place down the street. Very mediocre gel mani/pedi for the price. Also, the service was extremely slow. It took two hours for both to be completed. The woman who worked on my pedicure somehow did not understand that filing my toe nails horizontally would require a certain angle to avoid burning the sensitive skin around the toe nail. She burned one of my toes pretty bad that I unexpectedly pulled my foot back immediately. Once I submerged my feet into the water, it burned for a while until she finished the pedicure. Also, she didn't use cuticle softener prior to me submerging my feet and cut at my cuticles dry. Never experienced that before.The woman who did my manicure was nice and did a fairly good job. There is slight clear gel that dried around my nails but that's not a big deal since I can peel it off or file it down myself.Both woman who worked on my mani/pedi were not Asian, which is new to me.Overall, too expensive for such mediocre work. I found Nail Garden simply because I needed something in the area to kill time before a commitment. I don't usually pick places with more than one $ for nails jut because I can usually find one for the lowest bracket that keeps me happy. However it being a Friday I was desperate for someone who could fit me in so in came nail garden. They start off 5 stars for the receptionist who was super warm and friendly and professional on the phone. They squeezed me in even though it was tight which was awesome!I did have to wait a tiny bit when I got there which wasn't a surprise as I was a last min. addition on a busy day. But Jenny who did my nails as well as the receptionist who helped me pick my color, were super efficient and lovely! They took just over an hour for a fill which cut me close to my time limit but it was ok for that type of quality. She was so thorough and didn't skimp on any steps which can be tempting to do to someone who makes a last min. appointment. I also saw who I assumed to be the owner (or possibly manager) helping out a lady who wanted an appointment before a certain time. Even though they initially wanted her to come at a later time, they kept accommodating and trying to make it work even though the lady was being difficult, and they were able to get her set up. And they had a wonderful upbeat attitude about it as well, which is hard to do as I well know coming from a long background of working costumer service.Again, this was more than I'm used to paying (I'm cheap), I paid 45 plus 10 tip for a fill and gel. But it's not bad per industry standard. They took their time and made sure to give me my money's worth. Plus free 90 min parking behind! I'm changing my review because I appreciate the effort that was made to correct the situation.  4 stars of customer service and good business practices. My first time here and theee last. Katy was the one who did my pedi and A. She wasn't very good at it and B. She was extremely rude when I pointed out that my nails we're streaky.... she told me to do it myself.  A simple mani / pedi took 2 1/2 hours. This place is the epitome of receiving more than full service! I went here for the first time recently to get a polish change & gel manicure & pedicure. The woman on the phone was super kind and was able to schedule me the same day with a beyond short wait. I found parking right in front of the nail salon on Brand Bl. The variety of nail polish colors they have are gorgeous to suit your mood. This place offers you drinks such as water, soda, wine and mimosas. I had the greatest and kindest woman, Sunny, who is patient, and is an all around beautiful person inside and out. Per my understanding, she has worked with them since the place opened. She is indispensable. In regards to the full service mention as stated above, you'll have to find out yourself, since suspense and anticipation go hand in hand. The color scheme of the interior is beautiful, with the Fashion TV channel on. It was airing the photo shoots episode which was interesting. Everyone in the nail salon was wonderful and welcoming, like family. I loved their vibe. They even sell aromatherapy diffusers! They also have garage parking in the back. They also have free wi-fi for people who don't know what to do with their hands like Dale on that one episode of King of the Hill. I'll bring my daughter here for being a beautiful soul in general and my friends for one of those days when you need to "treat yo self". P.S. When you check in via Yelp, you get a 5% discount! First time at this place. I usually go to Bijou a little further down the street but they are typically very busy and I end up staying there for 2 hours on average.   This place was closer and looked nice inside so decided to try it.  First impression was they have very friendly staff.  They sat me down and offered a drink which I appreciated.  I had a fill and and pedi to be done. My feet were soaking and my fill started.. but no pedi yet.  10 minutes before my fill ended, then My pedi began.  I waited so long the water my feet were soaking in got cold.  Re my fill: I asked to trim down my nails which she did happily however when it came to filing and shaping my nails, I found I had to constantly ask to even and straighten the shape. I understand nothing can be completely even but a few of my nails were obviously slanted and oddly shaped. I asked to fix the nails which she did without a problem but it seemed like she would have continued had I not said anything.  She also kept burning me with the nail filer.  She painted my nails which I was happy with but when I got home, I noticed it ended up being a little sloppy.  (See pics) Re Pedi:  this was a different nail tech.  She warmed up the water again since she noticed I sat for a while in it. She was fast and gentle.  I had no issues what so ever. Overall, I think I will give this place one more try as everyone was very nice and place was clean. My first visit was 2 months ago, I experienced long wait approximately 40 mins, receptionists apologized couple of times, well I understand, sometimes that can happen, but the second visit was even worse, my concern is not the wait this time but the quality of job. She was very unprofessional continuously apologizing for the bad job telling that the reason is the quality of gel manicure, meanwile leaving several bumps and small hair under manicure. She couldn't at least file my nails evenly or put lotion at the end. I tried to be nice not making her to feel sorry all the time and left a small tip. This place is beautiful! And they also have a variety of nail colors to choose from. I wanted this place to be my new go to pedicure salon.Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. I had made an appointment for a much needed pedicure for 10:30am, and upon my arrival, I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes to be seen as the technicians were late. Danny (I believe he's the owner) was very nice and apologized for the delay. I know life happens so I was not mad and waited patiently. Unfortunately my 15 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait, I was a bit annoyed by now but I still wanted to give this salon a chance. My pedicure began and it went downhill from there - the technician was nice and friendly, but the job done was very poorly. She did not cut or file correctly and even had to repaint my toenails 3 times to get them right - which still were not right when I left. I got a discount on my service due to the wait which I appreciated but it still was not a cheap pedicure. Needless to say, I am giving them 3 stars because the place IS beautiful and Danny provided great customer service, but as to the actual service performed, I left feeling unsatisfied. Read Less

I LOVE it here. The aesthetic is beautiful. It made me feel like a princess. Nancy did my manicure (I got a fill with gel) and Katie did my pedicure. Let me tell you about Katie! She was thorough, patient and so kind. One of the best pedicures I've had in a while. I'm pretty observant when it comes to nail tools, and Katie pulled out a new one with every tool. Nail Garden is AWESOME!!Two girlfriends and I came here to celebrate a birthday. It is beautiful inside and ALL the staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. The seats are comfortable and the foot spas are gorgeous. I may have received one of the best pedicures of my life. I mentioned how much I love a good massage and boy did I get one - along with some wine. :) Accommodations were made for the three of us ladies to sit together so we could keep chatting. Absolutely love this place! I am seriously allergic to acrylic nails, thus I can only have the hard gel builder to get pretty long nails. It has taken me a few years to find a place that is actually good and reliable. I have been coming here since December and All of the girls here are so talented and nice. Each girl can whip out any nail art you want, they are all so professional, they make the best mimosas and the owner is so kind, he always makes sure everyone feels comfortable and at home. They did a great job with the decor, they always know what's trending. here's my nails the last two times I went in! Done my two different nail techs, they designed it themselves and I'm In-love! I just came for Nail Garden Glendale and got Acrylics with Gel. Phillip was my nail tech and he did an absolute fantastic job. He was kind and gentle and made my Acrylics as natural as possible. I have never received a better job or had a better experience! The other salons in Glendale have gone completely down hill and the quality and service is horrible. Nail Garden lives up to the name and hype. I will definately be coming back. I had a complimentary glass of Rose Wine as well!
