Don't go to a nail salon for eyelash extension services. I thought it would be safe since all I needed was lash extension removal. I've had eyelash extensions for over a year and a half and just wanted a little break from them. The professional salon I'm used to going to normally removes the old lashes with ease. I can't feel anything. At Montrose nails, Kim put a solution on my lids which caused a terrible burning sensation in my eyes. I told her it hurt and she blamed me for squinting my eyes after she pinched my eyelid. She then proceeded to wipe my 'eyeball' with a wipe. NEVER have I had this happen at my previous salon. She was super cold the entire time and seemed irritated that the solution was hurting my eyes. I went home to wash my eyes out and now my right eyelid is red and swollen, there is an abrasion just above the eyelash line. I hope I don't develop an eye infection.Words of advice, don't come here for eyelash extensions. Pay a little more to be in a cleaner environment with sterile supplies and with technicians who specialize in this service. Read Less

I went here for the first time last week for pedicures with a friend. We had a great experience! The ladies were so kind and friendly.  The salon was clean, and the fumes low. They are very accommodating, and provide a great nail service. While I was there, a lady who had smudged her toenail polish right after having left the salon came back to have the polish repaired. One of the ladies fixed the polish the right way-by removing the polish, and redoing the base and top coats, too. I was impressed (I've been lots of places where they'll just smear a little color over the smudged area and send you on). I also enjoyed that I got to leave my feet in the foot bath longer than lots of places. My pedicure is holding up really well, too :)My friend and I are already planning on returning when we next need pedicures! Also, they have a great selection of OPI and Orly polish! Read Less

I was a last minute walk-in today and I have to say I had the best experience ever! Not only were the prices great but the shop was clean and welcoming. Not only did Amy and Vanessa fit me in for a fantastic manicure but when my mom dropped off my 5yo son they were ready to entertain him! As a mom, sometimes we get stuck bringing our kids to places they won't always enjoy so having the salon not only welcome him but have books and activities for him to do was a huge help!
