First time here today and I had a very good experience. For once in my life, being at a nail salon was actually relaxing. The music was mellow and nice, the employees were nice and talking quietly, unlike other nail salons where I feel like I'm in a crowded flea market. When I first walked in, they actually said they can't take me and that it's best I get an appointment at a later time. My god! That was a huge plus for me because there's nothing I hate more than nail salons saying they can take you anytime you go, and they rush everything, and appointments are never respected. The fact that this nail salon didn't wanna take me right away and asked me to go back at a later time where they can do a better job was a big plus. The nail color selection they have is OUTSTANDING! I've never seen such incredible hues in any nail salon. The brand names were amazing and the color options were sooooo beautiful.I ended up being paired with Jonathan, who turned out to be amazing. He did such an amazing job with my acrylic nails. He took his time and was very detail oriented. Their prices were decent, sorry forgot to take a photo of the price list, but you can always call and ask. The place looked fairly clean and neat, and everyone seemed truly nice. It wasn't crowded and it was very pleasant to be there. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the way he painted my nails, it was pretty messy actually and I kept having to ask him to fix things, and even then it was still a bit messy at the edges. I ended up letting it go because I figured whatever, the experience was good and he did an amazing job with the acrylics and the filing.I will definitely go back here again and take my family and friends. This was my first time going here and it was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I had a gel manicure that needed to be removed first, the receptionist applied acetone to my nails and covered with foil while I waited for a nail technician. A few minutes later a male technician came over to do my nails and started to take off the foil and proceeded to peel off the gel off of my nails with his fingers in one piece! At one point I screamed in pain because he was peeling a layer of my nail with the gel. I asked him to stop and asked the receptionist to come and explained to her he was hurting me (he did not speak any English) I explained to her that he was peeling the gel in one piece rather than waiting for the acetone to soften the gel and gently scrape it off (the way it's normally done). She explained to him in their language at which point he reapplied the acetone and foil. In all the years I've been getting gel manicure I've never had anyone remove gel like this. The receptionist was extremely rude and unapologetic as if I was the one in the wrong here.My nails were left brittle from the incorrect removal of gel and he made several of my finger bleed from the cuticles.  Would not recommend this place to anyone. I received a Paris mani/pedi with gel on my fingers nails. The service was going well although the gel color I chose was unavailable. When the time came for me to have my toes polished I told the owner that I didn't  like the pink color and would like an orange color instead. She then gets up, pulls the color from the stand and hands it to the pedicurist to polish my toes instead. I asked if something was wrong; he stated that she started to feel dizzy . However, when another customer walked in she was full of energy and proceeded to chat with that customer. Whenever I need mani or pedi - I drive here from Pasadena. I usually get gel mani-pedi and it lasts me a while. Especially gel pedicure. I really like Jenny and Nicky... Jenny remembers my favorite gel colors which is very sweet.Sometimes time management can be a problem though and you have to wait for your appointment... but I can overlook that since I get otherwise great service here. I've gone to many different nail salons here in LA, each one being very unique. I enjoy the layout of this nail salon because you can choose to sit next to a friend and chat (make it a nail date!)I recommend making an appointment in advance because they do get busy. But it never gets cramped or stuffy which is a huge plus. I forgot the cute lady's name who did my French gel-mani... she did a wonderful job!There is free parking on the street as well as the lot located near the plaza. First time here.The lady at the front desk was nice and they give you complementary drinks (soda, tea and water)I went in for a full set ($25) $3 off if you check in.A young lady with diamond necklace and diamond ring on her middle finger worked on my nails.I did not like the way she handled my hands. She was rude the entire time she was doing my nails and made a few fingers bleed. She was hurting my fingers and throwing my hand around like I was a doll she was practicing on. I really wanted to like this place but was very disappointed. The two stars are for the lady who did my feet. Wish I knew her name, she did a good job. My fingernails, however, started chipping the next day, and within four days the gel came off completely like it was taped. I got the holographic design and they looked beautiful at first but I noticed they were sort of loose at the cuticle part. Within four days the gel from the cuticle part came off completely. As you can see in the picture my nails barely grew, as the gel came off in less than a week after getting them. I am sad to say I will most likely not return. I had a feeling the lady was confused while doing my nails the whole time. She placed the powder and cleaned it twice. I wish I had gotten someone more experienced. Read Less

GREAT PRICE/NICE FACILITY. A good lower-budget option for the Glendale area. This is a small salon and is not as new or trendy as some of the other local options but has always been clean and well taken care of whenever I go. Tanning beds are always freshly sanitized with a clean towel and goggles laid out and appear to be relatively new models. They have a great $19.99 unlimited tans deal that has no contract, subscription or other fees. You just pay your $20 bucks and can do unlimited tans for the next 30 days, no strings attached. Great option if you will be traveling and want to build up a base tan before you leave but don't want to be locked into a long-term contract. Salon attendants have always been friendly and helpful. Walk-in wait is typically no more than 5 minutes however don't go right when school gets out as lots of students from the high school nearby tend to back things up a little around 3pm. My experience is that the student rush has usually thinned out by 4pm. I don't usually go after 5pm so I don't know how busy it is in the evenings. They also have complimentary coffee and danishes for customers. Bottom line: Great little place, has always been clean & you can't beat the price!! Read Less

I enjoy coming here when the sun isn?t strong enough to tan or I don?t have time to sit outside for an hour.. a quick 25 minutes in one of these beds and your good to go! I would suggest using lotion for the first couple times to avoid getting burnt and then switch to a bronzer to help you get darker. Read Less

They are very nice and very helpful. i got unlimited tanning for a month for only $20 and i could see resluts after one session. i will most deffinitly go here again when my month is up. they were very helpful with picking out a good lotion for me and also helped out my friend in desiding on what kind of spray tan she should get. i am one who hates tanning beds and spray tans but im glad i came here. they changed my mind on how i feel about tanning beds and spray tans. The way the salon is designed is awesome because they really kept the costumer in mind. Everything was thought of and taken care for, like the cleanness, music, mirrors, weigher, Comfortable chairs, Hot Guy Posters, It felt like I was in a barbie dollhouse (but in a good way).
