My daughter spent her hard earned babysitting money getting a gel set from this place that I was reluctant to send her back to because of our first experience there. Her polish started cracking in less than a week but didn't get a chance to call since the 10th day she had gone. After several back and forth phone calls, the owner decided to offer my daughter a 15% off on the service. Gel nails are entirely too expensive to not last a week. There are too many nail shops in La Crescenta to tolerate cut rate service especially when their prices are higher than average.

If there's a negative star 5, I would give that!!!! They have a horrible communication problem with the taking/reservation (Jennifer) and the actual worker. I repeated 5 times to the worker that I wanted long nails and she just kept saying ok. I even demonstrated the length I wish to have. It was for my Christmas party and my fingers are short so, I wanted a long nails to make it look long so that I can put on a ring. I even shared that with the worker while she was doing my nails. After she completed, she said all done. I was in shock! What? I still had 10 short nails and short fingers!!!! Then the whole miscommunication drama kept going back and forth with Jennifer and the worker. The worker seems like she does not fully understand English. They wanted to give me a 20% discount and wanted me to pay. It was not about the money at that time. I insisted on rescheduling and get it right before I pay them. The bottom line, they do not want to do it right! The refused to reschedule it. They said it was a business thing. Well>> HELP AND MAKE YOUR CLIENTS HAPPY!! Satisfactory.. don't make it just for money sake!! I was going to use my gift certificate of $28 and now, got the service without how I wanted to get done! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

If I could give no star, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with waxing was horrible, adding to the previous horrible manicure, another reason to not come back. Basically, my bikini line looks worse than if I were to have just shaved and have ingrown hairs. Not gentle at all and it felt like my skin was torn off. So now it looks awful on my vacation. Never again

Used polish that was so thick and old ! Another lady came over and told me the polish was almost empty that they shouldn't have used so she polished my nails with a new color

I went in for a wax and left with more knowledge of my skin than I ever thought I could know. Fida wad amazing and was recommended to me and I'm so grateful. She took more care on my eyebrows than any esthetician I've EVER seen!!! I highly recommend!!!

Because my husband and girls purchased a "deluxe manicure and pedicure" $68 gift certificate I made an appointment after looking over the website same day appointment was a plus. The long list of things I would be receiving sounded so fab on a dreary wednesday! The place looks great in pictures in person eh nothing to brag about. Callus remover she wrapped my feet and cleaned them with a pumice stone (typical with a $25 pedicure) paraffin wax? She didn't do it at all. I was... so distraught with the clumps of gel from my manicure I didn't want to ask for it especially after she snipped each cuticle on my toes not kidding ONE TIME each. My $25 pedicure ugh no comparison! The massage from both would have been better if my 11 year old daughter had done it....needless to say I walked out feeling as though I was totally robbed of $68. Won't ever go again. See More

(I hope they grow back soon) I have been going to her for around 9 years now and have been over the moon every single time she puts that mirror in front of me after she is done. My daughter spent her hard earned babysitting money getting a gel set from this place that I was reluctant to send her back to because of our first experience there. Her polish started cracking in less than a week but didn't get a chance to call since the 10th day she had gone. After several back and forth phone calls, the owner decided to offer my daughter a 15% off on the service. Gel nails are entirely too expensive to not last a week. There are too many nail shops in La Crescenta to tolerate cut rate service especially when their prices are higher than average.

If I could give no star, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with waxing was horrible, adding to the previous horrible manicure, another reason to not come back.
