This is the worst manicure I've ever gotten, and their customer service is horrible. The lady cut my skin multiple times and became angry when I complained. The manicure itself looks awful because she painted way past my actual nail and didn't clean it up. When I asked her to clean it, she said my skin was too dark to tell the difference, so she would not be able to clean them up. My nails look like a 5 year old painted them. She also smudged one of my nails and refused to fix it because she said it was my fault, even though she was the one who pressed down on my nail. The people asked me to pay before I got my manicure, so when I asked them to fix it, they told me that they didn't have to because they already had my money. Now one of my nails looks ruined, and this manicure is so bad that I have to immediately take it off. I could have done my nails better by myself. Avoid this place. Read Less

The worst customer service EVER!! My first time was bad. I asked for stiletto nail and even showed the lady a picture of what shape I wanted. She then proceeded on with my nails. Again this is my FIRST VISIT! She then makes my middle finger nail crooked to the side and then has two of my other fingers thicker then the others. So, during this process, I did not pick out my colors yet. I wasn't sure yet of what I wanted because I was still appalled by nails. She then has the owner come to me saying pick a color, remind you the lady wasn't done with my nails. After the fourth time of saying pick a color, the lady then try's to pick my color for me. Then also precedes to be annoyed because I asked her to fix my nails. I'm not about to pay for ridiculous nails or service. So, my second visit due to a rush was with the owner Alynn who did a decent job. So, I said maybe I'll just stick with her for now until I find another one in my area because I'm new around here. So, I went in today to get nails done because the place is around the corner of my house. I then requested my nails done by Alynn, she then tells no, swifts me away to get them done by another tech, I said fine showed the lady my nail shape and she then tells me no. She doesn't do pointy nails. I asked Alynn when will she be available. She says after two clients come back tomorrow. I said no because I have a flight tonight. She then goes ugh 7. So, I said never mind I'll go somewhere else. As a business owner, her customer service was horrible. I won't go back, I don't recommend people to go there. Worst nail salon in Glendale! I came here for a quick pedicure. An old woman about 40-50 yrs old did mine. She is so in a hurry! And cut my big toe and it bleed! She pressed it with her fingernail to stop the bleeding and it hurt so bad  She said its not my fault! So it is my fault then?  Definitely not recommended to go here, you'll save couple of dollars for a filthy/dirty nail salon. Guys be careful with nail salons. I shouldn't have paid for my pedicure. But I felt sorry because she's old already but she's not very careful. I am so afraid to get infection  even the container to where they soaked my feet contains dirty tissue paper wth! Clearly many people have negative remarks to share about this nail salon but I must say I LOVE this place. It may not be the most modern looking or professional but for 20 bucks I'm always satisfied with my manicure and pedicure. I've been getting my nails done here for years now and I truly enjoy the staff! They never fail to make me laugh. :) I prefer to have Lily do my nails but if she's busy I'm fine with anyone else. If you're super picky and want bougie service I wouldn't recommend this spot because you'll definitely be disappointed. But if you want your money's worth I'd say give it a try. Worst service ever I went here less then a week ago and had my nails and pedicure done with gel. Cost me almost $60. Not even three days later the polish turned almost black it was just tarnished. *BAD EXPERIENCE ALERT* went in today to get my pedicure and my eye brows done. Well I go in and everything seems fine the pedicure was mediocre in the sense that she just did it like she didn't care. Moving along there was plenty of instances when I saw them looking at me and talking which is extremely disrespectful (talking sh*%) so I'm drying my toes and one of the ladies is like aren't you going to tip your eyebrow lady. Worst nail place I've been too. I made an appointment for a fill and pedicure and ended up waiting 25 minutes after my set appointment time. At that point, she said I could come get my pedicure started because no one was available for my fill yet.....The whole point of setting an appointment is so you don't have to wait. Since I didn't want to waste 2 hours of my Saturday sitting around waiting I ended up leaving because i was so annoyed. I always find myself going back to this place because laura is amazing. Every time i decide to try a new place my nails start cracking and breaking in no time. Laura is fast and does an amazing job. Also the prices are really reasonable. I liked it a lot.  The prices are very reasonable and the work is good.  All the other reviews talk about the experience, not the quality of the nails.  This place is about bang for your buck product wise.  Great looking nails on the cheap.  If you want a calming luxurious experience DONT expect to pay $8 for a mani and $12 for a fill!!!  Seriously, be reasonable.  This place is awesome when you want to look great but still want to have money left over to buy lunch with too.  I will definitely be going back! I'm sitting here now. Because my friend bragged about them. They greeted us as we walked in & the prices are decent. However, the lady doing my manicure was insane. Literally shouting at the top of her lungs. Me and the other clients here awkwardly making eye contact like "what is going on?!" I had to ask that someone else do my manicure because what was supposed to be relaxing turned into an uncomfortable and anxiety ridden experience. I went in for a fill. Budget-friendly fir a college student .....Usually $17 elsewhere but $12 here which is a great deal. LINDA did an amazing job. She was fast & knew exactly what I wanted. My nails looked terrible. After 3 weeks, my nails were long with many bubbles. I didn't even think a fill was possible. BUT she did it & made them look beautiful. Alynn is good but, she needs to be a better supervisor.  Some of the girls are good and some don't care at all.  The place has to be cleaner and she should never allow her workers to eat at their station.  I was there and a worker in front of me was having lunch.  This woman kept chewing her food and spitting it back onto her plate.  She did this so many times and I wanted to throw up.  I had my head down the whole time.  DON'T ALLOW YOUR WORKER TO EAT IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS!After a pedicure a worker wanted me to place my feet on the floor w/o a towel.  The towels also looked old/dirty and looked like they had been re-use.  The towels are blue and you can not tell, except that they look dirty. The moment I walked in I felt like I was interrupting their social hour. There were ladies laying around eating and watching television while customers were waiting to be served. I was seated in front of a SENIAL Vietnamese woman who knew like TWO WORDS IN ENGLISH. I requested a gel manicure and picked a pearly white color with a little glitter in it. When she was cleaning up my nails she nearly filed off my entire nail to the point where I had to pull my hand away telling her to stop ruining my nail. After she put on the base coat, she spent 15 minutes looking for the gel polish I picked. She started applying a glitter color and when I testified that it is not the color I wanted she continued putting it on saying it will look better after a second coat. I waited and she put on another coat and it still looked like just glitter. She then put on a third coat and I could STILL see my actual nail. When I asked her to redo it she had the manager translate that it is an extra $5 for removal and $5 for color change. BULLSHIT. After all this she messed up on half my nails, the gel was stuck on my skin and it would have easily pealed off in less than a day! I had her file it down. When paying $25 for my gel manicure, she had the nerve to ask "how much tip you give me." She continued to speak angrily in Vietnamese to her coworkers when I replied that I didn't like her service therefore I will not be giving her a tip. This salon has been open for a couple of years now and is not doing as well as they used too when it first opened. Unfortunately they are now loosing many clients including myself and many friends I have sent there. Felix was running the employees and was doing a really good job, until his wife took over here recently. The employees have started to not do a good job and too busy, to put in an extra 5 minutes, unless its charging for something extra, then they don't tell you it is extra until you are done.
