I really liked the salon, there were some bumps like showing up with an appointment and the young stylist was nowhere to be found, Luz took my son and she just did perfect. We went back the next day with an appointment (again) and to make things faster, Alma, the owner suggested to have my daughter go to the young lady, and I could the haircut by Luz. I appreciate Luz for keeping her prices and this young lady charged me more (over the phone she said a different price) and it's really not about adding a dollar or two, it's about the action, so there's the reason for the four stars. Recently relocated to Gilroy and went to an old spot I knew for root touch up, but they are now under new management. I really didn't feel comfortable with the new gals so I opted to step out and Yelp!  Came here without an appointment after reading the reviews, walked in and was welcomed immediately. Asked for the next availability and was grateful they were able to get my roots done right there and then. All the Gals there are amazing! Paid $55 plus tip for roots, trim and style. I've been admiring Libby's work with eyebrow threading through her instagram page. I decided to grow out my eyebrows for her to thread them. I contacted her and booked an appointment with her. She was very nice and patient with me since I am deaf. She took her time to communicate clearly with me and answered all of my questions. I was nervous about having my hair colored for the first time as well as finding a new hairdresser but Ruby put me at ease right away making me feel comfortable with her knowledge of exactly what I wanted when I explained it to her. Was recommended here by a friend, and I cannot express how happy I am that she told me about this salon. My hair was super brassy and patchy so I was nervous there wouldn't be much they could do for it. I went in for a blonde balayage and had ruby doing my hair. Radhee has been doing my eyebrows for months. She's super fast and she listens to what I want. I like her because she has been the only one in this area who has done a decent job.However there's a new young girl now (Libby?) and I was hesitant to let her try on my brows. But I've gone to her twice now and I actually LOVE my eyebrows. She is really helping me work towards the full brows that I want. She takes about 20 min to do just the brows though, and now there's a wait (whereas before there wasn't since Radhee was so fast).My only recommendation is that they have a sign in sheet so it runs more smoothly. I called first and they said there wasn't a wait, and when I got there 5 min later I had to wait like 20 min for her to finish, and it took her 20 to finish my brow and lip.Overall, highly recommend!! They all know what they're doing, they're truly amazing I've always been scared to let people do anything to my hair (my hair's always been damaged & gets tangled ALL the time, even after brushing it) but I've been wanting to get a haircut & dye my hair so I let Alma do it for me. Radhee is out of the country until December. So until then, expect to pay even if you prepaid for the membership & expect 15 min for eyebrow vs the usual 5 min eye threading.
