The worst place ever!!!! First time I got pedicure the lady didn't even understand what I was saying and didn't take half of the cuticle until after I told her. I didn't want to judge from my first time experience and I decided to go back based on the good reviews. Second time was the worst! I got gel manicure and pedicure, the guy who did my manicure apparently was new and he put layers of polish on my nails that it started cracking two days after and while doing my nails he kept jumping to another customer to finish hers and then come back to me. The pedicure girl even worse, she cleaned my toes in less than 10 minutes and most of the time she was busy talking to others and getting distracted and at the end when putting the polish it was all over my toes and when I asked her to fix it she got upset and called a guy ( apparently he is the owner there) and started complaining and raising her voice in their language and after she just left me there and someone else came and tried to fix her work ( which they didn't). and the sad part is I told the lady that she had an attitude and I didn't like the customer service and all she said was oh really and did nothing. This place is one of the best nail salons in Gilroy. Everyone from the owner to the nail technicians, everyone is friendly and kind. I love the service and welcoming nature along with how they treat their customers. They use clean products and are consistent with the work. A must visit. They even offered me popcorn :) Read Less

The worst place in Gilroy, the lady that did my pedi. Did a horrible job and had to get some else to help her. I asked for round nails with no luck. She did not cut it file them evenly. She asked me if I wanted my toes polished I kept them plain I was afraid of how bad they would look. My mani was so bad I had to go back and have them redone it was a plain mandi and they didn't even clean underneath. when she dropped her tool on the floor she picked up and started to use it on me again. (nasty) so when I paid they over Charge me told me. One price but charged me on the sheet. But that will be that last time they will. Ever see my money I will never go back.. I know others around town said they were rude but I went anyway, big mistake.  Let me explain...I went here a few times and the did an amazing job, so I thought why not come again, they were so nice.  Then it changed...my gel nails peeled off after 5 days, however I was out of town.  When I got back in town I showed someone at the front desk.  The woman at the front said not a problem, that they will fix them even if I couldn't come in for a few days.  I made an appointment for two days later and when I came back they began to argue with me,  talk about me in front of  me,  and insisted I show  them who said it would be ok, making me point them out and refused to listen to me when I tried to explain.  The manager said she didnt remember me and I couldn't prove it that I came in and they is not proof on their end.  I said I understood the need to  check, it is a business, but can they check the system or is there another way that i could help. The manager calmed down a bit and said you have to understand we need to know or else we can't do anything.  I again said I had my appointment in the system and she refused to look it up.  I also told her I had gel on my toes and could show her, but she brushed it off.  I felt so awkward and will not be going back. I went several times to get my nails done and most of the time they did a good job.  The last time I went a guy did my nails and did a horrible job.  I decided to not return.  I was looking at my bank statements from that time I noticed a strange pattern.  There was a charge for the service and then there was also a cash back amount.  I never received cash back and the amounts were too great to be tips so I called to speak to the manager.  He told me at that time he was having problems with his machine and they were having to put in the total sales as two different amounts.  Well I never spent as much as the two amounts added up to so I really felt something was off.  I called my bank and they advised me to go in person and speak to him so I did.  Now he says whoever was inputing the amounts was doing it wrong (it was always him that input the amounts).  So EVERY time I had my nails done, he says, they were having problems with their machine OR whoever was inputing the amounts was doing it wrong.  I plan on speaking to the owner, if I can, because I think the manager was ripping me off.  I would think the owner might want to know that.  Check your receipts against your bank account, he might still be doing this!! A week ago I wanted to give them 0 stars. But today, they get a full 5 stars!!!!A week ago, I came in for a full set. The girl who did my nails was a new try out, literally that day. She didn't know what she was doing and messed up my nails big time. I was not happy - but I didn't say anything because I felt bad for her. So we got it done, and I left very un-happy.Today I went back to get it fixed. Luckily I got Tom and explained to him what happened, and he remembered me, so he offered to make it up to me, by fixing my full set, exactly to my request and liking. And he nailed it!! I made an appointment today for 12:30pm and they scheduled me for 12pm. Off to a bad start. The receptionist had a lot of attitude but that changed when I paid. The lady that did my nails didn't speak English so It was awkward trying to make small talk. Although she did a thorough job. I'm happy with my gel mani. Read Less

We had a party of 8 and Q Beauty Spa was so accommodating. They made sure our party was all able to sit together. They gave us complimentary waters at each station. They volunteered to take pictures of us. Such great service! Would defiantly do a group event here again! Read Less

This place is truly great! There is enough space to accommodate a very busy day- as we saw firsthand on a hot summer morning. The manager is the sweetest and most welcoming. She went out of her way to introduce herself to us, ask how our visit was, and encouraged us to come back. Worst pedicure I have ever had! I have been coming here since they opened and everything was always great until yesterday. Thy cut me and made me bleed to the point where there is not blood in my gel polish and cut my nails short and crooked. When I spoke with the owner he said there was nothing he could do and wouldn't give me a credit towards next time. Very disappointing! I will never be back! Read Less

So I have been coming here for a while now to see my girl Liliane to get my brows done and she is AMAZING. They come out perfect every time and my brows are naturally super funky. I don't trust anyone else to do them now. Today I got a pedicure here for the first time by I wonderful women named Tina. She was so sweet and the pedicure didn't hurt and I never squirmed once. She went out of her way to make me extra comfy and the massage skills are excellent. I sprung for the deluxe pedicure and my skin feels amazing and the nails look perfect. They use a hot stone to do the massages which felt incredible. This place not only has a nice staff, but the spa is super clean and the prices are not bad at all. Great staff and I always get tons of compliments on my nails. However, theres always flaws. First time with holographic nails there were bubbles and she cute my cuticles  and this time I got chrome oil spoil nails that looked great but the next day right before Coachella the gel was already peeling off. I think it because she filed underneath after the gel was set, the filing shouls have been before. It's very annoying because now my hair keeps getting caught. I'll be back but especially for the price, the gel shouldnt be coming off so soon. Read Less

Always come here to get my mani and pedi. My nails last longer here (gel) than anywhere ive been. Everything is clean and the owners are really nice and always teaching their employes new techniques and improvements. Which is great to see. I can't say enough great things.
