I have been coming here since 2014 and I absolutely love it here. I live in San Jose and drive up here to have my nails, pedicure and eyebrows done. I have tried other places but the quality is horrible. Tony is absolutely the best. He is meticulous and spend time making sure my nails are done right. He is always able to do whatever picture I show him. I swear I hate going anywhere else. Michelle is such an artist when it comes to my eyebrows she makes them absolutely perfect. I always get compliments on my nails and eyebrows. When I tell them where I go people looking at me crazy for driving so far. YOU CAN'T PUT A PRICE OR DISTANCE ON QUALITY. Read Less

Price gouging galore. I came in here while my oil was being changed as a walk in. I was seated right away and staff was mostly friendly. The guy who did my nails, did a good job, however he just completely ignored my requests. Shaved my stiletto nails down to almond nails, even though I told him twice I would like to keep the stiletto shape. Then I was charged for stiletto nails, and he told me the fill was two dollars more for than what was physically advertised on the price board, and then I was charged an extra 3 dollars for a matte top coat. Nickel and dime-ing new customers; then completely ignoring their requests isn't a good business tactic, which was too bad, because I would totally came back as I frequent Walmart quite a bit. Always pleased when I come here. I've gone here off and on for about 3-4 years not because of bad experiences but I live in Hollister and sometimes it more convenient to have them done by my nail person here. But I always make an appointment with Tony, he's the best as far as my nails I believe. They are always pretty busy especially on the weekends. Recently took my mom to get a pedicure and then I decided to get my pedicure there as well for the first time Tammy did both of us, and she did a very good job! I'm pretty picky about my nails and feet, and overall customer service, cleanliness ect. Because I'm in the beauty industry I know the ins and outs pretty well. Just can't do my own nails! Read Less

I'm so disappointed with this salon. It had been months since I had extra money to pamper myself, and I trusted this salon. My eyebrows were overwaxed and misshaped and my gel French tip manicure is way too thick and clumpy. Never ever again!! Read Less

This is a great place. I have been coming here for 8 years. They just recently remodeled the salon . The new pedicure chairs are to die for. I have Kim  or Tony do my nails. Great gem hidden inside Walmart. Read Less

Ok , FIRST let's keep Walmart out of my nail experience. I was giving the salon the benefit of the doubt and saw the other reviews; which were good. My only thoughts are that those women giving the reviews were paid or were so high from polish fumes they were delirious. SERIOUSLY! I have been to some shady nail salons in dark San Francisco China Town and this place made me want to run, Ohh and girl I should have. I was so desperate that I stayed. It says $20 for a mani/ pedi; but if you want them to scrub your feet it is $5 more and so forth. The nail polishes are super old and they reused their files on me. I couldn't tell if they reused the other equiptment but it did not look clean. The women doing my nail was so rude and paid more attention to her phone than me. Again, I SHOULD HAVE RAN!!  She kept gouging me with the clippers. I now have 2 ingrown toenails and 1 finger nail... I did not have these before and now understand why so painful. HONESTLY I LEFT THE PLACE BLEEDING!! She ripped out part of my big toenail and it was bleeding I had no nail problems til I went here.  My feet are in so much pain from this person. I had a good experience there. Very nice ladies that worked there and the lady that did my pedicure did a good job and was very nice. The price was great (it was 15 but I upgraded to the 30 and it was well worth it) and I'll be returning for sure. Only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because it isn't the spa type atmosphere, its inside of Wal Mart, and you have the noise of the customers and all that. It wasn't terrible, actually I was so relaxed from my pedi/massage that I didn't pay attention to it after she started, but still its not the upper scale type of atmosphere one would need to get a 5 star. Rude woman who does the nails. She cut my finger with an implement, and then put it back in the drawer. I was charged $25 for a fill, with only one tip replaced and they could not explain why it was so much. Read Less
