I went in here no one was in their the guy sitting in one of the chairs grunted and pointed for me to sit. it took three different individuals to give me a gel fill the paint was splotchy and when I asked for him to fix it he had to ask a women to come over to translate. Very clean and friendly for the most part. My husband and I were sitting next to each other for our pedicures. His pedicure started before mine and he was still getting his pedicure long after I was finished. The little gal that was working on my pedicure was busy texting the entire time so missed a few steps along the way. One of my nails got messed up so a very nice young man took the time to make sure it was fixed and I was happy. Went there with our granddaughters for a nice treat day! Read Less

My first visit here was not so good. A young girl did my nails. They were all crooked. I told her they were crooked and she said they looked good to her. I saw I was getting nowhere so I just paid her and left. Two weeks later I went back in, I was greeted by David. He had me sit in his chair while he went back and got something to eat. He then came back out, put in his ear piece, plugged in his phone and asked what I wanted. After telling him he got a call. It was a video call from someone taking care of his child. Sooo.....while roughly working on my nails and making 2 of my fingers bleed, he talked to his child and the caretaker. The call ended and he was still working on my nails and shouting to someone in the rear of the salon in his language. Made another finger bleed and finally finished. Nails looked ok but my fingers were very sore.A day later two of the 3 fingers he made bleed seemed a little red and puffy. So I just went about my daily stuff only to my suprise they got worse. Went to the Doctor on day 3 and found out I had a staff infection on those 2 fingers and spent the next 7 days on antibiotics.So my advice to you is stay away from OP nails. Read Less

I started going here 1-2 years ago for my pedicure. A couple of the people were ok..but then I had Tracy...she is a hard worker and really does a Great job and making sure you don't get any ingrown toenails!! I use her every chance I get!!Love her!!! Read Less

I have not been in a long time - and was very pleased Jenny was great - they have new Pedi's to offer and still have the originals you just need to ask - but it was okay - you just have to find the person you like to use - but everyone was very nice - but i did call ahead and made an appt - always easier then just walking in sometimes. So I have avoided this place since moving here a year ago due to the negative reviews. Instead I went to another salon in town. I had a great experience at this other salon the first time and have been back several times and left with much disappointment every time since. So I decided that despite the negative reviews for OP I would give it a shot. I was greeted right away and boy did they upsell upsell upsell. But this is what you're taught to do when you do sales so I cant really fault them for that and you'll find this at many places. My first impressions were that it is very cramped, they have a lot of stations which is also good because it probably means that when its busy there is not a long wait. The place could use some updating IMO as well. I was impressed by the cleanliness, they opened a new package of tools to be used on me which let me know that they follow cleaning protocols. The girl who did my nails, Sophia, was quiet but she was very thorough and did a great job on my nails. She did a good job filing them (I've had several places shape this really odd) and through out the process clipped any loose skin that came up. She was gentle and didn't hurt me. She did all the steps of the gel manicure (some places skip a few prep steps). However, it was odd at the end that I had to put each of my hands back in the light 3 times (pretty sure this isn't necessary but oh well). I did subtract a star because she didn't use the gold glitter I wanted, instead she did multi glitter (I should have paid closer attention). However, despite this I had a good experience and will definitely come back. Price was reasonable as well $25 for a gel manicure. Read Less

I love the nail designs and also love the salon with freshness and good sanitation . The price is also moderate for the tourist like . I appreciate the nail tech who take care my nails though she only knows I am a tourist and perhaps have no chance to return again ! Read Less

On by business trip , I have a chance to stop by this beautiful and clean salon . I just simply do my plain manicure and pedicure , but I still love the Nails Techs designs . I rate the salon 5 stars for cleanliness , good sanitation and well sterilized the equipment before apply on nails clients . I will return on my next visit ! Read Less

I have been here several times and they always do a wonderful job! Their pedicures are relaxing and my toes always look great. The past few times I got gel manicures and they spend extra time to make sure each nail looks great and I get so many compliments on my nails. I always walk away feeling beautiful and loved.
