I must say. I was not a fan prior to my last visit early 2017 and 2016 but I saw a sign that stated they were under new management, and desided to give it another try.Came in at around 2:30 p.m. on 11/10/17 to my surprise there was 35 min wait. So patiently I did. My girl was Kelsey. I was kind of demanding based on my previous experience ans to test the waters. Boy... To my amaze she was kind patien and she sure earned a fat tip. I recommend this place they also do eyelashes for $25 saw 3 girls come in and out and stopped them all to check their eyes and all work looked clean, fresh and realistic. Went in for a full set gel manicure. I picked the gel color Redwood City #490. I love love love the way she was so attentive to my picky needs as far as shape, thickness, and length of nail. Worst nail experience ever. Came in for a gel color change. I had just gotten my nails done the other day but got over the color and my regular nail place was all booked so I decided to go here. I came in to this place with my nails perfectly shaped. When she was filing them she managed to mess all my nails up. Every nail was a different length, different size, and when I mentioned it to her to shave down a nail to make it even she didn't want to and said that she already did.. ok.. Also when taking off the color she didn't take it all off, and when she put the new color on, some of the old color was still peaking through and she didn't even clean up the sides. I was so over this place and didn't care anymore and just wanted to leave. When coming up to pay she had previously told me a price and all of a sudden she raised it. I was already so disappointed with everything at this point that I didn't even want to argue and just paid her and tipped her even tho I didn't want to tip her.Overall, my nails came out worse than before I came in. For my facial, I didn't enjoy the experience at all and my skin is left feeling irritated afterwards. To sum up the experience, I couldn't relax because the environment was so loud. The lady also used really cheap products (i.e., bath & body lotion) on my face and the facial massage felt like slaps across the face. The technique she used to massage my face was really uncomfortable and my cousin can hear the "smacking sounds" while she was getting a pedicure outside of the room. I would not be coming back for the facial, I spent over $45 and it was not worth the discomfort. Just went here for a fill. 25 dollars fill gel. Or 23. Something like that. I usually like my nails a little thicker but didn't say anything so next time I come back I'll request it to be thicker. I'll come back next time Read Less

I've been coming here for over a year and i have to say that when i get a GEL manicure it is amazing !! The last time i went to get them done they were nicely done it lasted 4 almost 5 weeks without chipping !!   Love this place Read Less

My 1st time in years getting my nails and pedi , I was very nervous about. The staff was so friendly, prices were inexpensive and the job they did on my nails and pedi was great!! They're experts on customer service, did a wonderful job on my hands, feet, and legs. Also, incredibly cheap and they do excellent work, literally the best salon I've been to. I feel like a mermaid, silky, smooth, and sexy. They also do eyelashes and hair, definitely an amazing way to begin your week. Read Less
