The reviews I read are not my experience. Apparently I have to give at least 1 star. I made an appt for 3pm for myself and a gf. She’s taken right away, 15 min later I have to ask if anyone is going to help me. I’m told yes someone will help me shortly and to wait. As I’m sitting here they begin to talk amongst each other and say I’ve been waiting 5 min. At this point it’s now 25. The whole purpose of making an appt is to skip the waiting process. The point of this post is the fact that they thought it was appropriate to talk about a customer in their language and thinknits ok, not know I understand what they’re saying. If you don’t want a bad review, don’t talk about your guest and then exaggerate the time frame to fit your agenda. Rude and disrespectful. FYI their 3:30 got in right away as I typed this. Love it! Love it! Love it! I went in for new gel over existing acrylic. Amy did a beautiful job. I noticed the nail tech next to us was doing a nice job as well. They are friendly and I didn't feel awkward. I was in and out quickly and the prices are good. I went several days ago and my nails still look fresh. They also offered refreshments. Today I got to see Lena while my little ones were having manicures she did my fill and fixed a broken nail she really had her work cut in for her because the last place I went I had an awful job done she was super nice and very reasonable and I couldn't be any happier I don't think my nails have looked this good in years plus being a hairstylist they really go through a lot so I need to make sure they look as great as possible I'm super happy I'm going to keep going back very convenient down the street from my house and I didn't even have an appointment thank you so much Lena definitely going to go back Read Less

Ben did a really great job on my manicure today. The shape and technique was great. He even recommended a color to me based on some of the colors I had been looking at and I'm really happy I went with what he suggested because the color turned out awesome. I want to give this 4 stars, really I do cause every time I go in I have a wonderful experience, but their gel does not stick very well to nails. It looks amazing for a week or so, then snags & chips off very easily. The ladies & gentlemen inside are wonderful though, so kind & friendly. They always offer you water when you sit down & ensure that you love every step of the process through! I LOVED my pedicure though & will go back just for that. Read Less

Usually love this place but LINA disappointed me she took over two hours to let me walk out with terrible nails, she still wanted to charge me for the set plus charge to take off. I've been coming here since it's opened. It was a great place in the beginning, but my last few visits have not been great. Waiting times are often not communicated or very underestimated. They do a good job and most of them are friendly, but I end up sitting in the spa chair waiting for my turn while the water turns cold way too often. Read Less

The nail people were really nice and didn't get mad when I randomly changed my mind about the type of nail polish. They also didn't mind that I took my hand out of the gel nail curer because it got hot. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Read Less

Best place in Fullerton. I've been coming here since they opened. They are all so friendly, they do a great job and their prices are great ! My work schedule is ever changing so I'm seldom able to schedule an appointment, but they always fit me in and apologize if I have to wait more than a minute. I've never left unhappy. I had a great experience at the Golden Dragon. My friend had been here before, but I hadn't. My nail tech was fast and efficient while still giving me a great quality manicure. I ended up with acrylics and since my nails grow fast they only lasted two weeks, but it was not the acrylic's fault! Read Less

Disappointing. I am beyond faithful to this place, but I always leave frustrated. They are terrible at time management. Don't bother making an appointment. You'll still end up waiting. Gels never last very long. I just went Sunday and now on Thursday, they are changing colors already and look dirty. So disappointing. Try somewhere else if you can. Read Less

I used to go to this place faithfully, but haven't been in some time and was behind disappointed at my most recent visit. My feeling upon leaving was this salon now hosts poor quality and very slow service with unfriendly technicians. I had an appointment and yet ended up waiting over 45 minutes for my service to begin. I was getting a gel manicure -- the least they could have done was begin to take my previous gel polish off since that takes a while. However, they didn't even do that while I was waiting. Other customers had water, but I waited for over 45 minutes before I eventually asked for one -- it was never offered to me (a girl and her boyfriend without appointments came in after me and were offered water -- perhaps I was invisible???). The poor service compounded with the ridiculous wait time made this experience very disappointing. Also, they have a very limited color selection. I wouldn't call the place dirty, but I feel like it's definitely less clean that in the past. There were flies flying around and hair on the floor. I think salon is really going down hill, and I will not return. I highly suggest you pick another location for your salon needs!! Read Less

The people are pleasant and they do a great job! Prices are competitive as well.  Been here twice and was very satisfied each time.  I usually just get a regular mani-pedi.  Massages are also great and I leave with hands and feet feeling silky smooth.  I highly recommend!! Read Less

I've been coming here for 2 years now. My nails tend to last longer than when I go to other places. And my I add, all mani and pedi's include massages! Compare to other places, that charge the same amount and don't massage. This place is very clean and everyone is so nice. Everyone has bad days, I'm assuming the negative reviews were from one of their bad days. I suggest you give it another shot, maybe not during a busy time. Ps. Never again will I come here again ! I asked for long nails ! And he cut them to short . I asked him to fix them and he gave me such a bad time . So I gave up in asking him to change them ! Worst costumer service ever and he's the owner ! He charged me 40$ for short nails that aren't even straight and bumpy ! And my friend got a fill in and they charged her the same ! Came here for the 2nd time today & I loveee this place.   Got a pedicure both times & it's one if the best I've ever gotten. It's only $15, too, which is better than most places around. The salon is bright & airy, the people working are super nice & the service is great. They treat you so well. Wonderful salon. The girls are friendly and very helpful. I get pedicures and acrylic nails and they do a fabulous job on both. Sunday's they serve Mimosa's!! Such a nice touch. Everything is new and clean love going there!! They also do eyebrows, facials and massages. Read Less
