I've been coming here for a few years now. Love the girls in this shop. With my busy schedule i always make an appointment but i have just walked in before and never have to wait to long. Joann always does my acrylic nails for me and ALWAYS does her best to get them they way i like them,from the shape i get (coffin) down to the designs i like. This place is great, been coming here for a year now since moving to Fullerton and I've loved my service each time! Like every nail salon, I believe you have to find which nail artist fits for you.  I think they all do pretty well, but I now really appreciate Joann as my go to for my manicures, and Jessica for my pedicures, though I'm sure they do both mani' s and pedi's great.  They use sterile tools on me each time which is also a plus. Today coming in I had something in mind that I really wanted, and Joann perfected my idea, even throwing in an idea of hers I didn't think of, which made them look even better!  Anyway, great place with great service great service! We were looking for a new nail place and saw this one. MISTAKE. To begin with they were slow and took people before us after we'd made an appointment. I asked for coffin and got far from it. Every nail is a different shape and length. It was 45$ for my new set which I wish I'd of spent somewhere else. After the over hour long process it took to destroy my nails I was burnt when the excessive amount of gel leaked onto my thumb and was baked for 3 minutes. Then she filed the blister while trying to remove th gel baked into my flesh. She continued to file my blister until I asked her to clip off the burning now hardened gel. AWFUL. Read Less

Lost my nail girl after 10 years, so I'm shopping for a new salon.  Shop is clean & they sterilize their tools.  Got a good pedicure massage.  Now the bad stuff.  I don't think the pedicure girl understands English, smiles and nods.  I asked her twice to cut my nails down and she never did.  A man did my acrylic fill.  I'm posting a picture so you can see how he abused my nails.  The skin is still tender and red after 3 days.  Needless to say, I'm still shopping for a new salon! I wanted to try a new nail salon. I generally go to OC nail spa by the stater brothers on bastanchury however I wanted to try this one because it's closer to my house. One star is for selection because they have so many gel colors and also a lot of OPI colors one star is for cleanliness and one star is for the young lady that did my pedicure. She was very sweet! BUT...!I got a regular manicure with French and a full set the lady that did my full set was very rude when I told her I do not like the shape of one of my nails she said that it's because I'm looking at it wrong that she did not shape it wrong. At that point I think she realized that she was being rude and from then on she was trying to be super nice and smile. Have been a faithful customer since moving to California. Tried other shops, only to be left unsatisfied... Come back again & again! I was looking for a place open early since my job called me in earlier than expected and I needed my nails done for the next day. Place was empty, but customers began coming in shortly after me. They removed my old gel polish for free with the gel-non-manicure that I got. I really wanted the manicure, but it is $26. My regular place is $19.99 for the whole thing, so I could not get myself to pay the extra.The woman that worked on my nails said that I should have gotten the manicure because of the extra skin surrounding my nails. She said this after I asked her to fill in the edge more. After I told her my budget she lightened up and said, "okay, next time" and smiled. She was not really rude or anything, she probably just did not understand why I did not get the full manicure. In any case, my nails are okay. The color turned out a tiny bit lighter than I expected and she offered to add another coat. I accepted and they are closer to what it looked like when I chose it. I probably would have given this place 4-stars if it weren't for the price. It is nice and clean inside. A lot of employees. I would consider coming back if I need to get my nails done early in the morning. Also, they open at 9AM - not 8:30AM. Read Less
