I’ve been to a few places in the past 7 months. Relocating here from LA & it’s been an absolute nightmare finding a new nail tech. WELL let me tell you about 702 nails!!! Elvid, Amy & Sonny are the BEST hands down. I took my mom to get her mani/pedi & she fell in love w/ Sonny! I really don’t write reviews often but as a business owner myself, I know the importance of reviews. You cannot go wrong w/ this nail salon. They take their time & are all very nice as well. After writing my original negative review the manager Amy was quick to resolve my issue. I'm at Once I came in which was completely last minute she handed me to Jon and he was amazing so tentative and I'm a sucker for a good massage and it was one of the best!! 702 lounge is pretty good. Their staff, for the most part, is talented. What I was wasn't very happy with is that (& I know I didn't have an appointment), but I had to wait almost an hour (and I come in on a Tues @11am) to get my nails filled; and that ended up being a full set -which I was charged a LOT for. At first I thought {maybe I should've made an appointment}, but there was a lady who DID have an appointment that they never recorded in their book. She left after 10 min of waiting. I just think that if they are going to charge amounts like that, they need to have better service, as there are SO MANY nail salons in Henderson as competition. Read Less

I really can't even give this place any stars because frankly, it sucked. The only good thing about coming here was waiting & watching The Reel. The service was bad. The manicurist was rushing and doing a poor job. I had to request him do a whole hand over again for a $13 French mani. Read Less

A friend of mi recommended this place to me because she gets acrylics there, she said was was a little overpriced but I decided to go anyway. It was my mothers birthday and I thought getting our first pedicures together would be a great indulgence. I had the worst experience, I would never go back and I would like to share what happened. 1. Super tacky decor and they have on a constant loop a tape of the ice capades playing. 2. I made an appointment for 2 and they only had one person working so they did me and kept my mother waiting. 3. The man was very rough, it felt like taking my feet to the dentist. 4. The polish was a disaster, he was in such a hurry that he put on the sealer, two coats of color a clear sealer and then the arisol quick dry spray so that only the top layer dried. I was as carefu as possible but the ended up smearing the next afternoon. 5. When it was my mothers turn he cut her heel open. He caught her heel on the edge of one of his pumice paddles and she was bleeding all over the place. He said "You cut" and then had her put her foot back in the bath; when she took it out again it was still bleeding. He put some alcohol on it but never appologized. What a jerk. Read Less
