I took my little sister in to go take off her dip-powder nails, and the guy that took them off was absolutely terrible. He did all ten in less than five minutes, and he was not gentle at all. He hurt her, but she didn't want to be rude, so she waited until we got back to the car to tell me. She was in pain for multiple hours. looking for a new nail tech? Tina is the best! She's got a waiting list but I guarantee you it's worth it. My nails have been through thee most damage and have not once lost a nail or chipped. Everywhere I have gone I start missing a nail 3 days into having them. Tina is not only a perfectionist but she takes her time to get to know you & what you like so she gets you the best set- and builds a relationship. Ask for Tina but just be prepared for a lil wait. Ok. Sooo there are flies everywhere in this place. I hate flies. To have them landing on me is gross. The massage chairs are mediocre and this place isn't the cleanest. The owner is doing a pedicure next to me and is on the phone and she has it on speaker so everyone here is hearing the conversation. This place was very close to my home that's why I tried it but I won't be coming back.  BUT my nail attendant is amazingly nice and has good conversation and she did a fantastic job. I can't say enough good things about this nail salon. I took a chance on them after looking at their reviews online and I was not disappointed! Everyone is friendly, they tend to get you in quick, and their quality of work is amazing. I have even taken picture of what I wanted my nails to look like for an event and they did the same design spot on like the pic. Plus their pricing is very reasonable! The worst customer service I've ever seen. The guy that did my nails was so busy talking to the other workers he wasn't even looking at my nails & ended up making 3 of my nails bleed. My sisters went in to get their nails done today and had to wait 2 hours, & on top of that my sister told the lady twice she didn't want fake nails, and the nail lady went ahead and cut her real nails and put fake nails on any way. Last time we went in, the guy started on my sisters nails and halfway through left to go "eat his lunch", making her wait an hour. They have no concern for their customers, and I've seen them sitting around doing nothing or being on their phones while customers are waiting. Read Less

I have been coming here for almost 6 years. My review is long overdue! Jenny and her husband are amazing! My nails are really sensitive and I am a big baby when it comes to getting acrylics due to bad experiences with other places. However, here I love how careful they are with my nails, and they do such a great job! I can go over a month without them lifting and I always get compliments on my nails! I've been coming here for as long as I can remember, I highly recommend Kram or Jason for some poppin nails. I went in this time for a fill, reshape and to fix a broken nail all for $29! That's a steal! They're very kind and gentle. I'm a hairstylist, so I get color stains on my natural all day long lol and Kram cleaned them right up for me. Bad service and my nails where uneven. The lady (assuming she is the owner) was talking on her cell phone the whole time she was doing my nails. Of course, I was not her priority and when I point out my issue with the nails, she started talking in her language (seemed very annoy and probably talking shit about me).
