Not a fan. Was just visiting, but won’t ever go back to this salon on another visit. Paid way to much for a mediocre acrylic fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure. And the nail tech cut 4 of my cuticles. When I left the shop, my fingers were still bleeding. Beyond upset about this place and service. Never again.

I will no longer go to this nail salon. I don’t know if they got new management recently or something, but today was it. Their receptionist has no clue what’s going on and is completely unprofessional...
I will no longer go to this nail salon. I don’t know if they got new management recently or something, but today was it. Their receptionist has no clue what’s going on and is completely unprofessional. The nail technician did a poor job — they look fine from a distance, but have a ton of flaws, and she cut me when she was talking to another technician and wasn’t looking. To top it all off, they charged me more than my visit just two weeks ago, based on a pamphlet they have hidden behind the counter that has different prices than the pamphlet on display and after they had to figure the price out amongst themselves for several minutes. Absolutely ridiculous — there are plenty of other salons that I will be going to from now on!

They're honest and helpful. Customer service was great.
I had a pixie cut and it grew out ugly and they helped fixed it.

I like this place. Small and simple place. Sometimes you end up waiting for a while but that's not necessarily bad. Mostly I tend to only get my eyebrows done here and I like the results. If only the sign isn't misleading since they mention nails but since I started coming here for about 5 years now, I had never seen them do nails. Which is funny, since I came during the time they had the old sign. I thought it was weird that they didn't revised it after getting the new sign.

My hair is terrible now after a lady who cut my hair in layers that is not even blended. She took so much of my top hair and chop it so short. She also was so busy talking to another lady instead if focusing more on her job. I was hoping for her to at least blow dry my hair to voluminous but nope my hair was done in less than 5 mins.

After my second visit, I am a fan of this place. For me, I'm a hard person to please especially when it deals with my hair. I've been with my previous hair stylist for the past 15 years. When my family members recommended me Ly Hair and Nails in December, I was a little apprehensive about going. The last time I switched hair stylist, I had to get it redone by someone else the following day because I was not satisfied. There are 3-4 ladies that work in the shop. Depending on the day, and time of day, there may only be 3 ladies that work. However, it beats me waiting for hours just to get my hair cut.Their shop is kept clean, and inviting. The ladies are very kind, and talks up a conversation with you to past the time. I have been happy with the two times that I've been there. I think I may have found my new hair place.

Not a fan. Was just visiting, but won’t ever go back to this salon on another visit. Paid way to much for a mediocre acrylic fill with gel polish and a gel pedicure. And the nail tech cut 4 of my cuticles. When I left the shop, my fingers were still bleeding. Beyond upset about this place and service. Never again.

I will no longer go to this nail salon. I don’t know if they got new management recently or something, but today was it. Their receptionist has no clue what’s going on and is completely unprofessional. The nail technician did a poor job — they look fine from a distance, but have a ton of flaws, and she cut me when she was talking to another technician and wasn’t looking. To top it all off, they charged me more than my visit just two weeks ago, based on a pamphlet they have hidden behind the counter that has different prices than the pamphlet on display and after they had to figure the price out amongst themselves for several minutes. Absolutely ridiculous — there are plenty of other salons that I will be going to from now on!

I like this place. Small and simple place. Sometimes you end up waiting for a while but that's not necessarily bad. Mostly I tend to only get my eyebrows done here and I like the results. If only the sign isn't misleading since they mention nails but since I started coming here for about 5 years now, I had never seen them do nails. Which is funny, since I came during the time they had the old sign. I thought it was weird that they didn't revised it after getting the new sign.

She also was so busy talking to another lady instead if focusing more on her job. I was hoping for her to at least blow dry my hair to voluminous but nope my hair was done in less than 5 mins.

After my second visit, I am a fan of this place. For me, I'm a hard person to please especially when it deals with my hair. I've been with my previous hair stylist for the past 15 years. When my family members recommended me Ly Hair and Nails in December, I was a little apprehensive about going. The last time I switched hair stylist, I had to get it redone by someone else the following day because I was not satisfied. There are 3-4 ladies that work in the shop. Depending on the day, and time of day, there may only be 3 ladies that work. However, it beats me waiting for hours just to get my hair cut.Their shop is kept clean, and inviting. The ladies are very kind, and talks up a conversation with you to past the time. I have been happy with the two times that I've been there. I think I may have found my new hair place.
