This was my second time there. My first experience was fine. But this time they did a horrible job. They have a sign in sheet but still somehow don't know who is next. My daughters gel manicure was gone in about a week and my gels were gone in about 4 days. The gentleman stated they were understaffed and very tired. In my opinion, they should not take any new customers of they aren't going to give you what you pay for. Do not recommend this place. Read Less

Family business with great service. I loved my nails, and the person who did them did exactly what I asked. There was no pushing to to do this or that, no pushing to add this or that for an extra $5. Everyone was very kind, polite, enjoyed conversation, and offered water. Prices are very reasonable so that's another plus for someone on a budget. Definitely going back again. This review is for my visit on 11/25/17 as a walk in. This was the 3rd nail shop I have tried out in Fresno as I am pretty picky with edges, shape and thickness of polish. This location did not disappoint. I was seated fairly quickly as soon as I walked in. I didn't catch my nail tech's name, I think Lyna, but she convinced me to give the powdered healthy nails a try. I am very happy with my nails and will definitely revisit. The gals seemed nice and I am probably one of the few that appreciates the minimal small talk as I am a bit of an introvert. I went in this morning to get my nails done. I kinda wanted rhinestones on one if them but she tried to do something different but I didn't like it. When i told her that i didnt want it anymore it seemed like she got upset because I told her nevermind. Was working alittle aggressively after that. Once she was done there was one nail I had her redo because the gel made a weird indentation. She didnt seemed bothered by it lime she was when I told her no yo the rhinestones and was nice enough to fix it. Customer service is not too great but they do a great job on your nails. Read Less

This place is totally revamped! Very clean. I love the extra time and attention they gave me. I was immediately greeted and placed at a station. Mary/Auntie did my pink and white gel nails. I can finally say after years of searching for a top of the line quality nail shop I have finally found one!  I was referred to this place by a friend as she said it is newly under new ownership!  A gentleman by the name of Jimmy helped me.  I was excited that he was able to do hologram nails (which almost all other nails shops I have asked to do this look at me clueless)!  He did a beautiful job on my nails!  Clean and even shape on ALL my nails.   I also received an pedicure by Cindy that took her time and did a wonderful job.  I definitely recommend this place!  Great price for the quality!  Place is nice and clean as well! I went to this place for years the old owners suck because they scrubbed my feet to where they bled so i stopped going than returned cause o heard they had new owners n i know have fungus on all my toe nails n hand nails. Im so disappointed n pissed i also lost a toe nail this place has horrible service do not go here i don't recommend at all. Read Less

Cute designs but I asked for long nails and they turn around and give me some little baby press on nails. I hate short stubby nails . Like what is the point of getting ur nails done if you getting the same length as ur natural nails . Jimmy left me disappointed. I visited this place a couple of days after it was under new ownership. The entire time that Jimmy did my nails, he was so distracted. And if he wasn't distracted, he kept complimenting himself, "I do a really good job." Etc. etc. Yeah, no. I'll let you know if you do a good job. And you didn't do a good job. Zero stars. My nails were done so terribly, I couldn't wait 2 weeks for a fill. So 6 days after my encounter with Jimmy, I went back in and had MJ fix my nails and he did a GREAT job. He did my first set of nails a couple of weeks prior, I should have just stuck with him. I'll only request for MJ from here on out. Thanks to MJ & his service, I'm giving this place 3 stars. I wish the reviews had showed up when I first looked up this place. DO NOT GO HERE. You get quoted a price then get b.s. when it's time to pay. The quality was WAY below the bar. My manicurist needed a translator (which was no problem) but he did not do what I wanted either way. I'm now home fixing my nails to look the way they should have walking out the their door. Not worth what ever discounted price you THINK your getting. Go the extra 5 miles. Pay the extra 12$ for a well done job. And tip your mncrst. sincerely for doing their job well and satisfactory. A COMPLETE regret. I give one star because the guy I had didn't grind down my entire nail with the Dremel. So there's that. Read Less
