This place looked nice... but their service is not acceptable. I came in with my mom and 17 year old sister. I asked for acrylic, $25, and they didn't fix my cuticle because "I didn't need it" and it "cost extra." Even though I asked for it, the man (the boss) still didn't fix my cuticle. Without my permission, he just did the acrylic base. Not to mention he did such a bad job. My 17 year old sister is in a wheel chair and her legs and left hand are very stiff. Even with her stiffness, she always gets her nails done and acrylic too. The man refused to do my sister's nails because her hand was stiff. I offered to do my best to help with my sisters hand and assist him with anything he needed. He still refused. My sister decided to leave her hands and have her feet done instead. The woman was done in three minutes. She did one coat of polish only. The color was completely transparent, the brushstroaks were noticeable, and it was messy overall. I asked her why she did such a bad job. She said it was impossible because her legs were so stiff and she started to imitate and mock my sister's stiffness. My mother had her toes done. She asked for a pedicure and regular polish, which included a massage. They did not do anything to her toenails, just the massage which included 30 seconds of stroking on each leg. The color on her toes looked nice but when the lady put the paper towel in between her toes, it ruined the nail polish and the woman didn't say anything. We payed about $55 because the man wouldn't give us a discount for the terrible work. We walked out. Twiet did my fill and a pedi. 1.  She did not hurt my cuticles. This is a major plus. She was quick too on the filing. Usually fast filer= pain and cut cuticles2.   She did my Pinterest idea for my nails and it came out perfect3.   Very reasonable with prices4.   She found me a pillow because my back was out. Was a good place to go. Recently they have been more interested in serving what seems to be their more affluent clientele as opposed to others who have an appointment whom may not seem to be that affluent. I had an appointment recently, waited for about 15 minutes while others in my party were serviced. An entitled woman walked in, spoke to one of the ladies who just opened up for a pedicure and said "I want you to do my nails". She immediately took her, saw the look I gave her and said "Someone will be right with you". 20 minutes later with my feet in water no one was with me. My party was almost done, so I told them i didn't want one. I have stopped going to places for less. I have given them chance after chance because they do a good job. This place is the best! I've received services here on three separate occasions, and each time I've been absolutely satisfied. The stations are exceptionally clean, and the staff is always friendly and engaging. My nails always look amazing, and they last for at least 3-4 weeks..which is saying something because my nails go through a lot of abuse. They also have the best prices around. I love this place. I got acrylics with a gel manicure on top. I didn't feel rushed as I have in other salons; the tech took her time on each nail to ensure they looked flawless. Even though she let me know it would last around 2 weeks, they lasted around 3 weeks without so much as a chip...and I'm someone who picks at my nails (ex-nail biter). I've gotten so many compliments on my nails from those who know me, and total strangers. The pricing is fair, the people working there are professional and the results are amazing. Best pedicure I've had in the city, hands down. This was the first time I haven't been cut, my toenails weren't cut too short and she even made my oddball shaped toenails all the same shape! No one has ever tried that before. They made a point to make us comfortable and didn't rush us around even though they were busy and it's within walking distance of my place. Today I went for the first time with two of my friends. I made appointments before, and when we got to the salon, they already had seats saved for us, all next to each other. I had a nice woman helped me and she was wonderful! I got the regular spa pedicure, which comes with really gentl touch. She also scrubbed my callouses for about five minutes straight and did a really great job with it, better than any other salon I've been to in this area! I'll be back! Read Less

I have gone to E-nails for all of my pedicures, gel nails and waxing needs since I moved in Northwest Fresno about 3 years ago. I do advise making an appointment. They give you a lot of attention and do not charge extra for the pedi-spas. They are getting very popular so if you are just walking in--prepare to wait. But if you make an appointment they will take care of you quickly. When it is your turn, you will get a lot of attention. The do not rush---no matter how busy they are. I was so disappointed in this place! I went one time before and it wasnt the best or the worst but thought I would give it another shot....well that was a mistake! I went in about 15 till 5 on a Tuesday, didnt have an appt so was okay with waiting a little while. I asked how long would it be and the guy closest to me said about 10 minutes. Well I figured it wouldnt exaclty be ten minutes so i was okay with waiting....35 minutes and still nothing, not a word telling me it would be soon or shortly or longer than expected. So an hour had passed and finally I asked how much longer. You said 10 minuts and its been an hour.... he looked at me, laughed and said hour and 10 minutes. Like this was a joke or something. This place is bad, they did not wait for polish to dry before putting on gel coat then when asking to fix they took the nail polish off and told me to leave and get them painted elsewhere because I wanted them to fix the nails.
