I just happen to need a pink and white fill one weekday, I walked in and had a great experience! Since then I get my pink and white fill here $30 and it's good service usually just a few people in here at most. Pedicure chairs are clean and well kept. I've been many times I've had a waxing, full set, just gel on my natural nails and a pedicure. I loved the results each time. they use hot towels on the basic pedicure which is nice. I usually do not have to wait only a few times I've went they had a 30-60 min estimated wait time. I have been going to US Nails on Rapid Run since their Grand Opening. I have been making my appointments with Mai every three weeks for SNS for well over a year. Well no more, this last episode was the last straw. I called at 10:49 on Sunday – February 3rd and asked if Mai had any appointments for SNS available that day. The lady who answered the phone said “Yes at 11:00” I replied that was in ten minutes. ... She then said “OK 12:00” I said “Perfect, I will see Mai at 12:00 today”. I have learned (so I thought) to always repeat back what I had been told. I get to the shop sign in and the receptionist asked if I made an appointment with anyone. I said, “Yes” with Mai and proceeded to pick out the color I wanted. After much chatter I was told that I had an appointment but not with Mai. Mai was booked for the day and could I come back tomorrow? No! If I had wanted to come on Monday I would have made an appointment for Monday. This would not have been a big deal but within the last few months I have had nothing but problems making appointments - from being given the wrong appointment time (luckily I live close so I was able to come back), had the tech doubled book – (two people with the same name), and have waited over a half hour for tech to show up. I like the option of making an appointment with the same tech, the convenience of the shop and Mai has always provided good service. But no more. So, if you are looking for a shop where you don’t mind being a walk in and waiting, this could be the shop for you. Walked in was greeted right away chose my polish color and had my pedicure done. Once that was done had a full set done. Walked in for a pedicure and they were able to help me right away. Danny did my pedicure. He did an awesome job. The prices were decent. I love that they post the price list on the wall. I've been going to City Nails for a few years now and love the shop. Helen is always great; her work and prices are perfect. The picture shows Helens new marbling technique. Just when I thought she did the perfect job, she tops herself! The pedicure chairs use disposal liners for their customers so no worries about the foot baths. All the services are great. Read Less

I've had pedicures done here before. The staff is nice and very friendly. They do an awesome job at taking care of your feet! They are thorough and take time to do your pedicure the right way. I love Tommy! He made me laugh and I felt comfortable with him the whole time. They even take care of us clients by putting a fresh water stand while you wait. The main lady Helen, I think in regards to other reviews, does a good job but isn't the nicest when it comes to maneuvering your hands. I felt that she was yanking my hand around on multiple visits. She does great nails, but is a little too picky with her customers hand positioning. Was recommended by my best friend. So I made an apt today @6:15pm. Was about 3mins earlier and started the process for a full set. I got almond shape nails with #606 gell color. I just cut a few times but it was super fast and convenient. I was done around 6:45pm, paid $30. In love with how quick it was. Went to this place twice first time was good went twice had an appointment at 3:00 arrived 10min late with Helen she was mad, considering the fact that I drove from Madera just to do my nails with her and for her to treat us with attitude was not right. I go to US Nails every two weeks, I go to Mai and she does a great job. They are all very friendly and do try to make effort to doing what is right. If you make an appointment things move along faster, because there is generally a long wait. It is first come first serve. Very reasonable prices. Read Less

My second visit today and sorry I went - must have been poor communication as wanted gel manicure & ended up with just polish change. Very rough, hurried service & shop was empty, my beautiful long nails cut way short & chunk out of my finger too. I've been looking for an inexpensive but good quality nail salon and I finally found one. I walked in and right away was seated for my gel manicure. I got acrylic nails w/gel done here today and I was very happy to see how many color choices they had in the gel polishes. However, a small crowd started to come in right as I sat down to get my nails done and I could tell the woman doing my nails was getting flustered. She started jumping from person to person to finish people's nails to clear spots, she even went from doing someone's toes to touching my hands to put the final gel clear coat on (yuck!). The people here are very friendly but they need to stick with the client they started and not rush, I think my nails would have turned out much better had she taken her time. I love the color on my nails but the acrylic is very thick and she didn't bring it all the way down to my cuticle so it looks like I'm already in need of a fill (mind you I've had them less than a day). I used to love City Nails, most of the people that work there are so sweet. This last time I went my experience was not so great. I always get the gel mani and pedi. The pedicure was amazing that's why I have 3 stars, but the manicure lady seemed like she didn't even want to help me. Usually the older lady with short hair helps me and her polish lasts me over a month, I have to take the polish off myself and she's is so sweet!! The lady that helped me was younger, with short hair, I had never seen her before. She didn't even say a word to me, despite me telling her I wanted my nails straight, she made them oval, and she didn't even put the polish on my entire nail! It's only been 2 weeks and my gel has already chipped off by itself. I will probably give them one more chance before I stop going there. Read Less

The first time I went I got gel polish on my nails and toes. The total was $30 so it was pretty inexpensive. The lady that did my nail polish was really sweet. Her name starts with a T.The polish lasted me about 3 weeks, but it didn't look that great. I decided to give it another try because they customer service was great. The second time I just got gel polish. It hasn't lasted me even two weeks and it's already lifting and chipping. It's only $15 so I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be returning. Saw this place while getting costco gas, and thought I'd look into it. I've had a tough time finding a place that does decent nails unless I want to spend like $50-60 bucks.. Super nice people but my appointment was for 5:30pm... Didn't get sat until 6. A little annoying but hey, I saw another girls nails on here "Amanda L." And wanted mine just like that. I asked for a full set with gel polish.Anyways.... Because she used two colors of gel polish (the pink with sparkles) she charged me an extra 5 dollars trying to count the sparkles as a design... To me it's silly because she just dropped a dot of the sparkle and pulled it around on the nail trying to make it a little messy on each finger. That is NOT a nail design... Not to mention I asked for thicker acrylic but some nails are thick, others are thin. It looks awful. My nails were all filed weird on the top so at an angle my nails look like they slightly curve up, and some even look like little bumpy hills... The worst part is after only a WEEK... ONE WEEK... I need a fill. Nail Studio charges less for nails, they last forever, but they are just slightly limited on designs. I will not be back to this place, and I strongly recommend to look elsewhere before settling for a place like I did. Read Less

Excellent experience here! So friendly, went with some family for my wedding. Had a regular pedicure, great massage and color. Also got a gel manicure, they were meticulous and very caring about my nails. They treated our group so great! The massage chairs worked wonders on my back.
